tion over the weekend of my wedding. While we knew of this, and understood that the hotel would be busier than usual, the staff seemed to forget to treat all of the guests with the same respect. I think this was simply due to the fact that they were busy, and the staff seemed unprepared for this. But I will keep this in mind when making travel and hotel arrangements for family and friends in the future.
My husband and I did get 1 free night to stay in this hotel the night of the wedding. We were given a suite, which was beautiful. It was clean, nice, and comfortable. They even provided a shuttle service to and from my event that was quick and efficient. I simply wish that the staff and events manager would have been nicer and more accommodating to my guests since they spent several thousand dollars on their hotel arrangements.
