e sure all of our wishes were met. The food done by the Dellwood kitchen was also amazing- we had guests raving about it! We are so grateful for this venue and team for helping make our wedding one of the best days of our lives. We can’t recommend them enough!!

What I liked the most about choosing Dellwod was the fact that most of the communication and planning was all in one place. We got married in February and had the ceremony in the same spot as the reception. It was super easy the staff flipped the space in 30 minutes. Our guests raved about the food and their portion sizes for our plated meal. I highly recommend using Dellwood Country Club as a venue!

Katie and her team went above and beyond to ensure the entire day ran flawlessly. They were attentive, organized, and made sure every guest was happy. The food was incredible—we’re still getting compliments that it was the best wedding meal our guests have ever had! The entire staff made us feel so cared for, and the day went smoother than we could have ever hoped. We loved Dellwood so much that we became members after our wedding. We truly can’t say enough good things about this venue and the amazing people who make it so special.

such an important part of our Big Day. She was such a calming, joyful energy that made things happen for us. The venue is so beautiful, it was affordable and we are still getting compliments on how great the food was. The bartenders were wonderful and they worked with our cake company, Buttercream, which made that easier for us too. My family rented an Airbnb on White Bear Lake so the girls got ready there and the guys were able to hang out/get ready in the Simulator Room which the guys all loved. They recently did a remodel and it is beautiful! The location was very convenient to make a "wedding weekend" in White Bear Lake for our out of town guests, as there is so much to do there. We were able to have our Grooms/Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night in the Fireside Room at Dellwood and that was such a wonderful experience as well! I cannot recommend Dellwood enough, our experience could not have been better. Thank you thank you thank you Dellwood!!!

uickly that this was going to be the venue for us. The staff were wonderful to work with. We did have issues with getting in contact at times but I believe this was due to some staff changes. None the less we were so excited to finish the planning process with Katie. She was always ready to answer any questions we had and we couldn't have had the day we did without her. Any left field ideas we had, she ran with them and made them better than we could have ever imagined (late night snack - mashed potato bar with the DCC cheese sauce, thank us later!) The food was amazing and we still get compliments to this day about it. The day of staff were welcoming to all our guests and everything turned out perfect. We are sad that it is all over as we won't get to work with everyone here anymore! We highly recommend this venue to everyone and hope you have the same great experience that we did!

f our day was perfectly planned out. As the bride, I never had to stress about what was next or transitioning. Our day of coordinator did all of this for us. We got married on December 3rd, 2022. The venue was absolutely beautiful. They had placed completely decked out to our request. I am extremely happy with Dellwood Country Club, they truly outdid themselves.

Our ceremony was outdoor which provided a stunning view of the golf course and the colorful leaves. We choose to go with a plated dinner and we received so many compliments on the entrees, especially the Dellwood Stuffed Chicken. I would definitely recommend this venue due to the excellent staff, cute location and awesome food.

I’d recommend renting decor from them and you won’t even need a day of coordinator. The bridal suite is small but I just rented space at a salon nearby (Sunbear) for a small price. Highly recommend this space if you want something easy, beautiful and a relaxing wedding day.

e landscaping is top-notch especially around the ceremony site. Though I loved it from the pictures, I was even happier with our choice once I was able to visit Dellwood in person. As a COVID bride, I was especially happy about how much and many spaces Dellwood had for our guests to enjoy during the reception. This includes the very large main ballroom (275 capacity, we had 90 guests), a separate indoor space called the fireside room, a large outdoor deck, and a second patio directly off the ballroom. Our guests definitely felt they could safely spread out. The food is great. They have onsite catering so everything is fresh from the kitchen (no dried out meat!). Bry, the event manager, is very helpful. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. She was able to answer all my questions and work with us to manage the COVID situation in real-time. She also provides many resources for planning, including a very clear menu for Dellwood provided food and decor options, and a list of preferred vendors for the few things you need outside of what Dellwood provides. They work closely with many of these vendors throughout the year so once booked I did not have to coordinate set up or drop off of things like lighting and the cake. Bry was also very present on the day of our event, willing to help out where ever necessary. We highly recommend choosing Dellwood to celebrate your big day!

Everything about this venue checked a box off our list - beautiful landscaping and flowers, clean venue, friendly staff, indoor/outdoor space available for guests to mingle throughout the night. The space was perfect for about 200 guests, and the food was delicious! We heard a lot of good reviews on the meatballs! My husband and I would recommend Dellwood Country Club as a great option for a reception venue.

The space itself is absolutely gorgeous, the vaulted ceilings, fireplace and lights and draping we had created the elegant and romantic vibe we were going for. Everything was just as planned! If we had to chose something to improve on, we would have liked to been able to decorate the day prior to the wedding instead of on the actual wedding day, but it all worked out in the end with family/friends who helped out!
