Just had Delta Food Management food on a film location. The food was AMAZING!! They served individual meals of Vegan, Salmon and Beef Taco with a small pickled veggie salad. The salmon was perfectly cooked and covered in a delicious sauce. ...
The taco was fully stuffed with the fish, fresh kale and radishes and sprinkled with avocado. DELICIOUS!!!

unforgettable experience during our outdoor wedding at the Santa Anita Arboretum. Guests were raving so much about the food and drinks!! They passed canapes (small bites) and fine wines to pair, we had Spanish toast & taco bar stations, the 3-course dinner was magical, I’m still thinking of the swordfish and my husband still talks about the steak! Magical! Omg the chocolate tart ganache with a heart shape laced chip was beautifully done. My husband and I are still dreaming of them. We cannot thank them enough. Everyone said so many good things and left with full bellies.

Daniel was a dream to work with.He was super responsive and really helped guide my vision from day one. We received a ton of compliments on the food (we decided to switch it up, have some fun and had a full-on taco bar, spanish toast station and 3-course dinner). So much fun!!! And the cake turned out so beautiful, it exceeded all our expectations. DELTA is a one stop shop - they were able to provide everything from table linens to bistro lighting to miscellaneous items to rent. They totally transformed the venue and made it look so beautiful. I highly recommend their event planner and day of coordinator service. It was so nice to not have to worry about getting my personalized items there. ndoor dining was still prohibited, we needed to come up with a safe alternative for the reception. With a month's notice, we decided to shift the reception location to the backyard, and with the help of Delta, we were able to make it happen and in the safest manner possible. Daniel & Stephanie are so good at what they do. They visited the backyard and helped us conceptualize where everything could go. Daniel & Stephanie are a dream to work with. They are so responsive and suggested ways to make the event comfortable and safer for all. Delta is a one stop shop—they provided us with all different sizes of tables to accommodate different size social bubbles, chairs, linens, lighting, AV equipment, and of course the most AMAZING food EVER! Chef Daniel and his team can get down and cook! Delta has a super extensive custom menu, and our guests were raving about the food for days! They made my daughter's wedding memorable! The entire Delta team from delivery to set up to take down made our day magical and we were able to focus on our daughter and son-in-law :) Thank you Daniel, Stephanie, and Delta team for making our kids’ dreams into a reality!

Daniel has been a beloved chef at multiple establishments throughout his career and has spent the last 6 years as the Executive Chef at the Ace Hotel and Theater in Downtown Los Angeles. Daniel is a Michelin-rated chef that has directed corporate hospitality’s culinary departments, developed Michelin-rated restaurants, has a successful track record of catering memorable events and dream weddings.
