We arrived kind of late at night, but the staff was so welcoming and quickly checked us in without any issues. The parking lot felt safe and well-lit, which gave us extra peace of mind. Inside, everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the service from the entire team was warm and professional.
Some highlights: the Starbucks downstairs was a great convenience, the staff throughout the property were consistently friendly, and the club access for privileged members is an excellent feature that adds to the experience. The amenities overall are top-notch, from the fitness options to the lounge areas, and everything is thoughtfully set up for comfort.
Overall, a fantastic stay—clean rooms, lovely staff, safe location, and great amenities. Highly recommend this property if you’re in the Southlake/Dallas area!

e was different. The staff didn’t just check me in — they made me feel like a welcomed guest. The young lady at the front desk (her name started with a J — wish I had remembered it!) was warm, professional, and gracious from the very first interaction. She surprised me with an upgrade to a stunning corner king suite, and those wraparound windows? Absolutely breathtaking. That view alone set the tone for the entire stay.
But the real standout for me was Kelly in the restaurant. Attentive, personable, and genuinely hospitable — she’s the kind of server who makes you slow down and actually enjoy your meal instead of rushing off. The food and atmosphere matched her energy perfectly: upscale but comfortable, never pretentious.
I’ve earned Titanium status by spending a lot of nights in a lot of hotels. The ones that stick with you aren’t defined by the thread count or the amenities — it’s the people. This property has the right people.
If you’re passing through Southlake, don’t just book here — look forward to it.

We had a wedding event for 150 people and the service provided was very disappointing. The booking was done with the catering sales manager and all the details were discussed at that time. She was not present at the event and there was lack of ...
communication between her and the person present at the event. There were several issues:
Access and entry door:
Kept locking up, happened at least 3 times and the guests had to stay out in the pouring rain and we had to inform the front desk to unlock it.
Table setup:
There were no water glasses on the tables and silverware and linen were at the buffet table, guests had to walk back to get it.
Cake service:
They did not have a cake knife, had to use a small cake knife. They did not provide cake service, and the sliced cake was placed in a corner on the far side pof the buffet. None of the guests knew about it and about 50-60 slices were thrown away.
Room Layout:
The tables were positioned very close together that the aisle was too narrow for the groom, bride and their family to walk through. When we asked the nperson in charge to move them, she said it would cost $500
Technical issues:
When the sound system, which was placed on one side of the room instead of in the front, went out during the storm no staff member informed us how to reset it, the person incharge should have been present to notice these issues and fix them
Overall, the event was extremely mismanaged. The person in charge seemed very inexperienced in handling an event of this scale and the lack of coordination resulted in a poor experience for our guests and significant waste,
I contacted the Director and the person in charge during the event denied all this happening.
