We ordered our wedding cake from Lisa at Delicious Desserts and it was nothing short of incredible! She created a beautiful four tiered cake with multiple flavors, and provided us with instructions about how to freeze the top tier for our one year anniversary. The cake was delicious! We received so many compliments and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it came out!

Lisa is amazing to work with. She's so kind and relaxed. She's been doing this for so many years! The cake she made for our wedding was beautiful, just what we wanted. It was so so yummy as well! Working with Lisa was a highlight of the wedding planning process. She was so sweet, thoughtful and creative in helping me figure out what my vision was for my wedding cake - we had so much fun flipping through options and choosing a style with her combining aspects of a few different cakes that we had seen! Instead of having a wedding cake I chose to have a dessert table and every dessert was delicious the extra desserts were even preserved enough that I used the leftovers during my brunch for guests. I did not have to take any desserts home they were gone between the night of my wedding and the brunch following!

LISA IS AWESOME !!! I got married on July 21, 2023 and she made our 2 tiered wedding cake. The cake was amazing !!! All of our guests told us how great it was! We picked up the cake from Lisa’s home where she made us feel welcome and even helped us rearrange our car to fit the cake !!!! LOL Lisa you’re the best & our cake was beautiful !!!!! Lisa is the best!!! Our dessert table was one of my favorite parts of our wedding. It was so nice to have a little range from cookies to cupcakes to whoopie pies- I am still dreaming about the peanut butter cookies! Everything was incredible!!

Lisa is amazing!! From start to finish the experience was so much fun and the outcome delicious and so so pretty!! Lisa has the cutest studio to do your cake tasting in as well! She was very responsive and easy to work with and always answered my emails promptly and kindly. She set up our cake right before cocktail hour to ensure it wouldn’t melt in our outdoor venue (she thinks of everything) and when she saw me there she gave me the biggest hug on my wedding day, just as a friend would! Our cake turned out beautiful and everyone loved it! And she put just the right amount of sprinkles in our funfetti cake to make both me and my husband happy :) she even gave us a cute box and instructions to save the top tier for our first anniversary, like I said, she thinks of everything so you don’t have to! I highly recommend her!!

Lisa was an absolute joy to work with! From the second we visited her kitchen, before even trying her cake, I knew we’d have her on our vendor team! She made the process so fun and easy and she was SO responsive to any questions. Even a few days before our wedding, I realized we forgot to order gluten free desserts for our guests and she whipped them up for us. Our guests are all raving about our cake a month later. Working with Lisa from Delicious Desserts was one of our easiest choices! From our cake testing to our wedding cake it was such a smooth and delicious experience. Our cake was a massive hit with our guests and some even wanted to take some home! Our cake was almond, chocolate with a raspberry cream filling, and we could not get enough. It was so beautiful. Lisa helped provide desserts for both our welcome party and for our wedding reception! Not only were the desserts absolutely gorgeous but they were delicious as well! We were so lucky to be able to try such a variety of what Lisa has to offer as we had a variety of desserts for the welcome party (whoopie pies, cookies, fruit tarts, mini tarts) and then a smaller cake and cupcakes for the reception. Lisa was so much fun to work with and brought my vision to life! From the moment we met we were in sync about what to have on each night. I have never been to a wedding where the desserts and display were complimented and I received comments from friends and family for days about the desserts at our wedding! I am so glad we worked with Lisa and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to handle the desserts for their event!

Are you kidding me!! Our cake and desserts were OUT OF THIS WORLD! We LOVED working with Lisa. She was so helpful as we tried to figure out what was the best dessert option for our guests. We ended up going with a smaller cake but had a bunch of delicious treats: macarons, chocolate chip cookies, mini whoopie pies, and mini cake trifles with three different flavors. Everything was an absolute HIT! We received so many compliments from our guests. She really made the process so seamless. Thank you, Lisa, for the best desserts ever! I truly cannot wait to cut into the top of our cake on our one year anniversary.

Lisa not only made us a delicious cake, but also the most beautiful cake we could have ever imagined. We knew we were in good hands from the moment we met her. We spent multiple meetings and phone calls going back and forth about what we envisioned for our cake design. Lisa was constantly sending us pictures and examples to go with what we were describing to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Besides being a talented baker, she’s so down to earth and was such a pleasure to work with. We can’t recommend her enough!

I knew from the very first email that we would hire Lisa at Delicious Desserts for our wedding cake vendor. She was absolutely our favorite of all our wedding vendors. She always responded to any emails/questions what felt like instantaneously. Her pricing was affordable. But most importantly, she was the friendliest and so helpful while we were making our decisions on types of flavors and quantities that we would need, etc. Come wedding day, we had a family member pick up our cake and cupcakes to deliver to the wedding venue. Lisa provided clear, easy to follow instructions for the pickup person and everything arrived to the venue in perfect condition. The cake and cupcakes looked exactly like our inspiration pictures and were DELICIOUS and we are so happy there was a little extra that we could stash in our freezer for when we want something sweet. We genuinely loved working with Lisa and would 100% work with her again should we ever have a need for a cake.

Where to begin with Lisa?! Lisa has a beautiful personality that warms you from the moment you meet her! She welcome us and my family to her home studio for our cake tasting. She sorted through countless photos until she was sure that she found the right inspiration that captured our vision. Even when we would say we were happy, she would read our faces as we reviewed options until she saw the sparkle she had been hoping for. Our cake was breathtaking on our wedding day. If you are considering booking Lisa- do it!!! Firstly, her cake was actually delicious and so incredibly beautiful. She was amazingly easy to work with and recreated my dream cake perfectly. On top of all of that, I had a pretty stressful start to my wedding day due to some bad experiences with other vendors. When I arrived at my venue Lisa was there literally protecting our cake from the heat. She seemed genuinely so happy that she got to see us before the start of the ceremony and just brought such a sunny disposition and happy attitude to the few minutes before our ceremony. I mean it when I say I wish Lisa could have been all of my vendors. She has the perfect personality for working in the wedding industry. WE LOVE LISA.

Lisa was so sweet and fun to work with. She helped us make the vision of our cake come true. She was super flexible with us as we had to change our date twice due to Covid. Our experience working with Lisa Raffael at Delicious Desserts was exceptional. Lisa came highly recommended by a close friend/bridesmaid who used her for her wedding and all special occasions. It was a bonus that she was local in Falmouth, MA which is where our wedding reception was located. Lisa was easy to work with and extremely informative throughout the entire process especially when determining exactly how many tiers we wanted, cake flavor for each tier, options and pricing for additional treats for our guests, exterior design, and pricing for a pedestal. She shared her professional knowledge and experience with how many servings we would need for 130 guests and was honest about what she thought we needed. I appreciated her insight so we could make the best decision for our wedding. When my husband and I met with Lisa at her shop for our cake tasting, she made us feel very comfortable with her easy going and sincere demeanor. We tasted the two tone cake option and was blown away by the flavor and freshness. We talked about how this was a great option for our guests so they could enjoy both vanilla and chocolate without them having to take two pieces of cake in order to just try both. We loved the raspberry cream filling and buttercream frosting during our tasting and felt confident signing the contract and paying the deposit after our meeting/cake tasting. Every bite was better than the last. Being fully transparent and discussing all the logistics, Lisa was a dream to work with! I showed her pictures of what I liked - flowers cascading down the cake and the look of spatula lines. She proceeded to show me pictures of her past work and drew a sketch so we were both on the same page. She coordinated with my wedding florist the day of and I couldn’t be happier with my wedding cake. It was picture perfect! Lisa exceeded my expectations. Lisa was able to make my son & daughter in laws’s dream cake/cupcake presentation come to life! The nautical theme for their Lighthouse Inn wedding on Cape Cod was incredible! The cupcakes were not only gorgeous but SO DELICIOUS, fitting of her company name! Ha! Ha! Lisa is an old friend, and we feel so blessed to have had her create the gorgeous dessert for our family’s magical day!

Lisa was recommended to us by a friend of mine who was a staff member at our venue. I didn’t take this recommendation lightly because I figured the staff had seen (and tried) many different cakes over the years, and for Lisa to come out on top, I knew she had to be great. They were not wrong!! Not only was Lisa so fun to work with throughout the whole process, but she was so accommodating - giving us a take-home tasting kit during Covid, and having us back in person for another tasting when things started to open back up. She suggested we station the cake instead of serve to all guests because she’s seen that work better in the past, even though it meant we’d order less cake. The cake itself was so moist and delicious which you don’t usually find in wedding cakes. One of our guests went back for three slices! We absolutely loved working with Lisa and loved how she brought our design vision to life with the most stunning cake we have ever seen.

What do you do when your daughter wants a sprinkle wedding cake? You call Lisa! Lisa did an incredibly beautiful and very elegant dessert table (actually gold racks with votives and flowers) and a gorgeous sprinkle cake. Go look at it on her site! Lisa is THE BEST. I will never have anyone else do a cake for me ever. She is so creative and her work is absolutely beautiful. She guided me through the process of designing a full dessert table while making me laugh the entire time. The desserts (cupcakes, mini ombré cake, chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake tarts) were a HUGE hit. A week later I am still getting comments about how amazing the cupcakes were. We had a small wedding and wanted the cake and desserts to match and Lisa did a great job making that happen. We had an extremely tasty two tier carrot cake that was beautiful. I sent her a picture of a design, light blue marble with some gold speckled and she achieved this perfection. We had mini cupcakes and mini raspberry tarts for our dessert table, no leftovers were to be had at the end of the night! Highly recommend Lisa for your wedding cake/dessert needs.

Lisa is amazing! We had such a wonderful experience with her in planning a dessert table for our wedding. Every interaction with Lisa was a treat and she gave great recommendations to help us decide on dessert types and quantities (which is tough because everything she makes is great!). The best review I can give though is that I saw our guests at the end of the night going back for seconds and thirds to the dessert table!

Working with Lisa for our wedding cake and macarons was truly so much fun! Lisa is easy to connect with, full of life and wants to help make your vision a reality! Lisa accommodated our wishes when it came to what we wanted our guests to be served and offered advice whenever needed. I looked forward to chatting with her from the moment I set up our initial consult. And let me tell you, her product does not disappoint!! The night was spent on the dance floor but that did not stop people from raving to me after the wedding about how beautiful the cake was and how delicious everything turned out (including the macarons, my favorite). One of my bridesmaids even snagged us a few before we left for the night so I could enjoy them. Five stars are not enough for Lisa and Delicious Desserts. Lisa is truly one of a kind. Not only does she make incredibly delicious desserts, but she is also genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. My wife and I found Lisa via WeddingWire and stopped by her amazing shop for a taste test. After spending 5 minutes with Lisa we both knew she was going to make the cake for our wedding. Lisa was very helpful with suggestions on what would look and taste good, and always went the extra mile to make us feel like family. Our wedding was postponed from 2020 to 2021, and Lisa mailed us a mini cake on our original wedding date as a sweet treat, how incredible is that? Lisa, Kristen and I can not thank you enough for everything you did for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding, your baking skills are incredible, and we are so happy that we met you!

Lisa at Delicious Desserts created a dessert table for our wedding that was as beautiful as it was delicious. We left our cake out for guests to cut their own pieces throughout our wedding; I kid you not, it was such a hit that we wouldn't have had an anniversary slice left if I hadn't noticed the savages and put one aside. A friend recommended Lisa/Delicious Desserts to us, and we met with her to go over our plans and test flavors. We had such a hard time deciding because everything was so good! She delivered the most beautiful cake adorned with fresh flowers. It was delicious and exactly what we wanted! I also told her that I was having difficulty finding a rehearsal dinner option - she gave me all these great suggestions! Lisa is the coolest and most helpful person that I dealt with. Lisa is the most fun and easy to work with person ever. All of the cakes that are testing in our wedding cake were delicious (although I didn’t get to eat any until the next day, note to future brides eat your cake). The cake was absolutely beautiful and we receive several compliments. After moving our wedding due to covid she was unable to deliver the cake, but was extremely helpful to the person that got to pick it up for us making sure it was secure in his car.

What can I say about Lisa? SHE IS THE BEST. Aside from being a kind soul and an amazing person, Lisa is so wonderful to work with. After having to postpone our wedding multiple times we unfortunately lost our dessert vendor. The minute I spoke with Lisa I booked her. She was energetic, kind and very responsive. She worked with us as we watched restrictions continue to be lifted and changed. She made the most beautiful and delicious cake as well as cookies and Whoo pie pies for our wedding. After downsizing our large wedding and relocating venues due to the pandemic, I had to find a wedding cake vendor in short order. As soon as I spoke to Lisa I knew I was in good hands! She created a beautiful and DELICIOUS small cake for my husband and I, as well as cupcakes for our guests. All of our guests raved about how fantastic they were! Cake was to die for! Lisa is absolutely wonderful to work with. When all other bakeries failed, she saved the day. She custom made individual trifle cakes, and made a lemon blueberry for our cutting cake. Cannot wait for our anniversary to be able to eat it again!!

Friendly, charasmatic, talented, fair, flexible, professional, comfortable, intergrity. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Lisa and her company is. Truly. Meeting her in person for our consultation was absolutely one of the most fun parts about planning our wedding. Her work is gorgeous and she easily can guide you through a number of ideas to help you find the perfect cake or dessert table. The taste test, a HOME RUN. My now-husband and I couldn't choose because everything was just so amazing. Just so, so delicious. She is professional, friendly and I felt like I was sitting down with a family friend. I cannot speak enough to Lisa's character. Prices are beyond reasonable and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only give us the cake of our dreams, but to work within and UNDER our budget. I ended up finding her for my wedding but I found a vendor I will use for life. I looked at all of her reviews, not a bad one in the bunch and they try and highlight just how phenomal she is, but honestly, it's just something you have to experience yourself! In February 2016, we went to our tasting for wedding cake. Afterward, I asked my husband what he thought. "If Lisa had left the room, I would have licked the plate!". So June 9, 2016, Lisa delivered our wedding cake and cake pop favors to our reception location. The favors were almost completely devoured before dinner was served! Then, that cake!! The staff came to us worried because our guests were asking for seconds! So we told the staff to rest easy and let them have all the cake they want. The following year we returned to the Cape to celebrate our first anniversary. Lisa was more than happy to make a duplicate of our wedding cake on a smaller scale. We took it with us and returned to our reception location for dinner. The cake was SO delicious! It was more than we could eat so we shared with the staff. Now, June 9, 2020 we will be celebrating our fourth anniversary with Lisa's latest creation Cake Stacks! Delivered right to our door here in South Carolina! We can't wait! Thanks again Lisa!
