Delaney Dobson Photography

otos not only for our wedding, also but for our engagement! As Delaney was familiar with our wedding venue, she flawlessly captured every special moment in such a beautiful and unique way, from various angles and picture-perfect spots. I will be forever grateful for her and her work. I cannot wait to work with her again!

, every detail, and all of our emotions, which were truly represented in the final photos. From the beginning, she was extremely accommodating which made our wedding day enjoyable and easy. Her friendly personality provided many laughs and smiles, which made us comfortable in front of the camera. Her presence made it seem like she was part of the wedding party. Besides capturing our photos, Delaney was so helpful throughout the entire day. She went above and beyond, ensuring that we were comfortable, always had a drink in our hands, and making sure everything ran smoothly. We are so grateful that we chose Delaney as our photographer and would highly recommend her to anyone.

and relaxed — which is no small feat, considering we’re not exactly naturals in front of the camera. She has an incredible ability to bring out genuine smiles and laughter, and it really shows in the photos. Each image feels like us — not posed or stiff, but full of personality and real emotion. Opting for an engagement shoot was one of the best decisions we made. It not only allowed us to get comfortable with Delaney's style and guidance but also gave us a chance to practice some of the poses she suggested. Her direction was subtle yet effective, helping us look natural and at ease in every shot. She was also fantastic at communicating with us throughout the entire process. Whether it was planning our engagement session or coordinating timelines for the big day, she was always responsive, clear, and thoughtful. We were so impressed with how quickly she delivered our engagement and wedding galleries — and with absolutely stunning results. We’re so grateful to have found someone who not only captured beautiful images but also made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. We’ll treasure these memories forever!

Delaney is so sweet, easy going, positive, and filled with so much joy and energy. As a photographer, her attention to detail and ability to capture the vision of her subjects is unmatched. The combination is brilliant and I felt sad at the end of our time together because she made two major life events of ours so special, and now we have beautiful pictures to look back on forever. As someone who was anxious about planning a wedding, Delaney instantly put me at ease during our first phone call. She encouraged us to do the engagement shoot so we would feel more natural taking pictures on our wedding day and I’m so glad we did. Not only are they stunning, but it was such a fun memory! Also, my now husband was very anxious and not all that excited to have a bunch of pictures taken. As soon as we got in the car after we were done, he said “That was great, not what I expected at all. Delaney made it so easy!” As outdoors people, we loved going to the Highland Mansion. It was intimate and gave plenty of options for photos. Cannot wait to get them framed and have them at our house! Where do I even begin with the wedding day photos?! I mentioned my husband was anxious, but as a woman I wanted to look and feel my best on my wedding day. Delaney is the best hype girl! And when I looked at the pictures after the wedding I was in tears. She captured everything we wanted and more. So glad we will have these forever. Through all of our email and phone communication prior to the wedding, Delaney made sure she understood all the people I wanted pictures of and the vibe we were going for. On the day of the wedding she kept things moving and fun (appreciated by the wedding party and my husband so much lol). Above all else, there was a photograph of my grandparents that I wanted to recreate and Delaney nailed it and this will be something I will treasure for years to come. It’s true what they say - a picture is worth a thousand words. From myself and my husband, to the wedding party, to details, to our guests, Delaney captured all the important things while not interrupting the organic flow of the evening. She is magic- we are forever grateful for her!!! I also have to note that Delaney's turn around time was insane! I had our engagement photos within hours and the wedding pictures so quickly. Delaney is who you want to capture one of the most special moments of your life!

fun to work with and made our day so special. Would highly recommend!

e was prepared for our wedding day and was efficient in capturing all of our greatest moments. I cannot recommend Delaney enough to anyone who wants a great photographer and an even greater experience. We look forward to continue to work with her in the future!!

ights back but I am blown away. I was worried about the photos being awkward because I never know how to pose but Delaney made it effortless and captured all our special moments beautifully. She has such an eye for capturing the most beautiful photos and what really drew me to her was her ability to edit in 2 different styles which allowed us to get a more moody, fall vibe for the engagement photos but a lighter, and softer romantic edit for the wedding photos. They are both edited beautifully but I loved being able to use both styles. She goes the extra mile to ensure the timeline runs smoothly and ensures she captured every moment you want. Highly recommend her for anyone getting married and I am excited to work with her again for family photo shoots in the future!

ing Delaney for the shoot, all of those nerves disappeared. The photos are so beautiful, we’re stunned. We worked with my two horses for the shoot which could have been chaotic, but Delaney had such a great sense of what to do and when and it made the whole thing run smoothly. I cannot express how much a value these photos.

band and I feel so comfortable and at ease. The photos speak for themselves - she really captured the best day of our lives so beautifully! We cannot thank her enough!

ning process and knows exactly what she's doing. She is prompt, polite, and makes you feel amazing in front of the camera. The results speak for themselves. I cannot recommend Delaney Dobson photography enough!

wedding on top of providing excellent shots that capture our day. Delaney did just that! She provides such amazing real time feedback to help get the best out of you as a couple and get the best shots. We had the pleasure to shoot our engagement shoot with her as well and it was the BEST day. She captured all of my crazy requests perfectly and added her own touch which made the photos that much better. Having her shoot our wedding was the best decision we made and I can't recommend her enough!!

e and the photos are absolutely amazing we couldn't stop looking at them. We highly recommend!

she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We would highly recommend Delaney for your wedding!!!

photographer & Delaney checked all the boxes. To start, her photos are just GORGEOUS! Not over filtered/edited but given just a gorgeous glow where needed. She has such a positive & happy energy that was just palpable throughout the entire engagement session & wedding day, making you feel just so relaxed in front of the camera. Delaney & her assistant captured so much I would’ve otherwise missed on our wedding day. From our nieces & nephews running around & playing while we were all getting ready to making sure to get photos of guests during the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception. I was able to relive every moment of that day (even the ones I wasn’t 100% apart of) because of how much they captured. Despite it being the end of April, it was 50 degrees & raining. Delaney knew how much I wanted some outdoor photos so her & the team braved the weather to get me those photos with giving me plenty of time to freshen up & adjust before the ceremony. & to top it off, I received preview photos within 2 days of our wedding & the wedding photos within a few very short weeks! To this day, she is available if I have questions about the photo portal. If you’re looking for a photographer (engagement, wedding, family photos) I would 1000% recommend booking Delaney ASAP (before someone else books her first)!

gagement and wedding photos and they turned out so beautiful they brought tears to my eyes (and I didn't even cry during my wedding!) My wedding shoes were hurting my feet during portraits and not only did Delaney help take my heels off, she offered her shoes off her feet for me! I will never hire another photographer for my future, it will be Delaney all the way!

dule and capturing every single moment and detail. Most importantly, she is a magically gifted artist. Our photos came out beautifully, and we will treasure them forever! 100/10 would recommend.

ct pictures. My wedding pictures came out absolutely beautiful.

in front of the camera and our wedding photos came out beautifully. We can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Delaney!

icked up and was the kindest soul! Everything from her personality, style, and amazing ability to capture all of life’s special moments makes her the perfect photographer for any occasion. The best part about her is that she is willing to roll with anything and does it with so much enthusiasm. While my wedding day was rainy, she braved the downpours and mud with my husband and I to create the most breathtaking photos!! I feel so lucky to have found her. If you are looking for someone who is kind, silly, and one of a kind, you have found yourself a photographer!

she is amazing at what she does and she’s SO NICE! I just got my photos back today and I had to run to review because I was blown away on how gorgeous my wedding photos were. ( and I’m team Hufflepuff as well)

gorgeous. It will definitely be very difficult to narrow the photos down into an album because they are all so great! Delaney was very easy to work with and prompt to respond to our questions. She also provided a sense of calming energy on a hectic day which was greatly appreciated.

ommunicating with Delaney leading up to the wedding was very easy. We would absolutely recommend Delaney Dobson Photography!

her actual work amazing, but her ability to make my husband and I feel comfortable and relaxed about the process was transferred to the big day which was much needed with the dreary weather. She was so bright and positive and she delivered breathtaking pictures that I never expected and was truly the sunshine we needed. I will absolutely keep in touch with her for all of my future life moments.

ay to get to know her and her style. When Delaney herself was not able to make it to our wedding due to circumstances beyond her control, her second photographer and that photographer's husband ended up shooting our wedding themselves. They were very kind and supportive throughout the day and the photos that Delaney edited for us are amazing and really captured the look and feel of our wedding. Thank you!

ngs (covid family ceremony and big celebrarion), maternity photos, holiday photos, and our son's newborn and one year pictures. She has been able to capture the most important and special moments in our lives so beautifully. From day one she made us feel so comfortable that we felt as if she had been our close friend for years. Delaney is professional, consistent, and dependable and we will, without a doubt, be hiring her to capture all of the special moments in our lives for years to come. She is the only choice!

h her! Not to mention the pictures turned out AMAZING. She has two different light editing styles you can do, and they seriously added so much to our photos. She captured so many special moments for my husband and I that we keep going back to relive the memories. I will recommend her over and over again!!

hotos and more. She is a total rockstar and I loved working with her. She made the whole wedding day so pleasant and not to mention she had the sneak peak to us the day after our wedding!! I can't wait to work with her again in the future.

o professional and personable the day of the shower. All of my guests loved how friendly Delaney was, how she wasn’t “pushy” with anyone, but still managed to get pictures of almost all of the guests at the event! The turn around time on my gallery was so quick and I couldn’t be happier with how the pictures turned out!! I’m seriously obsessed!! I wish I could give Delaney 10 stars- she is absolutely wonderful. I will continue to recommend Delaney to anyone looking for an incredible photographer for their event. She is the BEST!!!

2020. Days before the wedding and had to postpone due to the pandemic, and that led to 2 years of multiple postponements and replanning until we finally had our celebration this January. Throughout all of that, Delaney was so flexible and supportive, even checking in once in a while between postponements to see how we were holding up. All of that leading up to our wedding, where Delaney and Jackie went above and beyond in every way. She found the most amazing shots and we felt so comfortable all day. We just received all of our photos and cannot stop looking at them! So many great photos of all parts of the day. From the great shots caught while we were getting ready, to our first look, all they way to catching so many great photos of our friends and family having a blast on the dancefloor. I feel like I am gushing but I really cannot say enough about the fantastic job she did. We may end up with an album of 1000 photos because I don't know how we would narrow it down, there are just that many that we love. I told Delaney from the beginning that I wanted to capture candids of everyone at our wedding just enjoying themselves and sharing in our love. She encapsulated that in every photo. All without being intrusive or pulling us away from our friends and family. We didn't feel like we missed a second of our special day to capture photos and yet somehow we ended up with hundreds of amazing portraits!!! A million times thank you to Delaney and Jackie!

k to and quickly understood what we were looking for. We felt so comfortable around her as she guided us through each session with ease. Both times we had our proofs sent to us within a day. I would highly recommend Delaney Dobson to anyone and everyone. You will be so pleased with the whole process, as well as the end result!

wanted to capture. This was perfect because the day of the wedding you get pulled in all different directions. She was speedy with the turn around time on the sneak peek pictures and the rest of the photos. The portal is so cool and easy to use. The quality of the photos is above and beyond. You can tell she is passionate about her work and wants her clients to be happy. Super professional, on time, and super friendly and easy to work with. She really made me feel at ease and knew how to pose us to get the best shots. I Highly recommend!!

whole time. Her attention to details is beyond incredible. She captured the beauty of every detail at our reception & ceremony. All of our photos exceeded our dreams. It felt like Delaney was just one of our friends at the wedding who happen to be an amazing photographer as well. It felt so natural to pose & be ourselves in-front of her. I would 100% recommended Delaney to anyone who is looking for someone to truly capture every moment. Can’t wait to use Delaney for all our special occasions.

njoy having his picture taken and was not looking forward to our engagement session. Delaney made him feel comfortable and made it fun for both of us. We had such a hard time choosing pictures for our wedding website because we loved every single one of them. Due to Covid, our original wedding was postponed. However, we still decided to get married as we already waited such a long time. Delaney offered to photograph our backyard wedding and we couldn’t be more grateful. The weather was awful (I’m talking 5+ inches of rain within a few hours in July). Delaney was professional, made everyone have fun/laugh (even if we were standing in grass with water up to our ankles) and took amazing pictures. You couldn’t even tell it was raining. Fast forward to our second wedding and reception and we once again had a wonderful experience. Delaney makes the process so easy and enjoyable…it was like having a friend take our pictures. We have received more compliments than we can count about our pictures and several people have shared that they look like they belong in a magazine. My mother-in-law is now having Delaney take professional headshots for her and our family will certainly be using her for all of our pictures in the years to come. Hiring Delaney to photograph our wedding was one of the best choices we made!

some great shots. I admittedly procrastinated planning our wedding (until about 4 weeks before the date) and Delaney handled it without a sweat. Highly recommend!

special occasions. She is so easy to work with, on time, organized, patient and truly truly talented. Having her as our photographer was the best decision we made.

eption, but for our engagement photos as well. Her communication and accommodating style were so essential in making our special day so easy to enjoy, and her final product will make it last forever. Delaney is extremely skilled and creative in her craft, and it certainly shows in our photos. Initially, we were left speechless at how stunning each picture came out. Now, we have nothing but great things to say about Delaney Dobson, and we consider ourselves so lucky to have these treasured pictures of our amazing day for the rest of our lives. We could not be happier with the entire process, from start to finish. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Nick and Sarah Schultz

ork with her again at our reception next year.

eliness, her leadership...all off the charts. I could go on and on. But if you have the chance to work with Delaney, DO IT! I never write reviews, but I had to for this...home run, out of the park, nailed it! And if she ever reads this...THANK YOU!!!

at ease during our vow renewal celebration and the photos came out so beautifully. Will be hiring again for future events!!

ic job at putting him at ease! We had over 100 previews of our big day within 24 hours of our wedding and I am absolutely obsessed with all of them. We will most certainly be using Delaney for all future photo needs!

the wedding. Though, Delaney helped ease our stress, she was super organized and even had us one a backup date in case we couldn't move forward. She was alway reassuring, always responsive, and so understanding! Her kindness and empathy truly meant so much. When it comes to her skill- she is a pure artist! Her style is so romantic, and she just captures the moment so perfectly. We just received our wedding albums and are just in awe! Delaney helped with posing, and making things so fun and natural. I am forever grateful for her and can't wait to have a little nugget, so I can book with her again!!

in September, and our small wedding in late October. Her fine art background is one of the things that sets Delaney apart. The photos come out looking like individual works of art instead of your average wedding photos. I am not very comfortable in front of a camera, and she made the entire process not only natural, but a really fun experience. I was just as excited to see her arrive on my wedding day as I was to see my bridesmaids, because she is the type of person you want to spend time with. We also felt as though she was extremely careful when it comes to Covid-related precautions, and felt safe having her as part of our small wedding ceremony. We found out I was pregnant soon after the engagement, so we were being even more cautious and she was so accommodating of that. Every day, I get more compliments on our wedding photos and just how extraordinary there are. She captured special moments and emotions perfectly, and I will treasure the photos she took for the rest of my life. I can’t wait to use her for other special events for many years to come.

wishes is top notch. Her professionalism, ideas, and quick turnaround are impressive. If you’re looking for a photographer to document your life events no matter how big or small Delaney is the photographer for you! My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Delaney!

hat I look like, but when looking at the photographs, we look like a model! We are in love with the light and bright, whimsical touch to your photos - they truly look so blissful! Thank you for sticking by us through all the uncertainty Covid gifted us with these last 6 months and thank you for helping make our day so memorable. You gained a client for life! Our wedding may be over, but I have a feeling we will be working together again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
