s were ordered for only 5 of the attendants and one of those was a soiled shirt sent by the tux company. We don't charge for alterations on tuxedos, so I'm not sure what you were referring to. We do know that there is a lot of pressure before a wedding and we are deeply sorry that we may have added to your already stressful situation.

lready chosen since I wasn't sure what I wanted. We were probably there for 4+ hours, and Deidre was so patient and helpful. You're not going to fine really inexpensive dresses, but I was able to find a variety in my price range (around $1k).
I was also living in FL at the time, and they knew that I would only be up at specific times for fittings. I almost had a problem with getting it in time, but they did a great job of fighting for me and keeping me posted as to when it would be there. Luckily, everything went smoothly.
When you make an appointment, definitely request a day and time that Deidre is there. I went in for my final fitting and was just told the dress was in the room and was left on my own to try it on and such.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience and glad I bought a dress locally vs from a big box store.
