David and Barbara DelMonaco comprise the husband-and-wife duo behind theie premier Tennessee winery and vineyard as well as DelMonaco Properties, LLC. This couple began making wine in 2002 in their basement. Sharing expertise with other wine enthusiasts in the state, this couple planted four grape varieties around their home. In 2006, they moved to a 52-acre property in Putnam County, with conditions ideal for growing wine grapes. After they planted 12 acres of vineyards, the DelMonacos took the next step and constructed a winery. Two years later, they opened the doors of the DelMonaco Winery. This appealing facility includes the Bella Rooms that have hosted numerous couples exchanging their vows and celebrating their love. We didn't get to the point of touring DelMonaco Winery as an option for our wedding venue due to poor communication. Sophia answered our first inquiry about the venue and said she ...
was available for a phone call to answer some of our questions. She did not answer our scheduled phone call. She responded after we emailed her twice to just send our questions via email, which we did, then we did not receive an answer. Unfortunately, we did not want to move forward with DelMonaco as a venue option if the communication was that poor from the beginning.
DelMonaco is a gorgeous venue with a grand ball room and access to the vineyard. We didn’t feel the need to decorate much due to the beauty of the winery, and our photos turned out...
great against the vineyard backdrop. The wedding coordinator, Rachel, is very professional and goes above and beyond to ensure the day is perfect. We loved our DelMonaco wedding!

ame! Everyone there was such a joy to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better day! I highly recommend DelMonaco to anyone looking for a venue!
I'm a little partial, but HANDS DOWN the most beautiful venue I've seen for a wedding! DelMonaco was semi-close to my hometown and made the perfect spot for our reception. Rachel h...
elped with details every step of the way and made the process so easy! All I had to do was tell them how I wanted the tables set up! Their staff was so helpful anytime I called/went in. On the night of our reception, it was perfect! The Bella room is just fantastic- we had about 200 guests and we had plenty of room for seating at the tables, room to move around, as well as a sizeable dance floor (complete with a band!). We also had our engagement photos made in the vineyards- which turned out beautiful! My biggest plus for DelMonaco is that they dont require specific vendors which allowed us to work on our budget, and get vendors from different places to have exactly what we wanted. You are required to purchase the wine from them if you have wine, but believe me, one taste and you'll want to! Everything about DelMonaco was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a wedding venue!
I believe this is one gorgeous venue. It is a little above my price range. I was going to use them, until I found Fall Creek Falls.
I would recommend this winery to anyone getting married. Rachel is the coordinator and she was so easy to work with. The place is beautiful on its own so not much decorating is n...
eeded if you want to keep it simple. We got married in the Bella room and it worked out wonderfully. We were able to transform the ceremony setting into the reception setting quickly while the bridal party finished up pictures. The wine was a huge hit...everyone loved it. Many of our guests bought bottles to take home; some even bought cases. The winery even posted our event on their main sign, which was a nice touch. They set up all the tables and chairs for us, which made decorating go much more quickly. Rachel was quick to answer any questions we had, both before and after the wedding day. The only downside is the distance, as we live in Nashville. But no one seemed to mind the drive, especailly after seeing how gorgeous the place is. They have a beautiful stairway that I walked down, instead of walking down the center aisle. It was a very nice touch. They have several great spots for photography as well. I would recommend this winery to anyone as we had the best experience. The price was very reasonable as you get it from 8am-midnight and you use the room for the ceremony and reception. As my title says, it was above and beyond our expectations.
