INCREDIBLE jeweler!!! 5-stars!!! I found Delicate Gem through a Google search back in 2021 when searching for an engagement ring. I ultimately chose a family friend for the engagement ring but I always remembered Harry from Delicate Gem because of his customer service, patience, and willingness to answer any question that I had. I would also stop by numerous times to look at rings and to learn more about it. Fast forward to 2022 when my now-wife and I were looking for wedding bands and I immediately thought of Harry and Delicate Gem. Harry and the rest of the company are very knowledgeable and patient. They understand it takes time to do research, ask questions, and make a decision. We are so happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the bands. I also went to Delicate Gem to get my wife's engagement ring re-sized and they were very helpful. I highly recommend Delicate Gem. Ask for Harry.

Harry at Delicate Gems made my dream ring come true, especially after buying and putting together my engagement ring remotely we definitely had our concerns. Delicate Gem was refereed to us by a family friend. We decided to set up and appointment and visit them for an engagement ring and wedding bands. The quality of diamonds and jewelry at this place is top notch. Customer services was excellent, very professional and helpful. They have been in business for a long time and really know their diamonds and jewelry. We are absolutely stunned to how beautiful our rings came out. We will be back for more. Thanks Delicate Gem!

I bought my lovely fiancés engagement ring from Delicate Gem last year. The ring was absolutely stunning! We get compliments all the time. We just picked up our wedding bands and wow they are beautiful. Once again a great experience!

This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to make a purchase thus far. From the second I walked through the door, the employees were rude and not willing to help. When my girlfriend told the jeweler that she would like to look at solitaire, round diamonds, the jeweler responded with “Do you want to look or purchase?” Obviously you have to look at the diamonds before you purchase one. Another jeweler then stepped in to “help” us and talked down to us the whole time. We left shortly after and went a few stores down to Amsterdam diamonds to LOOK at and then purchase a beautiful diamond. I highly recommend Amsterdam diamonds and would highly recommend avoiding Delicate Gems.

This is the place to get your engagement ring and wedding bands. It's a small store, but the selection is unbelievable. I was recommended to the store by a relative who has done business in the past. It's a family owned business and we were treated very warm and welcoming. We are more than pleased with the quality and beauty of our selections. Thank you Karen Huber
