This place is WONDERFUL!! I love that the hotel was medieval themed all throughout. I do wish the rooms had more of a castle vibe but that's okay!! All of the staff is VERY KIND!!!! I have a theory that anyone who has been saying otherwise are ...
just a bunch of entitled people who didnt like that they got asked to leave BEFORE the property was open to the public. So dont listen!! Everyone is super nice!!!!

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is super friendly. We stayed 3 nights and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, clean and the beds are comfortable. The pools are a little on the smaller side but where else in the ...
Dells were you able to enjoy an OUTDOOR pool this weekend? The pools were nice and warm, both indoor and outdoor. Huge whirlpools! There was no issues with the parking and I appreciate the staff staying on top of it and making sure that there was enough space for all of their guests during a super crazy car show weekend. I didn’t get a chance to visit the restaurant but definitely will next time! I heard from other guests that the food is delicious. It’s truly a unique hotel at the Dells and they have a little bit for everyone.
2 things I wasn’t crazy about is that they hold $100 security deposit for each night. Typically it’s a $100 per stay.
And the AC/heater was a little too loud. But neither one of these will keep us from coming back! 😊

The staff were above amazing, especially at the pool area and front desk. The building looks gorgeous, especially the outside area with castle towers and private woods area around the resort, and the main restaurant areas. Highly recommend the ...
swim-up bar, they had very reasonable prices for a Dells resort and the staff there were great.

Visited on a Saturday night. No reservations however outside seating was readily available. All were pleased with their choices of walleye time rib and steaks and of coarse my appetizer of deviled eggs.

Mostly good. But a few things are a bit oversold for what it really is.
First off. Every single person we interacted with was kind. Everyone said hello. Everyone made us feel welcome. Not one person made us feel like we were bothering them.

he rooms were nice. Lots of nice details and colors. I appreciated the interior design. I don't think anyone had ever used our room before. Everything was brand new including the hair dryer.
There's no way to adjust the shower head speed or anything. That wasn't great. The HVAC was super super loud which actually helped us since it was a car show weekend? We had no idea. And they were all very very loud and left tons of trash everywhere.
There were a few food and drink options. We did not eat dinner there as we wanted to try a few places in town. We did eat breakfast. There were only a few choices and the eggs and sausage were mostly just warm. The quiche unfortunately was more pastry than quiche. Nothing too exciting. But again service was great and the booths with the painted walls were pretty.
Many of the online links did not work for the menus and other things. So we had to go TO the restaurant to ask what is on the menu.
Our biggest disappointment was if the lagoon. The resort website shows this beautiful serene looking swim of bar that is to die for. But reality is much different. It's all connected to the kids areas, the ceilings are low so it's very loud, the sound just bounces off everywhere. There are s couple of hot tubs which said no kids but there were plenty of kids. I like kids. I have kids. But I don't like getting splashed in the face by hot water.
There were people smoking outside the outside hot tub. And I stead of sending them off the pool person have them a cup as an ashtray. So that deterred us from outside quickly. And again inside was super loud. So we did not use the swim up bar. We did use the hot tub. But it was not calming or serene in any way.
We also did see a special deal for the time we were staying there. We got screwed by booking early apparently. The manager did help with that and even took some money off the final bill. It was a nice gesture but it didn't equal the new discount. Plus the loud HVAC plus the loud people (I wish they would have told us that it was some motor event we would have planned a different weekend), the AC was finicky as in it would cool, then stop, then turn on within a minute. Stop. Turn on asap again. All night. We mentioned this. The maintenance person came up and showed us how it worked. It still did the same thing.
The front desk stated that they know the HVAC was super loud. In all the rooms.
Again I think the place was lovely, there's lots of things to do, little cozy areas to hang out (I'd recommend books and board games for the area outside the thirsty dragon), but definitely feel some improvements are in order and probably some price adjustments. Including food.
Worth a visit still!
