Look no further!! Cynthia was amazing for our wedding day, we truly couldn’t have asked for someone better. We found Cynthia for our original wedding up in Saugerties but had to ch...
ange our wedding to a completely different location, over an hour away, one month before our date! She was able to accommodate us and made sure she would do anything to be there. On the day, she made us feel completely comfortable and actually had fun taking pictures. Our pictures came out AMAZING. My dad is a photographer so I knew finding someone that he approved of would be hard. We are all so obsessed with how good the pictures are!! My friend got married 2 years ago and is jealous at how many good shots Cynthia got and would’ve loved to have used her if she knew. You can tell she truly loves what she does which shows in her work. You will not be disappointed!!!
My husband and I chose to work with Cynthia for our engagement and wedding photos. It was the best decision we made! She was incredibly easy to work with. I am always very uncomfor...
table taking professional photos and she knew just how to make me feel at ease. Our wedding photos are amazing! Cynthia really knows how to capture the emotions in the moment instead of taking all the normal poses. She came up with a great idea to have my husband and I read our vows to ourselves while a door divided us. They are some of my favorite photos because she really got our reactions and our love for each other without us even looking at each other. I would highly recommend her for any of your photo needs!
Cannot recommend Cynthia enough! She was a joy to work with and her photos turned out amazing. She put us at ease throughout our entire wedding. The support staff she brought along...
as well were top notch, professional and friendly. Her knowledge of our Hudson Valley site also went a long way towards some fantastic shots. 5 stars!
We met Cynthia after we got engaged in summer 2018 after reading great reviews about her online. Luckily, we trusted our intuition and after talking to a number of photographers, w...
e hired her to shoot our wedding day this past weekend. We’re so glad we did, since there are no words that do Cynthia’s talent justice—an incredibly talented photographer and a really great person. Cynthia loves love and is more passionate about what she does than any photographer I’ve ever seen. As a result, her prices are fair (she’s really just doing it because she loves it) and she over delivered beyond our wildest expectations.
A few things to demonstrate how amazing she is:
(1) Cynthia was sick for our engagement shoot (everyone gets sick so we understood) and made sure to send another photographer on her team so the date didn’t have to change since I’d had my hair and makeup appointments confirmed. Even though those photos turned out amazing, Cynthia wanted to make it up to us and get to know us so she did a second shoot for free a month later. What other photographer would do that?! No one. She’s just that good and fair of a person.
(2) The morning after our wedding, I had a taste of our wedding photos in my inbox. A few hours later, I had 250 photos to go through on an easy to use and secure website, which allowed me to relive every moment, download them, and share them with my loved ones. Again, what photographer delivers that quickly?! No one!
(3) My now husband is not comfortable in front of the camera and Cynthia knew exactly how to warm him up during our engagement and wedding photos. Her jokes were natural and hilarious, and made him feel relaxed and at ease in front of her and her team. She knows how to get you to work the camera and captures everything real and palpable.
(4) Lastly, Cynthia delivered wedding photos I couldn’t have even dreamed would be this good. She worked our 200-person filled, clear span tent with her team with ease, wasn’t in my face (I actually didn’t know she was there but her pictures show that she was in fact EVERYWHERE!), and captured the raw, true emotion in the room. Absolutely perfect and stunning photos, and could not have asked for more.
Love Cynthia - easy to communicate with, beyond talented, and a person that’s easy to love. She’s exactly who you want photographing your most special and intimate life moments. Do NOT hesitate to hire her for your special day. She will not disappoint and will over deliver every step of the way. We’re excited for Cynthia to be a part of all future milestones in our life (we will be calling her for our newborn photoshoot one day). We love you Cynthia! THANK YOU for perfectly capturing the best day of our lives.
Cynthia was very friendly and great to work with. She put us at ease and made being photographed feel easy. Our engagement photos didn't come out well the first time (it was free...
zing cold and we were very awkward), so she offered a re-shoot at no charge. The second set were awesome! Photos were always finished and sent to us within a few days (which was MUCH faster than any other photographer I'd heard of). My only complaints are that payment was a bit disorganized. I would definitely recommend her for your wedding!

ore she became our vendor and we do not have enough words to describe how grateful we are for meeting her. She is a gifted photographer, with a resume spanning decades, and we were blessed she chose to do our wedding. It is true that your wedding day goes by so fast. Luckily, because of Cynthia and her incredible team, we get to relive each and every moment. Our guests continue to tell us how amazing her team was, how you barely saw them yet somehow they took phenomenal pictures of everyone & everything. The idea's she brings to the table are unmatched and her professionalism & experience shows with every click of her camera. If you are looking for a photographer to capture your wedding (and not a copy/paste 'wedding photographer'), find time to meet with Cynthia. We promise you that you won't be disappointed. To Cynthia & your Team --- endless thanks from the bottom of our hearts. We love you.
Cynthia and Brian were absolutely fantastic overall. If we could give them six stars, we would.
Cynthia was very responsive and helpful in her communication during the initial pr...
ocess and worked through every detail with us. We were extremely pleased with the efficiency of her shooting and her turnaround time in processing the photos.
The engagement ("get to know you") shoot went perfect, she was personable and easy to talk to. She always wanted us to just pose naturally while also giving us some pointers since we are not modeling pros. She was thoughtful and creative through the entire outing.
We also chose to do a first look shoot which she and Brian coordinated. It went perfectly and not only was it a beautiful moment and memory, but they captured it excellently. During the wedding, she worked constantly to find the best shots and it absolutely showed in the final results. She loves the "in the moment" style shots that you look back on and can feel the energy and mood of the night. She is extremely flexible however and can work to adapt to your needs and style requests. She even took group photos of each family during the reception.
Cynthia and Brian are easy to work with, relatable, and hard working. They captured our amazing day perfectly. The photos were absolutely beautiful. Stunning shot after stunning shot. We could not believe how quickly they got the photos to us! We couldn't be happier that we chose them as our photographers. Thank you!!
Wow! We love the photos! She also put together a slideshow that we hadn't been expecting and it was so lovely to share and a huge hit. They were a pleasure to have around on our we...

ive and her rates were more than reasonable given the end product. We got great night and sunset pictures in addition to all of our family, reception, and ceremony pictures. She not only captured the look of our wedding, but she really got the emotion too! We can't recommend her highly enough.
Cynthia has been on our journey ever since my husband hired her to take pictures at his proposal at a Christmas tree farm in Rhinebeck (where she also shot engagement pictures).
...
Cynthia traveled from Rhinebeck to Long Island for our wedding last week and through this journey, she was truly a delight. She is flexible, professional, relaxed and completely invested in her clients. I truly cannot say enough. We already received the digital prints of our wedding and they are FABULOUS - we are so excited to continue working with her to create our photo albums. It was a truly wonderful experience and our bridal party and family commented on how relaxing and joyful it was to work with her. I highly recommend Cynthia to shoot any of your special occasions. She is truly the best! We are so happy we chose Cynthia to be a part of our journey to the altar!
We got married Memorial Day weekend and it felt more like a mid August summer day. It was hot, humid and very uncomfortable. Somehow, Cynthia was able to keep us moving, keep us co...
ol and most of all remind us what the day was about - regardless of the heat. (She even brought a cooler with ice packs for us!) Things got a little screwy when my mothers zipper broke on her dress but again, Cynthia was there to keep me calm and make sure everything was okay. Choosing a photographer was one of, if not the most important thing to us. The one thing we're left with after that day are the photos to remind us of it. We couldn't be happier with ours. Cynthia and her crew worked tirelessly all day to capture all our amazing moments. She danced in between and with our guests (discreetly enough to not be in anyone's way) to make sure she didn't miss anyone important! They worked really well with our videographer which was also very nice. I can't say enough great things. Our photos came to us while we were on our honeymoon and they are beautiful. We are so happy we chose Day For Night Productions to shoot the most important day of our lives! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, passionate, hard working photographer who will be there for you and work for you!
Cynthia and her team are absolutely incredible. As a couple we first worked with her at an engagement session which was fun and produced wonderful photos. When our outdoor wedding ...
turned into an indoor one due to rain, she was a calming figure assuring the event would still be great, and it was. She was extremely flexible in our requests and our family and friends loved working with her. Working with her throughout the day was very natural. Her team also had set up a photo booth with fun props that were loved by all the guests. Overall she made everyone feel at ease and beautiful, and I could enjoy the day knowing that it was being captured perfectly. The end result of her work was out of this world extraordinary. I had set extremely high expectations for the photography, for photography and capturing memories has always been important to us, and she surpassed them significantly. Not only was her turn around of the final photos very quick, but her work was absolutely beautiful. You could feel the joy and emotion in each image in a way we didn't think was possible. Since the images are provided in a way to easy share, we posted them and received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Both guests of the wedding and people we hadn't been in touch within years reached out to us to say how incredible the photos were and how they have never seen such beautiful work. Cynthia and her team are one of a kind artists and we were so lucky to have had them at our wedding. I would advise everyone to work with them, for you will be so pleased with their work.
Cynthia shot my sisters wedding now 10 years ago! When I first got engaged we knew RIGHT AWAY who to ask! Cynthia is just a dream to work with. No stress, zero hassle, and such a p...
leasure. Her photos are true art. The moments she captures are truly breathtaking. It was such an honor for her to shoot our wedding.
When we began planning our wedding, we agreed that having a reputable and skilled photographer was on the top of our priority list. After many hours of research we found Cynthia. ...
At our first meeting with her she swept us off our feet with her stunning portfolio. Her warm and friendly disposition was a major bonus! She did not nickel and dime us like other potential photographers did and she was more than willing to help us stay within our budget. From the engagement photo shoot to our big day, she shined as incredibly skilled, hard-working, and easy-to-get-along with photographer. We also loved Brian, her second shooter. He was professional, kind, fun and helpful. He put the majority of boutonnieres on the men and helped calm our nerves. The icing on the cake was receiving our phenomenal wedding photos. Cynthia and Brian captured so many beautiful, funny and sweet memories from one of the most important days in our lives and we will forever be grateful.
Cynthia and Brian could not have done a better job; we are so thrilled with the work they did and highly recommend! They are very personable and natural, not pushy or bossy. Extre...
mely friendly to everyone and made all of our guest feel at ease. Not only did they take truly stunning and original photographs, they also helped up with a ton of things throughout the wedding: Cynthia helped me get my birdcage veil just right; Brian helped my husband with his vest. They went above and beyond what they were contracted for and genuinely cared about making our special day just right. Thank you Cynthia and Brian for capturing our wedding day just perfectly!
Cynthia is a pleasure to work with. She and her team we able to capture all aspects of my day with out being intrusive or inconsiderate. I was afraid of having a photographer that...
wanted me to spend the whole day taking pictures, but that was not Day for Night Productions. They were able to get me beautiful pictures and I was able to enjoy my wedding day. My pictures came out natural and relaxed.
Cynthia is a great visionary and is very fair with her price. Cynthia and Brian are fantastic photographers and I can't wait to work with them again.
I can't say enough good things about Cynthia! It would take me forever. I view her more as a friend after working with her over the last number of months, rather than just our phot...
ographer, and an outstanding photographer she is. Hiring Cynthia was one of the best wedding decisions that we made.
As everyone says, you need to be sure that you can relate to your photographer and build a relationship during the process. Cynthia made that so easy. She's funny, personable, charismatic and overall AWESOME! We clicked right off the bat. Just to elaborate, I'm the outgoing one. My now husband, is a bit harder to please. We had met with a few other photographers and none seemed to fit the bill with him. He refused to pay the over-priced photographers for nothing more than 'filtered' and photoshopped photography. We simply wanted clean and crisp, non-filtered photos. It took my husband no convincing to decide on Cynthia. Her prices are reasonable and her presented work speaks for itself. He liked her, hands down, and we scored!
Thank you Cynthia for all of your hard work and dedication. Let's do it again! :)

e preparation process and on the big day. Cynthia goes above and beyond to make your wedding process special. She kept everyone laughing and was able to capture our happiness and love so beautifully. We had so much fun working with her! She made us feel comfortable and she gave us so many wonderful memories with the pictures she took. Both Cynthia and her assistant Brian took the most beautiful, natural (both candid and posed) photographs of everyone. They both quickly understood our personality and taste and they were able to capture that the genuine, special moments in such a relaxed way. The photos from our engagement session and wedding were gorgeous and more than I ever could have hoped for. We appreciate her and her work so much. Brian, her assistant at our wedding, was also incredible. He was very helpful throughout the day and took wonderful shots that captured so many great moments. We would highly recommend Cynthia.
Cynthia and her assistant, Brian, recently photographed my wedding in the Hudson Valley. Cynthia was professional and attentive throughout the preparation process, and on the day, ...
both Cynthia and Brian took the most beautiful, natural (both candid and posed) photographs of my family, friends, husband and me. Everyone felt relaxed with Cynthia and Brian and truly enjoyed having them around. My husband and I don't love having our photos taken, but Cynthia put us at ease and captured so many genuine, special moments. I highly recommend Day for Night Productions and hope to work with Cynthia and Brian again.
My husband and I eloped from Perth, Western Australia to Manhattan, New York for our wedding. It's a harrowing experience having to rely on google to find your celebrant and photo...
grapher, but we were blessed to find a wonderful celebrant (Jeddah Vailakis) who recommended to us the amazing Cynthia DelConte.
We met Cynthia on the day of the wedding and built rapport straight away. She was adaptable and listened to our ideas, making small suggestions to make us look our best on our special day. Most of the day it felt like we were catching up with an old friend - Cynthia really put us at ease and made the whole day run so smoothly. She suggested places to have photos taken and we now have amazing shots of Central Park, the Brooklyn bridge and the Manhattan skyline adorning our walls, all part of our iconic day.
Cynthia worked well with our celebrant and cinematographer. During the ceremony and while we were getting ready I didn't even notice her presence. This resulted in amazing natural photos that capture our emotions on the day. She also knows her stuff - a conversation between her and our cinematographer (Marvin Suarez - epic epic videos!) left me struggling - technical lingo about cameras and models and functions. She knows her stuff! She even doubled as a bridesmaid - she helped lace up my dress, hold my flowers and witness our marriage license! Talk about diverse!
As we were on a tight deadline time wise, Cynthia had our photos up on her website within a week. Amazing! Black and white, bright and brilliant colour, panoramic, portrait... She does it all!
I highly recommend Cynthia and I'm so thankful I made her part of the best day of my life.

articular style and taste. I even decided to do a surprise boudoir shoot for my future husband because I trusted that she would make it sexy yet tasteful and it was that and more! Even with all that talent she still worked with our budget and specific needs and went above and beyond to make the whole process special for us. Our Wedding photos are absolutely gorgeous! Definitely hire Cynthia for your next event or special occasion!

got along so well with our family and friends. She kept everyone laughing and so many people came to us at the end of the night and told us how wonderful she and her assistant were to them. Our pictures turned out beautiful - natural and completely capturing the moment. In a word: happy. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

e human being, kind, warm, witty with a great sense of humor. Her ability to create a relaxed atmosphere while capturing special moments without you ever feeling that she is intrusive is nothing short of mastery. The black and white photos were reminiscent of screen shots from a film that I would want to see. The color photos where exquisite. Your wedding day will go by faster than you can imagine. There is a reliving of the moments when looking back at the photos, a priceless gift for you and your loved ones. Thank you Cynthia for putting so much heart, skill and beauty into your work. Thank you also for getting the photos to us so fast. I know many couples wait months to see their photos and we are so grateful to you for sharing them so soon after our wedding. We love you!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Cynthia and her work! The photographs are absolutely beautiful -- just what I wanted: lots of candid shots of our friends having a wonderf...
ul time at our wedding. She captured every guest at moments of great delight as well as moments of "happy seriousness".
As for the photos of the actual ceremony: I was utterly unaware of Cynthia and her camera -- she was 100% un obstrusive -- and as a result, I could give all my attention to my partner and our celebrant, and I have beautiful photos of my wife's face at the moment she gave me her ring, the moment I said "I do", and all the rest of it. I will cherish them always and I will never stop being so glad that Cynthia was our photographer.
After the wedding, Cynthia continued to be a source of help and support -- I had several questions about the process of ordering prints, and Cynthia responded to every call and email promptly, cheerfully, and professionally.
I would recommend DelConte Photo without reservation to any friend -- she is just wonderful!
Something that was important to me was to hire a photographer who was familiar with the venue we would be getting married at. We had had a rustic barn wedding at Shadow Lawn (High ...
Falls NY) on 8/24/13. Cynthia and Brian were amazing! MY husband and I are by no means people who love to be the center of attention or in front of the camera. Cynthia was a rockstar and told us how to pose - it paid off! The pics were lovely. She also knew all the best locations on site what would provide breath taking backgrounds.
They set up a photo booth in the basement of the barn which was such a blast. Their props were hysterical and you were given a vintage looking picture as a keepsake.
Their team steers clear of all of the cheesy photos are hoping they will not make you take.
I would 100% recommend Cynthia and Brain to anyone looking for someone to capture their special day in an authentic way.

ach one is as great as the others.
Cynthia and her assistant Brian were a delight to work with. We believe it was their attitudes that enabled us and our guests to remain relaxed, which ultimately allowed them to capture the shots that they did.
We highly recommend them.
Our wedding photos came out fabulous. I would recommend Day for Night for any occasion.
Words cannot express how happy I am that I chose Cynthia DelConte as my wedding photographer. From the moment I met her, we just clicked and I didn't need to meet with anyone else....
She has a wonderfully warm and friendly presence and her work is just outstanding. I was married five days ago and I already have all my pics to look at online. My photos are just so original and beautiful. Cynthia captured moments that I was not even aware of and are so special. If you are looking for cookie cutter pics, she is not for you. Cynthia's photos are natural, organic and candid. She truly captured the love, fun and happiness of each and every person at my wedding. Cynthia shot my engagement shoot as well and I have a huge collection of outstanding photographs. She is easy to work with, extremely reliable, all of my guests raved about how lovely she is and most importantly the most professional and talented photographer! I would highly recommend Cynthia and I am so very thankful that someone so wonderful was a part of my beautiful day!

zing number of beautiful shots by which to remember our special day!
Where can I start to describe the experience of working with Cynthia? She took the time to get to know me and my husband as individuals, and used that knowledge of our personalities to make great and unique suggestions on where and how we might photograph our engagement shoot. Although I fear that I am, at times, awkward (especially in front of the camera!) Cynthia put me at ease throughout the entire shoot. The result was a collection of pictures that really captured our relationship and don't look like anyone else's.
On the day of our wedding, Cynthia and her assistant (who was fantastic as well!) again put us immediately at ease. They made perfect use of the natural light, suggested different settings that gave us a variety of shots to choose from, displayed an endless amount of patience with all of the various family members and children running around at our reception, and diligently took everyone's requests for various family shots. We also chose Cynthia because of her knowledge level. We had a Jewish wedding, and she was familiar with the traditions and special moments unique to that type of ceremony. What's more, she was familiar with our location and had shot a wedding there before, so she really knew how to make the most of the venue.
Upon our return from our honeymoon a week later, Cynthia was ready and delivered our proofs to us - we couldn't be happier with how they came out. We'd work with her again without a second thought.
