Matt and Kenzi were absolutely amazing to work with! During our tasting with them, we knew that we would be booking them for our wedding day. The food was delicious then and even more delicious on our wedding day. The week leading up to our wedding, there were some concerns with the parasite outbreak in lettuce/produce. When I raised my concerns with them, they were very helpful and changed our menu to no longer include uncooked produce. This helped ease our minds so much! Additionally, they had excellent options for those with dietary restrictions. The service was excellent on our wedding day, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Thank you, Matt and Kenzi, for such wonderful service and food. We hope to see you at an event in the future! :)

From there I moved to the catering side working with weddings and large events. To now where you found me running my own mobile kitchen. In my free time I am with my family and enjoying Michigan's four seasons.

I could go on and on forever about how awesome the food was. Especially because I have a dairy sensitivity and they were so easy to work with to ensure I got to eat anything I wanted. Something I think that’s just as important as the food is to me is the people behind it all. Matt and Kenzie are a dream. And absolute DREAM. He guided us through every decision, from the creative cocktail hour bites (grilled cheese with tomato soup, caprese, and cocktail franks) to the incredible dinner spread featuring pizza and tri tip cooked on site, plus delicious four-cheese tortellini. On the day of the party, the weather was intense—over 90 degrees and humid—but Matt and his staff never missed a beat. They worked tirelessly, always with a smile, and delivered food that was not just delicious but memorable. The late-night snacks, especially the s’mores station and coney dogs, were a huge hit and kept the celebration going strong. We were so impressed that we made sure to enjoy every last bit of the leftovers at home! Matt’s dedication, warmth, and talent made our event truly special.
