till just as delectable! I do not regret a thing we chose. You can get pretty fancy or go basic and the food is going to be stellar either way. They were upfront about the costs, and when I asked for multiple bids (I changed my mind quite a lot about what food we wanted, and then decided to add on a keg and bartender and such), they were accommodating and gave me each new total including taxes and fees. Very pleasant experience. I have read the other reviews talking about having problems with Del Monte. I did not have a single problem, but I suppose it is possible that it's due to how I over-communicate. I ask every question (things like, Do you provide plates, cups, napkins, etc? Do you provide tables and tablecloths? Do you provide a bartender?). Also, our DJ (DJ Chris Davis) coordinated with the other reception vendors, so it is possible he handled a few things behind the scenes without us knowing or having to fret. Those reviews about problems are also pretty old, maybe they have simply worked out the kinks and hired reliable people! All I know is they are well worth it. We had absolutely no trouble.

p whatever was left for breakfast, which was fabulous. They were willing to deliver up there, 35 minutes away from town, but they forgot tables. Luckily we were prepared. And they were SUPER cheap.
