Bride and groom got a free room with the room block. That was the only perk. Fifth floor smelled rancid and our guests complained. Seems they go through frequent change in manageme...
nt/leadership across all departments which makes communication and planning quite difficult. Varying information and execution with keeping the bar open past hours, offered our guests open bar on our tab without us EVER communicating that was what we wanted.
Everything was wonderful for the wedding day! It was nice to have the catering onsite and not to have to make another choice. Food was great! Cammie the event coordinator is a litt...
le spacey and needs to be reminded sometimes of things.
THe Radisson was a great location. They were very accommodating. The meals for both the rehearsal dinner and the reception were amazing. We had so many compliments on the food. ...
Over all this was a great experience. I would recommend this location to anyone looking. We had about 225 people at our reception and it went extremely smoothly. The rehearsal dinner was very inexpensive and the room was thrown in for free.
My husband and I had our reception here. We loved the food! Cammie was super helpful planning the whole thing. I was able to talk and email her from 5 hours away and able to do mos...
t of the stuff without having to travel back home. Everything turned out great. The great thing was the hotel is right there. We had a lot of family coming from out of town so this was the perfect place to have it. Everyone loved it!!
My husband and I got married at the Radisson of Menomonee Falls August 17, 2012. We called for a tour and from then on received amazing service from Cammie Brandl. She showed us ...
the rooms our guests would stay in, the suite we received free of charge the night of our wedding and the space for our ceremony and reception. The Radisson makes it very easy for you to plan a simple or very complex wedding. They are very affordable and willing to work with you.
My only recommendation is to make sure you stay on top of the details a little because Cammie does handle all of their weddings so occasionally she gets very busy and will need a reminder. Overall though the staff was amazing, the food was delicious and my wedding was perfect!
We loved the Radisson Hotel for our wedding. The venue was built in 2011, so the hotel is modern. The ballroom was is fairly small, you probably won't be able to fit a wedding wi...
th more 175 guests in it. The hotel is not super fancy, there isn't even a chandelier in the ballroom. The staff was very helpful, and tried really hard to make our day absolutely perfect. They have a great honeymoon suite, and the guest rooms are nice, and only $99/night if you book with the wedding block.
The food at the hotel was wonderful, and only around $20 for a plated dinner. We had an abundance of butler passed appetizers, which were also very reasonable, around $1.00 per piece. Finally the alcohol package was the best price that I have seen, 7 hours for only $24 a person with smirnoff, captain, etc level cocktails and spotted cow. That was cheaper than most of the beer and wine packages I've seen at other venues.
We had uplighting, which I would suggest to any bride using this venue, it makes a huge difference.
The hotel does have some financial issues right now, so I would get all of the facts before booking for anything in 2013.
