I had a fantastic experience at the Delta Hotels Chicago in Willowbrook. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The rooms were modern, clean, and super comfortable, with all the l...
ittle details that make a stay feel easy. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how convenient the location was for getting around the area. The lobby and common areas were stylish and welcoming too. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

I had an outstanding stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Willowbrook. The hotel manager personally welcomed me, which immediately made me feel valued. A special shout-out to Perth at the front desk, whose professionalism, kindness,...
and attention to detail went above and beyond—he truly sets the standard for great customer service.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. This hotel doesn’t just provide a place to stay—it creates a welcoming atmosphere where guests are genuinely cared for. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

For a Marriott-branded hotel, I expected a higher standard. Unfortunately, this stay felt more like a Holiday Inn experience.
The front desk staff was wonderful—very kind and welcoming, which set a great first impression. However, once we got ...
to the room, things went downhill. Cleanliness was lacking: there were marks on the bathroom surfaces, doors, and walls, and we even found spoons and someone else’s clothing behind the couch. The couch itself looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in quite some time, which was disappointing.
The bathroom was the biggest concern. The shower didn’t appear to be cleaned thoroughly, the drain had issues, and there was visible water damage, especially on the door. Noise was another drawback—you can hear people in the halls and conversations from other rooms very easily.
Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely not the Marriott experience I was expecting. This property has potential, but it needs stronger attention to cleaning and maintenance to truly reflect the Marriott brand.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times in the last 18 months since it is close to a work office I visit quarterly and it seems to be getting progressively worse. First, the small stuff: They used to provide 2 bottles of water per day and ...
I really looked forward to having that when I got in after work. That has stopped. Two of the three days I stayed there I had no caffeinated coffee pods in my room. This is actually not small to me, I enjoy waking up to a cup of coffee. Bigger stuff: The window in my room was broken on the outer pane with a piece of glass dangling loose and could fall on someone below. The gym had trash and cups and a deflated workout ball for three days that didn't move at all and no one cared to clean up. Multiple treadmills had issues (incline button not working, no power, etc.) The pool was closed in July? Not a bog deal for me but indicative of the lack of attention this place gets. Water in the lobby was spilled all over the credenza with no one cleaning it up. To add insult to injury, this place used to cost in the $ 125 per night range, my bill this time was $ 166 per night plus tax. Definitely not worth it nor is it worthy to be a Marriott hotel. I will not be returning and suggest you don't either.

I visited Willowbrook for a family occasion this past weekend and was EXTREMELY disappointed. I was given a room on the first floor and I walked into a room that smelled absolutely atrocious. It smelled very moldy and the smell was potent. I im...
mediately dropped my bags and went back to the front desk. The front desk clerk immediately told me there were no more rooms available. But he will come with me to check the room. I waited for five minutes. When the number of people checking in increased, I asked if he can have someone else assist me since he was busy. He told me no one else is working except him. Twenty minutes later after he was finished assisting the incoming guests, he called a gentlemen to help me. The man who came to visit my room was nice and courteous, but he told me that there was a lot of rain the night before and the room was flooded. I didn't realize it at first, but the half of the carpet in the room was soaked. I also asked him if I can get another room. He told me they were sold out for the weekend. My mother came about an hour later (the room was booked for the two of us) and she was very upset that the front desk clerk even gave me that room. She began to have feelings of nausea due to the smell. We went back to the front desk. She explained to him how nauseous she was feeling and she refused to sleep in the room he gave to us. He proceeded to say that he can put us in a different room. (I guess there was availability after all). In addition to the horrific smell of the room I was able to see that there were napkins left on the floor from a fast food restaurant by previous guests. Hair was left in the tub. It was evident that the room was never thoroughly cleaned. I would give this hotel a 2/10 experience. I give them a 2 star rating because there was hot water in the bathroom other than that I wish I never booked my stay here.
