Merrill was our first choice for our caterer and did not disappoint. We had planned the menu out before the pandemic started and never changed for our event in October 2021, I was just so excited (and hungry!) to try it all out. Every spread was fabulous, and she is impeccably responsive to emails and phone calls. A wonderful person to talk to and an absolute pleasure despite some of the issues we experienced throughout dealing with our venue. The only critique I have is not being able to have a tasting beforehand, but it all came out amazing anyway! Her crew was top notch, I would definitely refer to her again for any future event in the West Chester area!
