Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine Las Colinas is a rehearsal dinner and private dining venue for wedding-related events. With a set menu, beautiful private spaces and unique rodizio-style service, Delucca is the perfect venue for your special event. Delucca serves a 5-course meal including endless pizzas for one set price and brings all courses directly to the table rodizio-style. Each meal includes an arugula salad with lemon honey vinaigrette, lobster bisque, Wagyu meatballs, and endless savory and dessert pizzas. Your guests will turn the card to green when they’re ready for pizza and red to pause. Innovative craft cocktails and exceptional wines at a great value are offered. Choose from our Group Dining Packages to best suit your occasion. Ample free parking and attentive service will make your event a stress-free success. This Las Colinas restaurant has two beautiful event spaces. The semi-private Gracie Room seats 90 and is a beautiful open space featuring flexible seating, a lovely stone fireplace and wine wall. The private Mustang Room is a gorgeous, versatile space seating up to 45. Stone walls and a large fireplace create great ambiance. A smart TV is available.

The servers were very polite and always checking on us, and the pizza servers were great at explaining each flavor and making sure everyone got what they liked. The pizzas were absolutely delicious, honestly, some of the best we’ve ever had, and the appetizers were also really good. The drinks were amazing, especially the seasonal ones! From the warm welcome at the beginning to the moment we left, everything was outstanding. A perfect place with excellent food, great drinks, and wonderful service.
