10/10!!! Absolutely amazing, people raved about the food, it was hot. We didn’t run out. It was not your typical not so good wedding food. He worked with us on the style of food we wanted because I’m a little picky. He worked with our budget and responds incredibly fast. He completely handled all allergies and food preferences, he is the person you want if you do not want to stress out about your food! He truly was made for this industry and I’m very thankful for him and his wife! He’s also got an amazing personality! I’m writing this review amazed and a heart full of gratitude because my wedding is over and it was just absolutely incredible!

From there I moved to the catering side working with weddings and large events. To now where you found me running my own mobile kitchen. In my free time I am with my family and enjoying Michigan's four seasons.

ore delicious on our wedding day. The week leading up to our wedding, there were some concerns with the parasite outbreak in lettuce/produce. When I raised my concerns with them, they were very helpful and changed our menu to no longer include uncooked produce. This helped ease our minds so much! Additionally, they had excellent options for those with dietary restrictions. The service was excellent on our wedding day, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food.
