Delectables was truly amazing, everything we tasted during the tasting was delicious, and the food on our wedding day definitely took us and all of our guests back with how mouth-watering everything was. The staff were all very kind and attentive, and they went so far as to make sure we were well taken care of during photos and during the dinner. Delectables catered our wedding last weekend and we had so many compliments on the food! Janice and her team were so accommodating and understanding as we had a bunch of last minute adjustments. They had plenty of options for people with dietary restrictions and not to mention, the food was delicious! My only regret is I never got a chance to eat my own mini desserts! This company was recommended to us by our planner and the food at our wedding was fabulous! The Hors d' oeuvre's were amazing, I could have eaten so many more, and the buffet was great as well! Janice and the Team from Delectables Fine Catering were wonderful. Our wedding was at the Central Park Performing Arts Center, Largo FL on 6/18/22. Janice is accessible, kind, patient knowledgeable and works with you every step of the to ensure that a stress free, elegant experience. Kevin was a great on-site supervisor, and everything went smoothly. Janice was even kind enough to stop by on the day which was very comforting. The guests really enjoyed the butler passed hors d'oeuvres and the other dishes. Highly recommend.

Janice from Delectables Fine Catering was wonderful to work with. She helped alleviate the stress of wedding planning and was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to making final decisions for our wedding menu. Since we were planning a destination wedding, we never sampled the food in advance and tried it for the first time at our wedding. Everything we ate was delicious. Our guests raved about the horderves at cocktail hour (crab ragoons, spring rolls, and stromboli bites). Additionally, our guests loved the pasta bar, steak, and viennese dessert table. (Only disappointment in food was the sushi station, but we are very particular about sushi).

Delectables catered our wedding at Sunken Gardens, and it was absolutely amazing. We chose a buffet-style service, which felt more like an upscale catering experience than anything resembling what you might think when you hear “buffet” at a wedding. Their servers were attentive, the food was some of the best we and our guests have ever tasted, and they were so amazing to work with in general. They also had incredible passed d’oeuvres for our cocktail hour (we were able to select 5 from a list of more than 20 or 30 amazing options). In addition, they coordinated with us to ensure that they had the right linens available for our theme. I will likely work with them again in the future on coordinating corporate events with my employer. We highly recommend them!

My husband and I had the good fortune of having Delectables cater our wedding reception in May of 2022 at Nova 535 in St. Pete. I am so glad we did! Having yummy food was one of our top priorities for our party, and Delectables knocked it out of the park. The food was delicious and we got so many compliments on it! We went with the Tropical Nights menu, and found it was the perfect option to appeal to our guests (about a quarter of whom were Nigerian and the remainder American). We worked with Gabrielle throughout the planning phase. She was very professional and responsive, and made the whole process so easy. Delectables was one of the preferred vendors at Nova 535, so the venue and catering teams communicated and worked together seamlessly and required very little from us. They also worked closely with our cake baker (Cakes by Corey) and offered us free cake cutting which was awesome. I highly recommend Delectables!

From start to finish Delectables was fabulous! We worked with Janice for a year leading up to the wedding. She was extremely patient with us, accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different meal choices and hors d'oeuvres. During our event, the staff was professional, timely, and efficient. All of our guests LOVED the hors d'oeuvres and meals!! We used delectables for our wedding and our guests raved about the food! We also thought it was delicious and I appreciated the staff had a plate of food waiting for us at our table right as we walked into our reception! They were very easy to work with and the communication was great the whole way through. One of the very best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Delectables! We initially planned to be married in November 2020, but because of COVID, we had to reschedule to November 2021. Delectables was so accommodating and made sure that everything was just right for us! Janice was a complete joy to work with and helped answer all of my million questions from rescheduling to menu choices to napkin placement. She is a gem! On the day of our celebration, the Delectables staff showed up early and got straight to work. Rick was our supervisor and he made sure that my husband and I got our plates of food first and that everything flowed seamlessly from the cocktail hour to dinner to dessert. The waitstaff and bartender were also completely wonderful to work with. And the food!!! Our guests still can't stop talking about how delicious everything was and asking me to find the recipes. Without reservation, I would recommend Delectables to anyone who needs an event catered. 10/10 would hire again!

They say the food is one of the things guests will remember most about your wedding….if that is true, then I had one of the most memorable weddings ever! I can’t even count how many times I was told “this is the best food I have ever had at a wedding”! In addition to creating a menu of glorious goodies, Janice and her team at Delectables were incredibly friendly, responsive, accommodating, and very professional. Any time I ever need catering for anything, I know exactly where I will go first!

Delectables Fine Catering Inc. catered my wedding earlier this month. One word to sum up the experience with them is AMAZING. From the beginning of the whole process, I received timely communication and transparency from their corporate and social event coordinator named Gabrielle. She answered all of my 100 questions thoroughly and without frustration. Me and my wife live out of state so we couldn't attend one of their free taste testing that they have every first Sunday of every month. We were able to book two private taste testing though for 100$ a session (up to 4 people can attend). While at the taste testing we was able to figure out what hors d'oeuvre we wanted for the wedding (chicken satay, shrimp and grits, meatballs in marinara sauce, risotto croquettes, and spanakopita) and what entrees we wanted for the plated combination dinner (filet mignon and mahi mahi martinique) On the wedding day, the wait staff made sure me and my wife was well taken care of. During cocktail hour me and my wife stayed in the bridal suite to get some downtime before the wedding reception started. The wait staff checked on us multiple times to make sure we had enough hors d'oeuvre and drinks. During the wedding reception, the wait staff would come by our table (sweetheart table) to make sure everything was alright. All the comments I have heard from the guests that attended the wedding are all positive. They said the food was delicious and that the wait staff was very professional and friendly. We had the premium brand liquor open bar for approximately 100 guests. There was no issue of any liquor running out. We had a few guests that cancelled last minute with attending the wedding, therefore we had extra food. Delectables Fine Catering Inc. was kind to put the extra food in food boxes that we provided. If you are in the Tampa Bay area and are looking for a caterer for a wedding I highly recommend that you do business with Delectables Fine Catering Inc. You will get alot of value and wonderful service for a very good price. You and your guests will be satisfied.

My daughter started planning for her wedding in June for Oct 16, 2021. She didn't want a traditional wedding with large tables, a specific time for eating, etc. but preferred a more relaxed setting that you would normally get at a house party. We couldn't find a house that would fit 100 people, so she finally chose a rooftop venue that had just started doing weddings and offered some challenges to the catering companies (one not very big elevator, no kitchen, etc.) We spoke to several companies, but Janice, with her experience and creativity, was able to figure out all our wants and needs and then actually execute as promised! And the cost was reasonable too. We chose a semi-custom menu with passed hors d'oeuvres, several platters, and dishes from the tropical luau menu. The hot food stayed hot and moist throughout the reception, including the Mahi! The food was 'delectable', the staff was friendly and professional, and the guests were delighted! I would call Janice in a heartbeat if I needed a catering company again! Thank you, Janice, so much! BTW, don't pass up on the cucumber water...it's incredible!

I worked with Janice at Delectables. From the get-go, Janice was fun, responsive, attentive, and had amazing suggestions! For Delectables as a whole, the food was TO DIE FOR. The Options, the set up, the decor and the service are 5 star! The first text I got about the wedding was "The food was amazing!!!" That speaks wonders as many times your spending the most on the food for wedding prep! I couldn't have been happier and am waiting for friends to get married so I can introduce them to Janice and Delectables....and the Seafood Shooters ;) Thanks for all you did!

It was really great to be able to do the food tastings to make absolutely sure we made the right selections for our wedding. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The only two things that could have been better were the accuracy on the napkin fold. I asked for a "menu fold" and we got a "drop fold" instead. The other thing is it would have been really nice if they set aside a plate of the Viennese desserts for the bride and groom before they were all gone! Other than that, I would highly recommend Delectables Fine Catering!

Delectables Fine Catering did an AMAZING job at our wedding on 7-10-2021. We had TWO pasta bars and that was a HUGE hit. We also had their chicken and steamed vegetables that everyone said came out great. During cocktail hour, they provided an amazing spread of cheeses, crackers, and fruits. Normally when you attend a wedding the food is dry and people will say it was just ok. Everyone LOVED Delectables food! The staff were also amazing! So friendly and happy to help. I honestly can not say enough about how wonderful this company is! Julie was also amazing at keeping us up to date with all of the tastings they offered once a month as well as with cordinating everything. They not only take care of the food, but they also provide the glasswear, silverware, tablecloths, and napkins. They will even box up the leftovers if you provide the Tupperware. Five stars all the way and if I could give them more, I would.

We are SO happy we chose Delectables for our wedding! Janice was the most patient, most amazing advisor, and the food quality is outstanding! Decor, service, taste, professionalism and value for money is the best you can get. Would 100% recommend!

We recently hired Delectables to cater my daughters wedding at Sunken Gardens. We waited until we had a tasting to decide at each of the caterers we had selected and chose Delectables because the food was outstanding! Then we spoke with Janice Bleu and knew we had chosen the right catering company. Any time we had a question about linens, food or guest selections she responded immediately and was so easy to work with. All our guests raved about how good the food was and how unique some of the dishes were (potatoes shaped like mushrooms etc) the bread, the service was excellent. They made special vegan meals for the bride and some of our guests including some appetizers. The presentation was beautiful and classy which we were going for. They helped make our only daughter’s wedding very special. Thank you to Jim, Janice and crew for a spectacular wedding.

We met the Delectables team through the venue my daughter and her new husband chose for their wedding. There were so many options that were delicious, it was hard for us to make choices for the reception, but Janice - one of the catering managers, gave us great advice. The food was outstanding! Our guests were raving about everything, and best of all for many of our guests - all entrees are gluten free! The food displays were very pretty, and made our buffet look wonderful. The service was professional and so friendly, and they played a huge part in helping us to have a wonderful reception. I would highly recommend Delectables, they are excellent.

From the beginning, Janice from Delectables was so amazing and responsive. They have monthly tastings in St. Petersburg (for free) to allow couples to try several different style dishes before choosing. We attended several of those and then Janice accommodated us for a private tasting. On the day of, the servers were extremely attentive and everyone RAVED about the food. We had the filet and it was cooked to a perfect medium-medium rare. HIGHLY Recommend Delectables and their incredible team.

Delectables Fine Catering did an excellent job. The food was absolutely amazing. I had passed hors d'oeuvres, Latin nights buffet, and their dessert bar. Everything tasted absolutely amazing. It was so hard to narrow down our menu at their tasting since everything tasted so good. Janice was very professional and friendly. They made sure the bridal party got some hors 'doeuvres upon arrival to the reception venue. We were served immediately to make sure the bridal party ate dinner. Delectable Fine Catering hosted my wedding and it was a hit! Everyone loved the food and it was so delicious. I had been communicating with Gabrielle for about a year leading up to my big day. She was always quick to respond, organized and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. She was always on top of everything keeping it organized and in check for me so I didn't have to worry. That was a big help for a stressful bride. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a tasting which I highly recommend. We made some changes to our menu because we went to a tasting and fell more in love with somethings than others. Everyone has been friendly and kind during the process and the day of the wedding. We are grateful to have had such a beautiful and perfect wedding. It takes a villages and they were a big part of it! I am excited to eat their food again at my friends wedding in May.

We had an excellent experience with Delectables. The food was delicious and appropriately priced. The mini grilled cheeses in tomato soup shooters during cocktail hour were a crowd favorite. Working with the wedding coordinator was great - my venue had a lot of Covid restrictions which required us to make frequent changes and she helped us figure them all out without any issues and while easing my worries. I highly recommend Delectables!

Delectables Fine Catering is an incredible catering company for any event but especially weddings. They catered my daughter’s wedding in November of 2020 for 79 guests at Baker’s Ranch and people just raved about the chicken piccata, roast beef, au-gratin potatoes, charcuterie boards, Palm tree fruit display, the four hors d’oeuvres passed at cocktail hour and the miniature Viennese Dessert table. I knew the food was great from our tastings, but blown away at how many guests commented to me about how much they loved the food! The portions were very nice and the efficiencies and safety precautions for COVID-19 for the buffet kept everyone safe! They have an excellent way for you to try their foods with the tastings they set up once a month in St Pete so you can go and try the numerous dishes. They have different foods presented each month since they have so many options for chicken, beef, seafood, veggies and hors-d’ oeuvres. They are simply incredible and I will use them for my son’s wedding some day! They even packed up the leftovers for me in containers I brought and we had lovely fruit, cheeses and meats to add to our Thanksgiving feast. Delectables Fine Catering made our special day easy and even more memorable with their attention to great food beautifully displayed.

Delectables was a preferred vendor at our venue for our wedding in Brooksville (just north of Tampa). Not only was the food amazing, they were super accommodating with serving plated at our venue that typically went with buffet style. The staff were amazing and they also provided our linens (included) and glassware rentals (add'l charge). Overall, I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Delectables to anyone! They did an outstanding job. They were punctual, the food was delicious, and they attended to everyone at our wedding. Delectables was also very flexible during this time; our venue canceled on us last minute and we had to move it to my family's home out in Wimauma. Our wedding was two months ago and we are still getting comments on how amazing the food was!! Delectables was the first tasting we went to and they set the bar so high, nothing else came close. Janice was wonderful to work with and was so responsive and answered any question I came up with. We were able to customize our menu to what we wanted. The attendants during happy hour were just wonderful! They made sure my husband and I got appetizers and even made sure my grandma ,who has dietary restrictions, had a plate of the appetizers she could eat. In addition to our wedding, we even ordered food for my bridal shower and everyone loved it. I can not recommend Delectables Fine Catering enough!

I absolutely recommend Delectables Fine Catering for wedding events, as they made my February 2020 wedding memorable to every guest who attended. I am known for being picky about food; admittedly, there are more foods I don’t like than foods that I do. I don’t eat at chain restaurants or fast food, as I want food prepared a certain way and can barely stand the smell of most cooked food. I share these peculiarities only to emphasize the significance of Delectables exceeding my expectations. Communication: A+. I highly value responsiveness and clear communication, and Janice met these expectations with her response time and ability to articulately write and speak. Janice proactively informed me when our check arrived and who the team’s supervisor would be during the wedding. Food: A+. Cocktail hour: We selected four butler-passed hors d’oeuvres: seafood shooters, vegetarian spring rolls, chicken satay, and prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella. The seafood shooters were exquisite. The seafood was neatly displayed in a large, clam-like shell and covered with a cheese blend; we used sticks from the satay to scoop the seafood into our mouths. These were by far my favorite. Next favorite was the chicken satay with peanut sauce. They were acceptable without the sauce but so much better with it; I ate it both ways as to not double dip; they’re too long for a single bite. They had a tempura-like coating which was different than how I’m used to satay but still good. The vegetarian spring rolls were typical spring rolls but came in third because I don’t like fried food. And the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella ended up last because I’m not that fond of meat or cheese but still wanted others to enjoy them, which they did. The prosciutto was thicker than what one typically buys at the store. Dinner: We ordered the Stations Buffet package and added two extra stations so we could have a variety of food stations: sushi, pasta, Indian, and paella. We received raving reviews on everything but the sushi, which guests found a little dry and plain compared to Wegmans sushi and the other stations. But it didn’t affect the experience at all because guests overwhelmingly enjoyed the other three stations and Châteaubriand; they could taste the difference in the higher quality cut of meat. The made-to-order pasta was fresh, delicious, and accommodated vegetarian and non-dairy guests. The Indian food exceeded the groom’s father’s expectations, as he assumed it would be too watery but it wasn't -- and he's still eating it as leftovers a week later. The food was tasty and a couple of the items had a delightful spicy kick to them. There was a good variety, so it accommodated vegetarian and non-spicy guests. I loved the paella for how beautiful it looked, how fresh and flavorful it tasted, and how its variety of seafood, meat, chicken, vegetables, and rice accommodated all our guests. Janice advised this was a lot of food for under 40 guests, but we knew it wouldn’t be wasted since the servers box it up for guests to take with them. Service: A+. During cocktail hour, one of the servers actually brought a tray of hors d’oeuvres to us; we had been taking pictures and she figured we must be hungry. The food and even coffee were magnificently displayed, which did justice to the food — a true demonstration of art enhancing another form of art. Flavor Gourmet was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding! We set up a tasting with Courtney to try a few items from their menu and from the first bite we were sold! Courtney was fantastic, she was so easy to communicate with and very responsive to my many questions and emails. Flavor Gourmet has an abundance of food choices and menu combinations, they even worked with us to customize an appetizer menu to work in one of our favorite foods at cocktail hour. They made it so easy to customize a few options for our guests with dietary restrictions as well. The service at the wedding was perfect (they gave much welcomed special attention to us and our bridal party to make sure we got plenty of our appetizers and food during the reception). The guests raved about our food for weeks after the wedding and really enjoyed the family style dinner. Not only is there food delicious and their services wonderful, but they were also extremely affordable. We used them for both food and bar service and were able to do it without breaking the bank. We would highly recommend Courtney and Flavor Gourmet to anyone with catering services needs!

Delectables was GREAT start to finish! Janis was a pleasure to work with and was always super responsive and helpful. We went to a handful of tastings to try and figure out exactly what we wanted on our menu. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, Janice even made sure to include all our items in one of their monthly tastings for us so we can see how it all worked together. All of their food is delicious so it's very hard to choose an entree. Our wedding guests have all mentioned how yummy the food was. The buffet was set up perfectly and the staff was awesome. Everything was served hot and we didn't run out of anything. I wanted fun appetizers so we went with the passed mini grilled cheese shooters and mini flatbreads. They were a huge hit and the staff made sure to bring me and my husband some during our bridal party pictures. Would definitely recommend to any bride looking for great quality food that won't break the bank!

We booked Delectables as our caterer as part of the all inclusive package with Bakers Ranch. We picked them because we wanted to offer our guests a plated dinner option. Price wise, taste wise, and flexibility wise, they were the easiest and best choice. Because my husband and I planned our wedding from out of state, they were able to set up a tasting for my parents on our behalf to specifically include a couple of the options we were looking to offer, and were amazing and gracious about accommodating a few of our guests with allergies and dietary restrictions. I am so happy with our decision, and the food was delicious!

Delectables catered our January 2019 wedding and we were blown away by how great the food was, the professionalism of the staff, the beautiful presentation of the food and the value of their services! We opted for the "Floribbean" buffet menu which delighted our guests. Delectables was flexible in providing vegan options, helping us pour our customized champagne bottles and worked with us for several months in tweaking our menu to perfection! As the bride, the staff made sure I received a plate of hors d'oeuvres, a server helped me make my plate and carry to my seat (so as not to spill on white dress!). I felt so pampered and cared for! We did a sit down dinner with Delectables for our wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. The food and service was fantastic. The presentation was wonderful. I still have people telling me that this was the best wedding food they've ever had! The hors d'oeuvres (I heard) were also wonderful and passed at a great rate by the waiters. Dealing with the staff prior to the wedding was also easy. I did have a minor headcount hiccup, but that was smoothed over without any problems. They handle your linens (tablecloths and napkins) and cutlery the day of and will even set up your centerpieces on your tables!
