I'm Matt born and raised in SW MI, Girl dad and dog owner. My passion for the food industry started when I was 14 with my first job making pizzas. From there I moved to the catering side working with weddings and large events. To now where you found me running my own mobile kitchen. In my free time I am with my family and enjoying Michigan's four seasons.

He catered our wedding of about 200 people and he was the best!! He was on top of everything and very kind. Definitely recommend him!

We used Delish Mobile Cuisine for our rehearsal dinner & wedding dinner. Everything was fantastic! They were flexible, responded quickly and had very reasonable pricing! We would definitely recommend them.

Delish mobile cuisine catered our wedding over the summer and they did amazing!! We were so happy with the quality of the food, everything tasted great. Matt and Kenzi were so amazing to work with! They were incredibly flexible with changes to our menu and made the process so easy. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the food, and Matt and Kenzi themselves were so positive on the day and interactive with our guests. I will never forget how excited they were for us on our wedding day and how they made sure each of our vendors had a plate saved in the fridge. Matt and Kenzi, thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding day so great!

Delish was amazing!! We had them cater tacos for our wedding in grand haven. The food was delicious and they did an amazing job accommodating gluten and dairy allergies. They are so kind and easy to communicate with, we highly recommend them!

They are amazing!
We absolutely loved working with Delish from the first phone call. They worked with us on creating a vegetarian menu and the booking/consultation process was very straightforward.
Day of they were amazing. They were so kind and added so much to our day! Everyone loved them. The food was amazing for both the buffet dinner and the after party snacks (the fries are a must). It was super hot day of and no one could have faulted them for being cranky or trying to rush - but their professionalism and kindness shown through all day.

We loved having Delish cater our wedding! They did a great job, were friendly and prompt, and the food was amazing. Also very affordable. The food truck was a great touch to our small wedding. Highly recommend!

From beginning to end, Kenzi & Matt were amazing! We didn't have a particular quisine in mind, and they made it a breeze to build the perfect menu for our event. The food was delish (as advertised), they were prompt & professional when answering any questions we had. They were organized and punctual, and they served our guests with kindness. HIGHLY recommend!

Besides great service the quality of foods was amazing! Owners are wonderful to work with very accommodating and joyful. If you are in need of a great Caterer consider checking Delish out if you are in the area. I was tremendously pleased knowing the food was covered and the festivities ran as needed. Thank you for feeding the family and friends!!!

Delish did a fantastic job during our wedding. We looked through their pamphlet and decided on two entries, sides, along with a salad and some appetizers for guests after the ceremony. We could not have had a better experience! They showed up on time and had everything lined up just as we expected. They were very helpful and professional. Many of our guests had complemented how great the food was. Thank you Delish for helping with our special day.
We would and have recommended them to several of our friends for future events.

Matt from Delish was fantastic at Twin Gables Event Center. The food was truly 'delish' as they promised. It was very good! Matt was on top of everything, and his kindness was an added bonus. It's definitely worth checking him out and experiencing it for yourself.

I recently hired Delish Mobile Cuisine for a 60th surprise birthday at our lakefront property. Let me just say it was the BEST decision I made regarding the food and the way it was presented! Matt and Kenzi have a wonderful food truck and provided and cooked amazing gourmet food and appetizers for this special event for 50 people! It was so fun for everyone to order the food they preferred and oh my THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!
Matt and Kenzi were so awesome with their communication of food choices, cost and every single detail! It was wonderful to plan the food portion of this event so easily. And they package up all the leftovers so nicely. This is a super professional and friendly couple. I would totally call on Delish Mobile Cuisine again for any special event! Every person at the event commented that I knocked it out of the park by hiring Matt and Kenzi! I HIGHLY recommend Delish Mobile Cuisine for that special occasion!!!"

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Delish Mobile Cuisine!! First let me start with the food. Matt and company served us up a taco/nacho bar with ALL the trimming including elote dip, homemade salsa, and even special requested roasted jalapenos. Everyone still can’t quit raving about how amazing the food was! Now let’s move on to how incredible Matt is. He’s so professional, yet makes you feel like he’s not just your caterer, but also your friend. He’s so extremely nice. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my first catering experience. Don’t hesitate one second to book, just do it! You won’t be disappointed, guaranteed!! Thanks again Matt and team for all your hard work in making my event so perfect! I’m forever grateful :)

This couple was so helpful and responsive! They did a great job with catering our wedding of 180 people for a very reasonable price. Our venue was at our family’s farm and about 2 hours away from where delish is based in. They had no problem with getting there on time with delish food! They were very helpful when picking out a meal within our price point. They helped serve and packed up the leftovers. We didn’t have to think about a thing. Would definitely recommend delish!

What a treat to have Delish cater our extended Family Reunion event!! Kenzi and Matt made the menu planning and logistics easy with the breadth of fun and creative options they offer. The truck itself is festive and attractive and the set-up allowed our party of 50+ to eat their fill with ease. The service and the food was AMAZING. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Matt even made freshly fried churros with chocolate sauce which pleased everyone! I would highly recommend Delish for a large event. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

The Delish Mobile team are amazing. I needed help with a last minute work retreat and they came through. The menu options are broad enough to please any group. They took care of breakfast and lunch for two days. I recommend using them if you can.
