anyone who had worked at our venue until Kelly was recommended to us by friends of ours who used her for their wedding - and by the miracle of all miracles, she not only was familiar with our venue, she was a PERFECT fit for us. We literally could not have made our wedding happen without Kelly. She had the best insights and recommendations for everything, she made the whole process extremely easy and stress-free, and she's such a grounding, practical voice - which we SO appreciated. so unbelievably good at her job, so well respected and loved by the whole wedding vendor/venue community, and most importantly such a wonderful person to be around. She is honest, fair, and funny. An excellent communicator. Her wealth of knowledge for anything and everything never ceased to blow us away. And no matter what we threw at her she had such a wonderful attitude. We had the wedding of our dreams at exactly our goal budget and Kelly and her team knocked it out of the park. From big decisions to small details - Kelly killed it. From the get-go, Kelly was very real with us about costs of items we'd want, what efforts we would need to put in, and all that she would do. We level-set on our dream, our style, and what we really wanted. We would not believe how easily things flowed from there had it not happened to us.
She identified the perfect vendors for us, always giving us ample choices across price ranges but largely fitting to our tastes. She kept tabs on each of the disparate vendors, including one that wasn't in the wedding business and needed a lot of extra hand-holding. She broke down everything we would need to do and our timelines so plainly and clearly. And during the wedding, it really felt like everything went off flawlessly (it hadn't, we just didn't know because she was handling everything behind the scenes perfectly).
She joined us for all of our vendor meetings, sitting with us as we tried caterers and rentals, figuring out what we wanted and communicating our asks to the vendors better than we ever could. She planned for contingency upon contingency so whenever we randomly panicked (what if it rains?), she was always a step ahead (we have reserved tents that you won't be charged for if we don't use them just in case).
We can safely say that Kelly is worth every single cent, making each day leading up to your wedding easier and making the day itself everything that you wanted.

She gave invaluable advice on concepts we wouldn’t have thought of, such as recommending lighting arrangements, bar location, how to handle the cake cutting. Everything from the small details to the big picture.
She gave us space to make our own decisions. We asked for a somewhat unique ceremony location at the venue, and she worked with us to make that happen.
At the wedding, she and her team adroitly managed guest issues.
In general, she managed the wedding so that we didn’t have to. For example, she loaded our car with flowers, gifts, and other items we wished to bring home, all when we were dancing so when it was time to leave we could just walk out.
Her recommended list of vendors was spot-on. We didn’t have to surf the internet across many vendors, she provided a few great vendors so we could pick ones that fit. Every single vendor performed above and beyond expectations, e.g., DJ, flowers, vegan cake.
One critical aspect of having an excellent wedding planner that we didn’t expect is that she set the pacing for the event. Everyone commented on how smoothly one activity flowed to the next.

A little about Kelly, she is everything you'd want in a wedding planner and more: professional, prompt communicator, recommended great vendors, coordinated with the vendors behind the scenes, and helped us stick to our budget. She answered questions with helpful considerations when I had a couple tough decisions in the months leading up to the wedding. She has tons of helpful tips and she pointed me to some of the best vendors from my venue's preferred list. During the month before my wedding, we had another in person meeting where we hashed out all the details, and then she was constantly on top of being in touch with me and my vendors from then until the wedding and was incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient in corralling all of my various vendors and creating a detailed timeline. Kelly really took into account what I wanted and was also happy to weigh in with good advice when I was indecisive. My wedding day ran incredibly smoothly. If anything happened, I have no clue because Kelly was on top of everything! made everything make sense. Along with most brides, during the initial stages of planning I was in a panic, because I literally had a million things to do. (Yes, literally not figuratively.) However, as soon as Kelly was in the picture my list not only became instantly shorter, but I felt a huge sense of relief lifted off my shoulders knowing I had such a tremendous supporter on my team. Kelly was prompt and present at each and every meeting we had prior to the wedding day. She always arrived with her amazing binder which was super organized with timelines and checklists that were neatly arranged and shared with us. Also, Kelly coordinated with the other vendors extremely efficiently and when I had an issue with any of them, she always resolved the matter quickly. Kelly worked well with my bridal party too; she made sure any and all requests by my family and friends were heard and accommodated with my approval. Anytime I was in freak-out mode, she made sure not only to calm me down, but provided perspective of how everything will be alright. ng a wedding in LA but living in San Francisco, we decided that the Full Package would be best for us. We did most of our planning with Kelly remotely, but also made 4 trips down to LA during our engagement to meet her and our vendors in person. Kelly was there for each step in the process, but never in an overbearing way. For each set of vendors, Kelly would send us a list of between 9-15 options for us to look through. Once we’d narrowed it down to 3-4 per category, Kelly then did all the legwork of gathering initial estimates and setting up a full schedule of meetings and interviews for when we were in town for the weekend, which made the whole process really easy.
On the day of the wedding, Kelly went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She bustled my dress, made sure that we took time to eat and drink and kept the whole evening flowing, telling best men when to speak, guiding us through cake cutting, and checking in on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok. The whole evening was perfect, and a large part of that was due to her help.
Kelly is everything you want in a planner. She is creative, extremely organized and very down to earth. She’ll present you with all the options that you want, but never pressure you into making a decision one way or another. She’s great about giving her honest opinions when asked, which were always informed by what she knew about us as a couple and what we wanted from our wedding. She told us exactly what we needed to do by when, making the entire process as stress-free as possible. h as we planned our wedding, and we are immeasurably grateful that she was there to make sure that the "day of" went as perfectly as it did. We initially thought that we would plan and execute the entire wedding ourselves, as we are a very "DIY" type of couple. Our wedding venue's contract required that we hire a wedding coordinator, but as we got closer to the wedding day we became increasing grateful and relieved that we had chosen Kelly. In hindsight, it was very presumtuous of us to think that we could pull off the perfect wedding at the Adamson House all by ourselves. We interviewed a few planners before we met with Kelly, and within five minutes we knew she was the one for us. Kelly took the time to ensure she understood our budget, what we wanted, and how we wanted it. She always answered every question with timeliness, professionalism, was straight to the point, and made sure we were satisfied with the answer.
We booked an outdoor, sunset ceremony along the marina in July. Normally, this is not a problem in Southern California but we were lucky enough to have rain. Kelly watched the weather all day long and prepared a backup plan. While we were getting ready for the wedding, Kelly kept us up-to-date on the weather and allowed us to make the final decision with no pressure or panic. Without hesitation, Kelly executed flawlessly the back-up plan, once we decided to move the wedding inside.
Literally, the only thing we had to think about was getting dressed and committing our love for one another. exceeded already high expectations. We initially met for a consult where Kelly explained her role. She answered all of my mom and my questions so that we had full confidence in her. Given all of her great reviews, the venue's strong endorsement, and the great impression she made in person, we did not look very far before choosing Kelly as our month-of coordinator. About a month out, we met in person for a "walk through." Kelly provided structure, answered questions, gave advice when needed but was never too pushy or controlling with regards to how the whole ceremony and reception would be set up, and how events would flow through the evening. She is the perfect balance of firm and super organized with openness, flexibility and creativity. During the month of our wedding, Kelly and I emailed daily (sometimes multiple times per day) and it became very clear, very quickly that she was someone we could 100% trust and depend on, that no detail would be overlooked, and everything would be just how we pictured. The wedding day was just that! Kelly ensured everything was set up just as we wanted (and for things that my husband and I didn't have a clear plan for - she improvised perfectly), she coordinated the loading in of all of the vendors (and made sure to be in touch plenty of time in advance to give them schedules, instructions, etc.) and made sure that everyone was where they needed to be. My husband and I did not have to think about one logistical item on our wedding day which was so wonderful. And we didn't worry because we knew Kelly would have everything under control! Our wedding was more magical than we imagined and every detail worked out perfectly. Just a few small examples: when I got deodorant on my husband's tux, she was there in 30 seconds to wipe it off; we had asked that she gently steer us along as we were greeting tables if we were staying too long at a single table, and she was there doing just that; when we were hungry at the end of the night, she had special entrees packaged up and made for us. I could go on and on. She was so professional, kind, and detail-oriented. I am also very detail-oriented, so I SO appreciated having someone who I knew would carry out everything as I imagined (and do a wonderful job improvising when I didn't have a specific plan for something). At the end of the night, I literally asked Kelly, "did we not have any problems or did you just shield me from them?" because everything seemed so perfect to me! I'll never know the answer, but it doesn't matter because Kelly made sure my husband and I were able to fully relax and enjoy our day, absorbing all of the planning we had done as it came to life! If you are looking for a coordinator who you can trust, depend on, who has tons of experience and knowledge about how weddings work, who will give you the flexibility to do what you want, who is professional in every way, and who will ensure you can relax and enjoy your big day, go with Kelly! I am so glad I did.

We utilized Kelly’s specific services beginning approximately 2 months before our June/Summer wedding, yet she was always available for any small/specific questions that we had leading back to the Winter and Spring months. Her responses were always amazingly timely and filled with her own thoughts and suggestions, which my wife and I always appreciated. Kelly was able to understand from the very beginning what our vision was and not only sought to execute that vision on the day of, but go above and beyond in many different ways.
