Dawn catered my daughters wedding for about 100 people. Her food was AMAZING, her staff was very professional and accommodating. Everyone was so complimentary of the meal. I highly...
recommend the pork loin!!
Absolutely BEST food and BEST service! Delicious Details catered my daughter's wedding. Many of our guests told us how delicious the food was. Some people were shocked that food...
at a wedding could taste that good! Dawn took care of us from the time we booked. She advised us on the best food for a party our size and the best appetizers to go with the food. Her staff was so professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dawn @ Delicious Details. Booking Delicious Details was worth every penny I spent and more!
My wedding planner actually told me about Delicious Details in Fredericksburg and I was EXTREMELY happy with how all the food turned out. The trial was delicious and they were so e...
asy and sweet to work with. It was honestly hard to choose which meals we were going to offer since everything tasted amazing. My guests LOVED the food! Cannot go wrong with this team!
We chose to have a local vendor for our September wedding in Fredericksburg. After contacting several other caterers, we decided to go with Delicious Details and we were very happ...
y that we did. We met Dawn on our first visit to the kitchen, but the rest of our dealings were with Devon. She was very easy to work with and helped us adjust our menu to create the perfect selections for our day. We decided on a "create your own pasta" buffet and our guests loved it. Knowing that we had several vegetarians on our guest list, this was a great option to allow each person the meal that they could enjoy. Delicious Details also provided a child's plate price which was very important given the number of little ones we had at our wedding. And the most important thing is that everyone went on and on about how delicious everything tasted! The serving staff was also very professional. They were prompt with clearing tables and refilling drinks all through the dinner hour. They had plates ready and waiting for my husband and I when we sat down, and also packed us a couple of to-go boxes which we enjoyed after the party. Overall we were very happy with the food and the service! It helped create a wedding day to remember...
The food four our wedding was very good; however, the customer service was NOT. Our initial meeting started out well, we talked about our budget and the foods we would want and th...
ey acted like they could give us what we wanted for the budget that we mentioned, then when they sent us the finalized quote, it was MUCH more. We had to go back and forth trying to get down to our budget and they were so unresponsive. At one point I was worried whether they would show up or not. The day of the wedding, they didn't pass out a LARGE amount of our appetizers. We had tons left over and there was an hour and a half cocktail period where they could have passed them out. All in all, the food was good but I would not recommend Delicious Details because of the lack of customer service.
WONDERFUL!!! We loved their food so much after trying it that we booked them for our reception catering and the rehearsal dinner. Dawn and Devon were great to work with... Made eve...
rything very easy! (Especially for a bride that felt extra scatter-brained!) Would highly recommend them and their food!
I happen to be a foodie and picky,They lived up to my expectations, 2years later and people still bring how wonderful the food was 😘
Delicious Details Catering provided the EXACT food that I had envisioned for my Hill Country wedding! The guests were more than pleased, as were my husband and myself. The reason...
I gave four stars, rather five, is that they were late upon set-up, which ran the food service behind a bit and my guests were hungry. Presentation and quality were superb!
We heard many comments from our guests about how great the food was. The team was wonderful to work with and made the process very simple and stress-free.
We used Delicious Details for both our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased. All of the staff were extremely friendly and the food was to ...
die for. We received so many compliments from our guests on how tasty they thought our food was. Devon was so wonderful to work with. If you're planning an event in the hill country you would be wise to give them a try.

zing the food was!
Delicious Details provided a wonderful buffet at reasonable prices.
Everyone (including myself & the groom) really enjoyed the food. The Staff was friendly & helpful in not only food, but other venders as well (I was planning from 500 miles...
away). My only "dislike" about them, we didn't get to try anything that we picked to sample *although what they gave us was very good* Also, I paid my balance in advance, but they did not tell me they did not accept AMX. They told me I had a balance so I gave them the AMX # again (thinking maybe in all the excitement I THOUGHT I paid it off earlier) she took the CC number, left & came back because, again, she didn't tell me they did not take AMX; they charged me additional for a trip back to the venue to get another card #. NOT something I wanted to deal with during my reception. :-( I DO recommend the food though. It was delish.
