Degruv Liquid Catering

DO NOT hire this company please!! We hired Degruv Liquid Catering for our wedding on May 11, she partnered with our catering company Joymax Catering and we trusted all would be perfect and we paid them in full! Three weeks before our wedding, I confirmed their attendance with Eddena (after waiting days to hear back, she confirmed our paid bar services were scheduled as planned). On the day of our wedding they did not show up!! Our wedding was a disaster! We had an open bar and were not able to serve any liquor at our wedding. After calling them time and time again during our wedding which was stressful enough as it is to be worrying about the Bar, Eddena kept telling us the bar was 2 minutes away. After hours of waiting for them to arrive and bride in tears, she sent a TEXT MESSAGE to say they were not coming at all!! We did not even get an apology or a phone call, just a text message (I am willing to share it with anyone who wants to see it) it’s now a week after and we still have not received our reimbursement. DO NOT hire them, they are unprofessional and even if we ever get our money back, we will never have our wedding day back.
