Hi, I'm Matt born and raised in SW MI, Girl dad and dog owner. My passion for the food industry started when I was 14 with my first job making pizzas. From there I moved to the catering side working with weddings and large events. To now where you found me running my own mobile kitchen. In my free time I am with my family and enjoying Michigan's four seasons.

On the day of the party, the weather was intense—over 90 degrees and humid—but Matt and his staff never missed a beat.
