Never go here for your wedding tuxedos!! I have been going to Deluxe for years for cleaning purposes and have always been happy with service and quality. So when I got engaged I knew I wanted to give them my business- well that was a mistake. When we went to pick up the tuxedos - we notice that the hem lines were zig zag and wrinkled. We were told no worries a press will get it out ( it didn't and is visible in pictures). The groom had to walk down the aisle with a bobby pin holding his button on his jacket. The cuff link a SHATTERED while he sat down during the ceremony. Thank god for our limo driver because he gave him a cuff link and sowed his button after the ceremony. Three groomsmen lost buttons and countless cuff links! When my mother brought the tuxedos back to the shop. The man argued with her and said it was because our groomsmen probably didn't know how to wear suits and that you need to unbutton to sit. Little does he know that the groomsmen are a majority of lawyers and military men. Thanks for the insult on top of everything else. Deluxe was crap and I will never even go back to the cleaners.

How nice to walk into a tuxedo store and be able to have my future husband try on various tuxedo styles. We were so disappointed traveling to stores with no stock. Deluxe was very professional from the start to finish. The staff was fantastic and made us feel we made a great decision. Our wedding venue recommended them and now we know why. Good job Deluxe we will recommend all our friends.

When my now husband and I were looking around for tuxedos, we came across this company. Over the phone Bob was very nice. When we first arrived, one of his employees was also very nice and helful. From that point on, everything changed. They kept confusing one of our groomsmen for my dad, and Bob basically yelled at everyone in our wedding party when they went to pick up their tuxedos. If you have anyone in your wedding party that lives far and needs to call in their measurements I would not use this vendor! Bob does not like measurements called in. However, the ones that were called in were actually done correctly. Anyone that went in person for measurements had things wrong, long sleeves, pants, etc. When I arrived with my husband to pick up his tux, Bob yelled at us and insisted that OUR rehearsal dinner was the day before and why didn't we pick up the tux already. After 5 times correcting him, he finally got it that our rehearsal dinner was actually not the day before. We returned everyone's tuxedos and Bob just yelled from the back ok, you're all set everything's good. I had no idea if he was talking to us since there were other people in the store so I asked do you mean us? To which he yelled again. Furthermore, if there is one person you are supposed to be nice to it's the brides father. Well, he was nasty and obnoxious to my dad and mom too. He kept insisting to my mom that someone else in the wedding party was her grandson and how come his measurements were called in. She also had to correct him many times. The one staff member that I have seen there was very calm, nice and helpful. But you could never tell that from the way Bob speaks to him! It's embarassing to be in that store and overhear how he harasses his own employees. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Who does he think he is??? However, we needed a pinstriped vest for my husband which they didn't have, so we rented it from Men's Wearhouse. We had much better service there! Wish we had rented from them for the rest of the wedding party. Live and learn!
