I had four different flavors of Delysia's amazing truffles as my wedding dessert instead of cake and I am so glad I did! Every piece was beautifully decorated and perfect. They did not loose their shape in the heat of an Austin outdoor spring wedding. They were the perfect size so that everyone could eat them in one bite. I also used her truffles as the wedding gifts to the guests. My husband and I celebrated our first year anniversary with the ones we had saved (well, the few left because they were just so tasty) and they were still perfect! Nicole is an amazing chocolatier and it was a pleasure working with her! Highly recommend!
