Absolutely BEST food and BEST service! Delicious Details catered my daughter's wedding. Many of our guests told us how delicious the food was. Some people were shocked that food at a wedding could taste that good! Dawn took care of us from the time we booked. She advised us on the best food for a party our size and the best appetizers to go with the food. Her staff was so professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dawn @ Delicious Details. Booking Delicious Details was worth every penny I spent and more!

My wedding planner actually told me about Delicious Details in Fredericksburg and I was EXTREMELY happy with how all the food turned out. The trial was delicious and they were so easy and sweet to work with. It was honestly hard to choose which meals we were going to offer since everything tasted amazing. My guests LOVED the food! Cannot go wrong with this team!

We chose to have a local vendor for our September wedding in Fredericksburg. After contacting several other caterers, we decided to go with Delicious Details and we were very happy that we did. We met Dawn on our first visit to the kitchen, but the rest of our dealings were with Devon. She was very easy to work with and helped us adjust our menu to create the perfect selections for our day. We decided on a "create your own pasta" buffet and our guests loved it. Knowing that we had several vegetarians on our guest list, this was a great option to allow each person the meal that they could enjoy. Delicious Details also provided a child's plate price which was very important given the number of little ones we had at our wedding. And the most important thing is that everyone went on and on about how delicious everything tasted! The serving staff was also very professional. They were prompt with clearing tables and refilling drinks all through the dinner hour. They had plates ready and waiting for my husband and I when we sat down, and also packed us a couple of to-go boxes which we enjoyed after the party. Overall we were very happy with the food and the service! It helped create a wedding day to remember...

The food four our wedding was very good; however, the customer service was NOT. Our initial meeting started out well, we talked about our budget and the foods we would want and they acted like they could give us what we wanted for the budget that we mentioned, then when they sent us the finalized quote, it was MUCH more. We had to go back and forth trying to get down to our budget and they were so unresponsive. At one point I was worried whether they would show up or not. The day of the wedding, they didn't pass out a LARGE amount of our appetizers. We had tons left over and there was an hour and a half cocktail period where they could have passed them out. All in all, the food was good but I would not recommend Delicious Details because of the lack of customer service.
