Delray 817 is a 7,000 square foot building that can accommodate up to 325 seated guests or 695 cocktail guests. Amenities include but are not limited to a lounge area, full service bar, guest bathrooms, caterer room, stage and DJ booth. We pride ourselves in providing several in house Event Coordinators to help you through your event planning and to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
