had me try on dresses outside my stated budget. I worked with Sabina, who was kind, patient, and let me try on anything that caught my eye. I loved both dresses, received tons of compliments, and ended up under my original budget—even with two dresses and a bolero—thanks to a sample sale on my reception dress. I’m subtracting a few points due to an issue ordering a bolero bow shown with my dress on their website. I didn’t see it during my appointment, but Sabina said I could try it on and order it once my dress arrived. My dress came quickly (under three months), and I ordered and paid for the bow then, assured it would arrive in time. Unfortunately, the bow was made in the wrong fabric twice. The first time I went to pick it up and noticed the issue; the second time I was told it had arrived, then later informed it was still incorrect. I ultimately received the correct bow a day before my final alterations fitting (about a month before my wedding). While they expedited shipping and it arrived in time, it was frustrating that the same mistake happened twice and that communication about updates could have been better.
