Della Terra by Wedgewood Weddings

husband and I stepped foot on the gorgeous grounds of Della Terra, we knew that this is where we would want our wedding to be. It is a gorgeous venue in every aspect. The outdoor ceremony site with the mountains in the background is memorable, the reception space is comfortable and beautiful, and the suites are top notch. Jessica Gibson was with me every step of the way and I cannot thank her enough! When I was connected with Jessica as my day of coordinator, I was immediately drawn into her kindness that could be conveyed just through an email! Jessica demonstrated great kindness, compassion, expertise and a true sense of authenticity that captured my heart from the very beginning. I appreciate her consistent and prompt correspondence, whether through my many email or phone call, and all the answers she had to my many questions, all answered with a positive attitude and willingness to help When we went up to Della Terra for our planning meetings, we were greeted with wonderful staff every time! Jessica, and the rest of the Wedgewood Team (Laurence, Hailey, Ashtyn, and more) were always so willing to help, even on a short notice or with any random request. Jessica was very organized and the plan made us feel at ease going into the wedding, knowing that the whole team had our back. From the moment the wedding day started (and even the days before), she was helpful, informative, organized, and it was clear that Jessica and her colleagues truly know what they are doing. It is not easy tasks to coordinate with all the vendors, make sure people are on time, help rehearse the ceremony, set up decor (it looked better than I could have ever imagined), and so many behind the scenes tasks, but Jessica and KC made it feel effortless. The day was seamless, thanks to the hard work and preparation of Jessica, KC, and the Della Terra Wedgewood team. They even had a printed picture of our ceremony and a congratulatory card when we sat down for dinner! Amazing! The team was so professional, on time, was able to help any guest or bridal party member, and even accommodate last minute requests. And, wow, do they know how to run a wedding! It was perfect! The Della Terra team is efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to be around the morning of my wedding, making me feel confident and ready to take on the rest of the day!. Jessica demonstrated a genuine desire to make sure that every person she works with feels prepared and excited for their big day. I was touched with her constant “check in’s” just to see if I needed anything or had any questions. The Della Terra team was flexible with timing, positive through every step of the way, and so talented in their work. I found that their genuine compassion, love for their art, and kindness made everyone, including me, feel at ease and we all had the best time from start to finish! Not only did Jessica feel like the day of coordinator ever, but she felt like a true friend and comfort to me on my wedding day. I cannot recommend Della Terra enough and am grateful for, not only their expert and fantastic venue and products, but also their genuine desire to make our day wonderful and their kindness through every step of the way. nd outdoor spaces. We had an outdoor cocktail hour and primarily indoor reception, but we did have our first dances and dessert outside as well. There was plenty of space for our 120 guests to enjoy inside and out and we had many comments on how much people enjoyed that aspect of our wedding. Morgan, our day of coordinator, was fantastic! We had a large wedding party (20 bridesmaids and groomsmen in total) but she got all of us in order and helped us have a successful and smooth ceremony. She even had a picture from our ceremony waiting on our table at dinner which was such a special and unexpected touch! She also worked so seamlessly with our vendors that if anything did go wrong, we truly had no idea. They even had champagne for us in our room on arrival and flower petals in our room when we got there after our wedding concluded. Our wedding day was perfect and that all started with Della Terra. We had booked Della Terra before they were bought out by Wedgewood, so we were able to choose all of our vendors but if you are happy to choose from the Wedgewood list, then Della Terra is a truly great wedding venue.

Della Terra made the process much easier than we initially thought it would be and we enjoyed working with all the preferred vendors as well. Friends and family were wowed!

Everyone and everything about Della Terra made our day so magical; special shout-out to Laurence, KC, and Mayra, who we worked especially close with, but every single person we interacted with was wonderful and went above and beyond on everything. Plus we had wild turkeys stop by during the ceremony, and deer trotting past our first dance! The suites are incredible, the ceremony space is a dream, the reception and cocktail hour spaces are amazing, and the staff are seriously just next-level pros. Truly, we can't recommend Della Terra enough ❤️

when it comes to execution they will leave you hanging. They say they have 100s of linens to choose from, it's only satin and they make you pay for it, same when it comes to plates and utensils. Prepare to get nickel and dimed for everything. The only people that should book here are people who don't want any customization and that have deep pockets. Storytime: Essentially, the lack of clear and consistent communications on rules and limitations needs to be better. I’m not sure if this was due to the changes in management (being bought by Wedgwood) or what. But we didn’t sign with Wedgwood, we signed with Della Terra and we had some expectations set during our tour. Like if we pay for alcohol during our hot chocolate bar it’s fine and doesn’t take away from an arbitrary number of hours that alcohol is served. Additionally we asked about a custom bar and were assured we could get that settled early. All of this was fantastic. We didn’t mind paying extra as that was laid out for us and explained. In June we started talking to the bar team about the custom order. We couldn’t get a response. We tried calling and emailing, I almost had to ask our wedding planner to show up and knock on the door. When we finally did get a response we had to wait again to check with the distributors. We went back and forth trying to figure this out for MONTHS. To wait and wait and wait drives the probability of getting these wines lower and the price higher. When we finally did start to work with Taylor to get a response it took ages, and no one else on the team could access her notes or anything. So to the shock of no one and nothing, several of the wines we requested were unavailable when the time came. Then we get to our walkthrough, at the time the bar situation still wasn’t figured out, and all of a sudden there are all these rules that hadn't been discussed previously. Like we can only have service for 7 hours, even including time people aren’t drinking (like the ceremony). At this meeting there was no one from the bar team there to explain anything or answer any questions live. On the day of rehearsal there were comments made about how we needed to be quiet because there were people staying there for the weekend. We had paid roughly 20 THOUSAND dollars, someone staying for the weekend would have paid maybe 10% of that. This rehearsal was at 10am when the majority of the population is awake. And it was a 10 minute tour. On our wedding day during the space had to be flipped. I walked into the room to see many people working hard to get the space ready, which I appreciated, but several members of Della Terra staff just stood around and watched. Unfortunately during this time my in-laws overheard some comments made from the Della Terra staff about the event that weren't professional and again it left a really poor taste in guests' mouths. For our stay on the lodging side of Della Terra, the room was nice and tidy, and that was great, but the breakfast in bed was really greasy and actually upset both Fred and I's stomachs, and the bed was quite small. So again, I don't think the juice was worth the squeeze when it comes to the "complimentary room" provided.

ou the time of reading my words. The pictures are fantastic, but you absolutely need to step foot on the grounds and see it for yourself. I can emphatically say that the venue exceeded our expectations when we first toured, and when both my wife and I got back into the car, our jaws on the floor. We had a few more tours to do that day in the area, and nobody else could match the experience we had at Della Terra. We had the pleasure of working with Annie during both our tour and our wedding day. My wife and I had a little bit of a nontraditional wedding, and while we were bouncing our ideas off Annie, she did not bat an eyelash. She gave us the information we needed to make decisions, and helped guide us through the process with the utmost professionalism and candor. The stars truly did align for us with Annie being our direct contact from start to finish, but with that being said, I had the utmost confidence in the whole Della Terra squad, and knew we would be in good hands! I will say that while we were dancing the night away, you could tell the staff were having fun too! The energy in that building on our wedding day was burning bright with positivity and love! There is always going to be some level of stress when it comes to planning a wedding, and although my wife definitely took on most of the battles of making our wedding day the way we pictured it, I can say that once the big day came and it was time for some vows, Della Terra took all our worries away. We highly recommend doing the full experience! We stayed in the Moon Dance suite for our wedding weekend. Being on site was an absolute game changer. We had it all! Breakfast in bed, fancy bath, and even a trickling waterfall in the room! We felt like royalty. I won't give away the spoiler of how our wedding night ended because the surprise of it was epic within itself, but I will say Della Terra does a fantastic job from start to finish! It will 100% be YOUR day if you go with Della Terra.

The entire wedding team is second to none. I cannot say enough about Annie. She was our main planner and she was absolute perfection. She was so kind and professional and made the planning so fun. She answered all of my (many) questions with a smile and handled my stress and jitters whenever they arose. She's detailed, knowledgeable and we knew we were in great hands from the moment we met her. On the Catering side, Karrie and Ryan made our menu and bar absolute perfection. Our guests are still commenting on how amazing the food was and how great our signature cocktails (created by Ryan) were. All the staff members of Della Terra that my new husband, our families and friends and I connected with always had a smile on their face and made us feel so incredibly special. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Estes Park or just an incredibly beautiful place to stay, I honestly wouldn't look anywhere else.

aff go above and beyond from the very beginning. Rachel helped us out through the entire process and was on top of everything. Anytime I had a question, Rachel was already two steps ahead. They were very communicative and coordinated with all of our vendors. The adults only suites are wonderful, but we also rented out a majority of their cabins on site which are family friendly. I know I am biased, but we had the perfect wedding at Della Terra.

There were so many choices to make but Anna guided us through the entire process and was so helpful. She wrangled in the entire wedding party and families for rehearsal to ensure a smooth day of the wedding. They provided scripts for the aspen tree planting of you chose to do that. Their customer service is so so great. We felt so loved and cared for! Della terra is the perfect venue to blend the outdoors with luxury. They made our day so special and easy that we wish we could do it over and over again with them. We will be visiting for our anniversaries to keep in touch with our Della terra family 💕 We love Anna and Della Terra!

For us this was a destination wedding, but the level of coordination that Stefanie and the team provided took away any stress and concerns that I had. We will be forever grateful to their team for making our dream day a reality, and we look forward to returning to Della Terra for our future anniversaries!

nator and the bartenders were the biggest disappointment. They had no idea what they were doing. They didn’t tell us anything at the rehersal so we were absolutely clueless the day of and the venue coordinator said they back off if you have your own personal coordinators. That makes absolutely no sense. My wedding coordinators do not work at this venue and don’t do a wedding every day of the week during wedding season how would they know what to do. There was no point to have the rehersal. Then on the day of my wedding the venue coordinator was an absolute nightmare she didn’t know anything that was going on and ruined my mothers night for a solid hour because of a stupid mistake that never should have happened. The bartenders had no idea what they were doing and they did “mental math” saying we reached our budget in the one hour cocktail hour. We later find out we never even hit our budget even though we added more money since we weren’t going to stop serving drinks one hour into the night. For a place that has so many weddings I am extremely embarrassed for them and the staff that they hire. I would suggest firing all your wedding staff and finding new people because the venue is absolutely gorgeous but I would never recommend it because of the incompetent staff.

took our breath away. Not only was McGregor Mountain the perfect backdrop for us to say “I do,” but the accommodations and staff at Della Terra truly made our wedding day beautiful and stress free! Rachel was our day-of coordinator and she was incredibly helpful, but honestly, the entire wedding team there was essential in ensuring timely and professional communication and easing all my planning worries. Our venue was probably the most complimented aspect of our wedding day, and I truly wish we could just relive every second. Getting married at Della Terra was hands down the best decision we made during the entire planning process - we cannot recommend this venue enough!

Even though it was rainy, the ceremony site can handle the drizzle with umbrellas for guests and a covering on top of the ceremony pergola. If it had been pouring though, we would have moved the ceremony inside to their elegant indoor space. This was one of the reasons we chose this venue because their indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and spacious, so we wouldn’t have been disappointed with either option for our ceremony. Overall, we highly recommend Della Terra to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue with incredible service. We loved our day and can’t wait to come back for anniversaries!

As if this was not reason enough to book Della Terra, the venue and views are incredible. Located right outside RMNP, you have stunning mountain views all around. The venue flowed nicely between the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Della Terra provides beautiful gas fire pits, lighting, and heat lamps which allowed for us to have a beautiful outdoor wedding. I cannot recommend this venue enough
