Dellwood Country Club

We had a pool party wedding at DCC July 5th and it was perfect! Yes, we literally got married in the water haha! Katie and the team were so responsive and took care of everything to make our dream a reality. I had so many questions and they answered them all and it really helped make the day stress-free for me. We had the ballroom as backup if the weather was terrible and we couldn't be in the pool, which helped give peace of mind to us as well. I definitely recommend Dellwood Country Club!

Absolutely AMAZING! Every single person we worked with at Dellwood went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend absolutely amazing. We worked with Katie from day 1 and she was such an important part of our Big Day. She was such a calming, joyful energy that made things happen for us. The venue is so beautiful, it was affordable and we are still getting compliments on how great the food was. The bartenders were wonderful and they worked with our cake company, Buttercream, which made that easier for us too. My family rented an Airbnb on White Bear Lake so the girls got ready there and the guys were able to hang out/get ready in the Simulator Room which the guys all loved. They recently did a remodel and it is beautiful! The location was very convenient to make a "wedding weekend" in White Bear Lake for our out of town guests, as there is so much to do there. We were able to have our Grooms/Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night in the Fireside Room at Dellwood and that was such a wonderful experience as well! I cannot recommend Dellwood enough, our experience could not have been better. Thank you thank you thank you Dellwood!!!

Sarah and Katie were awesome to work with!! They were super responsive, listened to all the details and answered a million questions. We had our parents randomly stop in unannounced to take a look and they gave them a full detour and answered all the questions they had too! Several of our guests loved the food and said it was one of the best wedding dinners they have ever had. We highly recommend and would do choose them again in a heart beat!

The whole Dellwood Staff was amazing to us. Katie and Sarah both help us vision a perfect Sunday Wedding. Everything went wonderful and the food was amazing !!

Dellwood Country Club was the very first venue we toured. We wanted a winter wedding so the ballroom and fireplace was the perfect backdrop to capture our day! We knew relatively quickly that this was going to be the venue for us. The staff were wonderful to work with. We did have issues with getting in contact at times but I believe this was due to some staff changes. None the less we were so excited to finish the planning process with Katie. She was always ready to answer any questions we had and we couldn't have had the day we did without her. Any left field ideas we had, she ran with them and made them better than we could have ever imagined (late night snack - mashed potato bar with the DCC cheese sauce, thank us later!) The food was amazing and we still get compliments to this day about it. The day of staff were welcoming to all our guests and everything turned out perfect. We are sad that it is all over as we won't get to work with everyone here anymore! We highly recommend this venue to everyone and hope you have the same great experience that we did!

Our wedding day was literally a dream come true! Dellwood Country Club staff exceeded any and all expectations, even with the morning of changes due to weather. I will forever be grateful for the time and effort they put into making our day very special!!

Dellwood Country Club blew our expectations out of the water. They were there for whatever we needed. They provided us with a day of coordinator. Katie, made sure that every step of our day was perfectly planned out. As the bride, I never had to stress about what was next or transitioning. Our day of coordinator did all of this for us. We got married on December 3rd, 2022. The venue was absolutely beautiful. They had placed completely decked out to our request. I am extremely happy with Dellwood Country Club, they truly outdid themselves.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Dellwood Country Club in fall 2022. Working with Dellwood was wonderful and made the wedding planning process smooth. Although we worked with four different event coordinators throughout our engagement, our final coordinator Katie helped to ensure our big day was perfect. We absolutely loved having our wedding at Dellwood Country Club. Bry helped us through the whole process, and Laura took over her position a couple weeks before the wedding, but it was such a smooth transition. They were so helpful in answering all my questions, providing the tools we needed and creating a beautiful day. Our ceremony was outdoor which provided a stunning view of the golf course and the colorful leaves. We choose to go with a plated dinner and we received so many compliments on the entrees, especially the Dellwood Stuffed Chicken. I would definitely recommend this venue due to the excellent staff, cute location and awesome food.

I got married at DCC a couple of weeks ago and it went so well. The ceremony space is beautiful with flowers and doesn’t need any additional decor. I was worried about non-wedding guests on site but I only saw a couple golfers. The food is delicious, the wedding coordinator, Bry, if’s fantastic. I’d recommend renting decor from them and you won’t even need a day of coordinator. The bridal suite is small but I just rented space at a salon nearby (Sunbear) for a small price. Highly recommend this space if you want something easy, beautiful and a relaxing wedding day.

Dellwood was our dream wedding venue. We wanted a beautiful, updated, and all inclusive option and this was it. The ambiance was spectacular, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredible to work with. Every detail was taken care of. Bry was incredible to coordinate with. We were so happy we picked Dellwood Country Club to host our wedding. Dellwood is the complete package. The venue itself is beautiful-intricate fireplace, lots of dark wood, and the landscaping is top-notch especially around the ceremony site. Though I loved it from the pictures, I was even happier with our choice once I was able to visit Dellwood in person. As a COVID bride, I was especially happy about how much and many spaces Dellwood had for our guests to enjoy during the reception. This includes the very large main ballroom (275 capacity, we had 90 guests), a separate indoor space called the fireside room, a large outdoor deck, and a second patio directly off the ballroom. Our guests definitely felt they could safely spread out. The food is great. They have onsite catering so everything is fresh from the kitchen (no dried out meat!). Bry, the event manager, is very helpful. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. She was able to answer all my questions and work with us to manage the COVID situation in real-time. She also provides many resources for planning, including a very clear menu for Dellwood provided food and decor options, and a list of preferred vendors for the few things you need outside of what Dellwood provides. They work closely with many of these vendors throughout the year so once booked I did not have to coordinate set up or drop off of things like lighting and the cake. Bry was also very present on the day of our event, willing to help out where ever necessary. We highly recommend choosing Dellwood to celebrate your big day!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Dellwood this past weekend and everything went wonderfully! The staff was great and we couldn’t ask for a better day. Dellwood was an absolute beautiful venue for our wedding. Bry, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful and accommodating leading up to the wedding, COVID and all! The food was fantastic - our guests could not stop raving about the appetizers and dinner meals. And kudos to the Dellwood staff for ensuring the bride and groom got a personal platter of appetizers as we did wedding party and family photos during happy hour! Everything about this venue checked a box off our list - beautiful landscaping and flowers, clean venue, friendly staff, indoor/outdoor space available for guests to mingle throughout the night. Highly recommend!

We had the best wedding at Dellwood! Everything looked beautiful and the whole staff was so nice and amazing! We all had so much fun. We lost power during the night but the staff was professional and didn’t ,eat it effect they night. Bry made it super easy to not worry about anything and made us feel so comfortable :)

We are so delighted to have DELLWOOD as part of our wedding celebration. From cocktails to candlelighting .... everything was handled in a professional manner. Even the golfers were joyful when seeing our wedding party! It was truly a happy place! No extra charges for the dragonflies and butterflies....for the ceremony. Our photos share our happiness!

We worked closely with Bry at Dellwood Country Club where we had our reception after the ceremony at a nearby church. Bry was very helpful in answering questions, being quick to respond to emails, and in organizing meetings. Dellwood Country Club made for a beautiful venue for our winter wedding, but would be just as great in the summer, too. The space was perfect for about 200 guests, and the food was delicious! We heard a lot of good reviews on the meatballs! My husband and I would recommend Dellwood Country Club as a great option for a reception venue.

I got married at Dellwood Country Club in the winter, and it was gorgeous! The wedding venue was amazing, the staff were professional and nice, Bry (the wedding coordinator) was extremely helpful, understanding, patient, and soo nice! The food at Dellwood was fantastic - our guests are still talking about the cheesecake & the food stations we chose to do!

We loved having our wedding at Dellwood Country Club. Working with their event coordinator, Bryanna, was easy and we felt that all of our questions were answered before we could even ask them! They are on top of it which helps ease the worries of wedding planning a ton. Communication and organization from Bryanna were among the top things we appreciated! The space itself is absolutely gorgeous, the vaulted ceilings, fireplace and lights and draping we had created the elegant and romantic vibe we were going for. Everything was just as planned! If we had to chose something to improve on, we would have liked to been able to decorate the day prior to the wedding instead of on the actual wedding day, but it all worked out in the end with family/friends who helped out!

BEAUTIFUL venue inside and out! Bry was amazing and so sweet to work with! Our day was beyond perfect! The only thing, I wish the guests would have been guided more to empty ceremony chairs. There were only our exact guest count of chairs set up. We had guests standing and pulling up patio chairs during our ceremony because our guests left open seats between each other. Overall minor details but our day was still perfect and we lucked out with amazing weather!

Bry was great to work with and very responsive to all questions. She helped me plan exactly how many appetizers and how much alcohol to preorder and was right on! Our reception was a perfect night and Dellwood looked absolutely incredible. It’s so easy to have simple decor, as Dellwood is pretty in itself. My guests have still been talking about how good the food was almost a month later!! We couldn’t have picked a better venue. Highly recommend!

Bry was more than amazing throughout the whole year leading up to the wedding, she was there to answer all questions no matter how big or small. without her i don't think our day would have ran as smoothly as it did. The Dellwood Country Club is a beautiful venue for any party, the onsite (outdoor) ceremony space was perfect for our July wedding and all the photos took out there turned out perfect! the inside reception are is wonderful too the exposed beams adds a lot of charterer along with the fire place. we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our big day. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a venue!

Dellwood Country Club was absolutely perfect for our Wedding Day. We had a warm, romantic winter wedding and then backdrop/atmosphere at this venue was exactly what we were looking for. The food and service were amazing and our guests agree! Most importantly, working with Bry (event manager) at the Country Club was the highlight of the process. She made everything leading up to and the day of less stressful and seamless. She was honest, helpful and thoughtful to what we wanted on our day. Everything the day of was executed perfectly! I had my wedding at Dellwood Country Club this past December. It's not only affordable but is truly a beautiful venue, especially for winter weddings! The main ballroom has a beautiful fireplace that they put two trees and a wreath out after December 1st. They have other garland and decorations around the venue that make it so beautiful and look very wintery! Bry, the wedding planner, is great to work with! She totally knows her stuff and is very on top of everything in the planning process. The food was amazing! We went with the buffet, and it had SO many options and it was so delicious. Their personal desserts are to die for and late night pizza was superb. We got a lot of great feedback on the food. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this venue!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the service, friendliness and organization. Experienced staff with weddings and we didn't have to worry about a thing! They were also very accommodating.

We recently got married at Dellwood and got so many compliments. Everyone loved our food- we did Champagne chicken and the sirloin. The venue could hold a large amount of people without feeling crammed. We had 22 tables with 200 people total and the room never felt uncomfortable. We loved the view from the venue, the patio area and the fireplace! Bry, the event coordinator was nothing but helpful the entire time we were engaged! From early on she provided us lots of information and does very well at her job. She answered my millions of emails with one-off questions so promptly and was always honest in providing us feedback. Dellwood was the perfect choice for our wedding- we had both the ceremony and the reception there so we took advantage of the cocktail hour fireside room. In the scheme of weddings- the prices at Dellwood are reasonable and still of high quality! We loved our day there.

Dellwood Country Club Is an unbelievable venue for your wedding reception! From the beautiful gardens and landscaping outside (great for pictures) to the warm and welcoming ambience inside, it is stunning! Bry and the team at Dellwood are professional and made planning a breeze. The day was made even more special with a menu of delicious food presented beautifully to our guests and a special selection of champagne and wine by David. Dellwood is exceptional!

I would recommend Dellwood Country Club in a heartbeat. Bry is amazing. She asks all the right questions and was so helpful during the whole process. I got so many compliments on the food- one of the guests said it was the best walleye they’ve ever had! The staff worked quickly and efficiently to serve my 175 guests. Weddings are stressful enough- do yourself a favor and choose Dellwood. Our day was so perfect and I credit most of it to having no issues with our venue/ venue coordinator throughout the whole process.

Dellwood Country Club was the perfect place to have our wedding. We wanted an outdoor ceremony, but we also wanted to have a beautiful rain contingency plan. Dellwood fit the bill with their gorgeous reception room and floor-to-ceiling fireplace. We were blessed with sunshine, but we still got to enjoy the room during the reception! Bry was wonderfully responsive to emails, making everything as low-stress as possible! Highly recommend this wedding venue and Bry as the wedding coordinator!

We had a beautiful, stress free wedding at Dellwood this summer and I couldn't be happier! Bry the coordinator was so great to work with. She was very prompt with responses and had great advice. We planned our wedding from out of state and she really made it easy for us. Dellwood does a Group Tasting a couple times a year which was really fun. They prepare a ton of their appetizer/entree/dessert options and each table is decorated differently to help with decor ideas, the tasting itself feels like an event. We were lucky to have perfect weather and had our ceremony outdoors in August and the landscaping was really beautiful, we didn't need any decor for the ceremony. Happy hour was on the deck overlooking the golf course as well as a room indoors where the food was kept. Servers did an amazing job all night with passing apps and drinks and were very quick with collecting used dishes. We did plated dinner and everything came out so quick for each table. Dellwood has a large dance floor that we definitely needed plus a patio with a firepit they tended. I may be biased ;) but Dellwood hosted the most amazing wedding!

This place is a homerun! The staff is so easy to work with and professional at every level. They deliver what they promise and return emails and phone calls promptly than any one I have ever worked with. The setting has beautifully manicured gardens at every season and there is plenty of outdoor and indoor spaces for every purpose. We had the ceremony outside, the cocktails on the deck and fireside room, the reception and dancing in the ballroom, the cigars and firepit on the patio, the pizzas in the corridor at 10pm. Wonderful parking and just so nice for you guests to park once and have the whole party in one place. Get the steak for sure and the empanada appetizers and we did the Buttercream Bakery sheet cakes. Order extra cake because people were going crazy for it and we ran out. We had 3 flavors and people sampled each flavor! Just trust the staff when they give you advise on how to do things - they just have so much experience that can help you avoid any mistakes. We needed an all in one place since my daughter lives in LA and we had to plan this with a little effort as possible on our side. They really delivered. People said it was the best wedding they had been too. Good Luck with your event!!!

Bry at Dellwood was amazing to work with and clear with us on everything throughout the process. The venue fits 300 max and we had 200 and the space looked totally filled. We didn't have a coordinator, but with Bry you don't need one. She also checked in with us the night of to make sure we were happy with what was left of hosted bar and adjusted for us. The food came out hot and was delicious, they even had lids for us as the bride and groom, knowing we were up wandering around the space. The bar staff was friendly and attentive, and we had no complaints from guests on anything! We also had a firepit set up and going on the front porch. All in all, the perfect space. Would do again in a heartbeat.

Wow.. I don't even know where to begin! Dellwood Country Club was literally my dream wedding venue. We got married on 12/02/17 and it was magical. If you get married in the winter, they keep all of the xmas décor up to include: lights, large trees, wreaths, and other silver sparkly things. I was in tears the morning I walked in on my wedding day because of how beautiful it was. My guests are still raving over the venue and the food. They are saying that this is one of the most beautiful and elegant weddings they have ever attended. Bry, the event manager, is incredible. She was so organized and professional. I was very stressed out and she kept me calm throughout the entire process and day of. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place... it was simply perfect, and very affordable in the off-season. HIGHLY recommend.
