Not the customer service I was expecting to receive.
Loved DeLux Bridal super sweet people and a lot of gorgeous dresses and a lot of choices. The prices are really affordable, so I really recommend!
Like every bride I wanted to have a great experience finding my wedding dress. I had high hopes of finding "the one" here at DeLux Bridal. Take my advice ladies, DO NOT shop here f...
or your bridal gown!! The girl that works here (Kay, Karolina) does not care about you. She will not get to know your style and what dress fits you best. She will try to sell you a dress she needs to get rid of. She will glamorize it for you and say it looks so expensive and luxe! This store does not have many options to choose from and the dressed all look very similar. The dresses "off rack" are not good quality. They are not sparkly white and the threads all over the dress are loose and ripped. If you are interested in a beaded gown the beads will be all over your floor without even trying it on. They have a small selection of veils that are far overpriced! The hair accessories are overpriced as well and you can find the exact same online for 50% of the price. It is not worth it! If you do choose to shop here.. (don't do it girl). But, if you do, buy ONLY a brand new dress. Ask for a discount. Do not buy any accessories here because you will overspend and the quality does not match the price tag. You will be happier finding the exact same items if not better, online. The customer service here is by far the worst i have ever experienced!!! Kay/Karolina is rude and unprofessional. She is not pleasant to work with. I hope I never have to deal with a woman like here again.
Couldn't recommend this store more! Wonderful sales person assisting with THE DRESS. Quality was incredible, experience was 100.

beyond great full and pleased with my experience. This shop provides stunning gowns for such an affordable budget. I was stunned to see all the beautiful gowns and found the one here. I knew this was meant to be without a doubt. Thank you for your help in finding the gown on my dream!
This was the only boutique who carried this mysterious gown I found. It was a great experience!!! I love my dress, it is beautiful!!!
I was looking for a mermaid fitted dress. After going to a couple shops it was tiering because it just felt like too much pressure. Prior to coming to Delux my sisters and I went t...
o a different shop. We were seated and had to stay in a room. We weren't allowed to look at the dresses at all and the lady would bring them in after I described what I wanted. It was so hard for me not to have the freedom to see all of the dresses they carried. When I came to Delux Bridal I was welcomed in and I had the freedom to browse through their whole entire shop as long as I didn't take anything off the rack. They did all of the work and it felt like no pressure. I got to try on many styles and after had another look around the shop to make sure I didn't miss anything I might have wanted to try on. I tried my favorite dress on at the end and thats when the ladies here helped me find my veil and accessories. It was a great experience and exactly what I hoped for it to be.

ore that was in my budget. I was on a timeframe and didn't have much time to order a gown, the ladies helped me out and I ended up finding a dress that was a very good price and fit me like a glove, I did not need any alterations which was so good since I had little time until my wedding. Once again thank you for all your help

If you want to feel glitzy and glam this is definitely the place. From glitz and glam to gorgeous boho wedding gowns and awesome classy elegant gowns. The price range is pretty good, they have gowns staring at 300! My dress is everything I dreamed of and more it has all I have ever wanted! ere. And my goodness, Kay was so amazing. She was so helpful and so kind. We started by chatting about which dresses/style I was looking for and she was very helpful pointing out stiles that I liked. I always felt super comfortable even though the dresses were usually too small for me. I have found at some shops that you feel pressured to buy something at the end of the appointment which I really don't appreciate. But that did not happen here. I never felt pressured to purchase anything and I felt like Kay was truly just happy to help me find my perfect dress. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!
When I walked in it was such a home atmosphere and it’s so private that made my whole experience special. The two ladies Kay and Aida who helped me out were very kind and were able...
to help me choose a couple styles in order to find the one that fits me best! Although I was picky and indecisive they were patient and helped me find what I loved. I definitely recommend this shop they have many designer options and pretty European wedding gowns that you won’t find anywhere else since they’re the only shop that has them! Loved the atmosphere! Love my gown! Thank you for making my experience so pleasant! :)

hey were able to squeeze me, I arrived about 15 minutes before they closed however the girls were so sweet and kind and immediately got everything ready so that I could start trying on dresses. They were so accommodating and even stayed 45 minutes after their closing hours to help me find my dress. Very happy to say that I found my beautiful wedding dress at such an awesome price! If you are a bride to be I definitely recommend Delux Bridal, they have such an amazing team and you will most definitely get the bridal experience!
Of all the bridal boutiques I have been to in Portland, Delux Bridal has some of the most beautiful dresses I’ve ever seen! Despite coming in with no appointment scheduled, the lad...
ies were very kind and accommodating. I chose a dress that had short sleeves, but we were able to custom order it with long sleeves - and the result was stunning! The dress came a bit later than expected, but still early enough for alterations (which were very minimal). If you’re a bride-to-be, definitely check out their selection of dresses for yourself and your bridesmaids, as well as their gorgeous veils and hair pieces!
Everything about DeLux Bridal was amazing! Their dresses were some of them most stunning ones I’ve ever seen. The two ladies who assisted me were very attentive and listened to wha...
t I wanted and were very accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! After trying on several dresses I found the one! My only negative is that I couldn’t say yes to more than one dress! Highly recommended. Beautiful dresses for very reasonable prices. Make sure you check this place out, you won’t regret it.
