I am a “Covid Bride”, a term that too many brides in 2020 have become too familiar with, and many of you can sympathize with the stress and dismay that this year has caused to the wedding planning process. My husband and I were originally planning on having our wedding in Maine, but with covid and travel restrictions in place that just was not in our cards. BUT Denise promised to keep one thing true to our original plans, my absolutely beautiful bouquet. Even though our “mini” ceremony was three states away, she held true to her promise on our wedding day. Denise is an absolutely pleasure to work with. She is thorough, detailed, talented, and an overall amazing person. I highly recommend her to all brides who are looking for breathtaking floral arrangements, heck we are using her next year for our “vow renewal” ceremony next year.

Denise was wonderful to work with in planning flowers for our wedding. Her ideas were perfect & she put much thought into her proposal. Her prices were reasonable as well. When we had to cancel our wedding due to illness, Denise immediately agreed to a full refund of our deposit.

Denise is one of the best people to have on your team when it’s comes to wedding planning! We met in person and she was an absolute doll she takes her time with every couple and always goes in order of couple ! She is so kind in that way and gives everyone time to decide on this MAJoR decision ! If you want beauty and grace Denise is the way to go! I wrote to Denise to find a florist for my wedding and she wrote back asking specific details for what I was looking for and directed me to email her personal email. I took the time to write out an entire email with images and descriptions of what I wanted soon after her response here on the knot and she emailed back suddenly booked for my wedding date.i would have understood if she said immediately she was booked on my wedding date but our conversation lasted less then an hour and she was suddenly booked ... maybe she should have waited to give me a response and I wouldn't have thought twice but it seemed like wasted time for both of us.

Denise was an absolute pleasure to work with! She listened to every detail we wanted and made sure we got the best deal on our flowers. She made the most beautiful bouquets for me and my bridesmaids. Everyone gushed about them all night! She included vases to put our bouquets around the room as decor after the ceremony. She was there for us every step of the way. I had a great experience using Denise Gasbarrone Designs for my wedding bouquets on 10/13. We live southwest of Boston and Denise was willing to meet with us several times as needed whenever we were in the area. It wasn't difficult to work with her even being from out of state. In our first meeting, she described her process and how she goes to local markets to buy local flowers. That is exactly what we were looking for. Supporting local small business owners is important to us and I was very happy to hear it's important to her too. Throughout the process she was quickly responsive and checked in multiple times to make sure we were both on the same page. I didn't have specific flowers or a design in mind other than "wildflower style" and she worked within my budget to create a beautiful bridal, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, and 2 corsages. I've gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and interesting my bouquet was and I loved it! She delivered the bouquets to my hotel on time and the flowers for the aisle chairs (a last minute surprise) to my venue. I enjoyed working with Denise and would recommend her to others.

Denise has been the florist at several of our weddings and a rehearsal dinner this year and I have have been thrilled to work with her and her team! Her flowers and designs were beautiful of course, but more than that, she is professional as well as fun to work with! I highly recommend her!

I know it only says Denise but in our experience, this is a package deal! Joe and Denise will be bringing smiles to your friends and family for your entire day! Though Joe claims he is only there to reach the things that Denise cannot, I think they just like the opportunity to spend more time together. If that doesn't warm your heart on your wedding day I don't know what to tell you!

Denise and Joe are the best! They remained in constant communication and were flexible with planning. Our wedding was perfect. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

We got married on Great Diamond Island which was GORGEOUS but a little challenging for vendors to get to because of transportation issues among other things. These challenges didn't even cause Denise to hesitate to tackle our wedding. The flowers were STUNNING and she worked with our vision which was to use as many island-native flowers as possible. She was incredibly helpful and the design of the florals were perfect. Don't hesitate to reach out to Denise!

We had the most amazing wedding ever. The flowers that Denise put together were better than I even imagined in my thoughts. I wanted white roses and lillies with splashes of red roses greenery and babies breath. The garlands on the pergola and around the fountain were so lovely. I wish they could be there permanently. I highly recommend her for any event that you need flowers.

Denise was instrumental in my husband and I having the most perfect wedding!! From the start, she was easily accessible, accommodating, and truly catered to exactly what we wanted. Denise was so wonderful through the whole process! For my arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and boutineires, a flower-girl flower crown, I wanted to stay within a pretty strict budget. Denise worked within that budget to create absolutely beautiful pieces. I wanted it to look natural, arranged-yet-not-arranged if you know what I mean. I gave her my wedding colors and a bouquet from pinterest that I wanted as general inspiration. I didnt have a super-specific vision, but rather a "feel" I wanted. She created beautiful centerpieces with greenery. We had both circular and rectangular tables at our venue and Denise was able to create two different types of centerpieces that worked well together. my husband loves craft beer so we also used flight trays with candles in our centerpieces; I sent her photos of what we'd use and she did such a great job utilizing those within the greenery and flowers. Please consider hiring Denise! She is very down-to-earth, communicates well and frequently, and makes sure your vision will be a reality!

Denise was an amazing florist and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married in Maine. She was extremely personable from the very first meeting. Not being a large flower shop, I felt she was really able to hone in on making my vision a reality. She was sure to check in periodically to make sure my ideas hadn't changed, and she made some great recommendations on things I wasn't sure about. The flowers were beautiful and just as I had imagined. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and I liked that she didn't nickle and dime for every small change that was made. We were so grateful we decided to go with Denise for one of the most important days of my life!

Denise was such a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive to my initial inquiries. She was able to cut my quote I received from a local florist in half! All while still providing me with my complete wedding day vision. She works out of her home which is only 10 minutes from my house. Our first meeting she greeted me with tea and pastries as we discussed my wedding day vision. Denise was a great listener and was very excited when I shared my concept with her. She made me feel very comfortable and I trusted that she would be a great fit for me. We stayed in contact as we got closer to the big day, sharing inspirational photos and giving feedback. We meet one month before the wedding to confirm all the details before the flowers were ordered. We made minor adjustments and finalized the order and day of timeline for set up. My bouquet was beautiful! It was simple yet elegant just what I envisioned. I had 3 different buildings that needed to be decorated chapel, dinning hall and dance hall. Denise worked her magic with the eucalyptus, roses and peonies. Every little detail was so beautifully executed. She truly was a pleasure to work with. She stayed within my budget and made my wedding vision come to life! I would highly recommend Denise to any Bride!

She is very easy to work with and is awesome at staying in communication with you to pass ideas back and forth or to answer quick questions as the day approaches. Denise was great to work with and was incredibly accommodating considering my last minute needs! I lost my original florist a week before my wedding and was desperate to find a replacement! Denise swooped right in and was able to get me exactly what I wanted on such a short notice! The flowers were exactly what I envisioned and she had them delivered promptly so I didn’t have to worry!

The day before I was able to have one more quick visit (in order to drop off a finishing touch to my bouquet of my grandfather’s thumbprint pendant that she securely attached) and I got to see the flowers and greenery she had laid out. The day of, I never got to see her or thank her, but she came through for sure. The tables, boutonnieres, bouquets, and wrist corsages came out amazing. You want to work with Denise for your floral design needs, she is absolutely wonderful! I had a pretty clear vision of what I was looking for going into the planning process, and the final product was as if Denise was in my head. The bridal bouquets were beautiful, and centerpieces were just what I asked for. But she blew me away with the outcome of mantle and arbor. She was at the venue with us the night before, listened to my concerns about the way some of my diy projects were looking, and made adjustments on the fly. She was always responsive, always reached out for clarification, and always made me feel at ease with the process. When it was close to the time that she needed to be ordering flowers, she invites you to her home, and for me, made wonderful suggestions for greenery and additions to centerpieces. Seriously, everything I imagined came to life. I wanted a vintage/rustic organic vibe and believe me, everything turned out amazing!! Denise made boxed planted succulent centerpieces for our round dinner tables and stuffed rose gold geometric terrariums with air plants, dusty miller, and thistle. The garland for our sweet heart table was stunning with eucalyptus and olive leaves and cut succulents was EXACTLY what I asked for. The bouquets were so Lovely, again everything I wanted; I was speechless when I saw everything. The olive branch halo for our flower girl :) :) was just stunning! Denise also made beautiful bouquets of greenery to tie around the end of our ceremony chairs. With all the extra flowers/greenery, Denise was so kind to bring us extra bouquets to place around our venue which we were able to use to decorate our dessert table and lounge area. The photos will speak for themselves. Denise was always quick to respond and was good at listening. She really puts time and energy to understand your needs from the very beginning. Since I planned the whole wedding, working with Denise I felt like we were a team for design. I would buy some items that I knew what I wanted and she would offer to get other items like the candles and the ribbon and offer advice and her expertise. Just a real pleasure to work with! And, Denise traveled all the way on a ferry with her car to make our wedding so Beautiful! Denise has such a great eye for design and flowers/greenery. Highly recommend!! Denise did an amazing job with all of my floral arrangements for my wedding day. Centerpieces for guest tables, flowers for the ceremony chairs, bouquets, and she made a beautiful garland with roses for my wedding arch. It was all perfect! The flower arrangements that Denise made for my wedding were absolutely stunning. She made sure to have a complete understanding of what we were looking for but then added her own flair and expert touches to make the most beautiful bouquets. I really wanted a cascade bouquet, but I picked flowers that were difficult to do that with. Denise made it happen!! I was so pleased with the results and she is wonderful to work with. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Denise for our wedding. We had heard that she was very talented and did great work. We wanted something simple, creative, elegant and themed for a Valentine's Day wedding. She certainly delivered. From the initial meeting to the day of, Denise was willing to help in any way. She had great suggestions, stayed within our budget and even invited us to her home to show us what she was thinking. She was spot on! This is mainly because I didn't really know much about designing beautiful floral pieces! She did! Denise was on site the morning of the wedding attending to all the necessary details. This was BEFORE she and her husband left to celebrate THEIR Valentine's Day weekend away. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to work with her. Her attention to detail and her creativity were so appreciated! The flowers and creatively designed altar pieces were absolutely gorgeous and we received several comments about how beautiful the rooms looked. I would highly recommend Denise.

We used Denise for my daughters wedding in July. When meeting with Denise prior to the wedding her main concern was making sure she meet our daughters wants, needs, and expectations. The flowers she provided where beautiful and all the bouquets came out just the way my daughter wanted. We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out! I'm very picky when it comes to design but I was also on a budget with my wedding reception. My husband and I eloped in Aspen, CO but wanted to have a casual wedding reception with family and friends back in Maine. I had all these Pinterest ideas and wanted to DIY everything from the food to the flowers (and I would have, but that would have been a huge mistake). Denise convinced me that DIY flowers would cost a lot more money and stress than it was worth. She was super friendly and professional the whole time, patient, and worked with me on my budget; then I priced everything out at whole foods and she still came in better (I know, I'm a nightmare...but I had to check for FOMO's sake!). Her style was rustic chic which was perfect for my casual beach wedding reception in Saco. I was mostly impressed by her resourcefulness in using her connections with local farms and upcycling vases and props. She really earns her fee and provides more value than I ended up paying in the end. I was lucky to have her work on my reception and I know that she is truly a diamond in the rough! You're basically getting high-end florist quality and design for a DIY price - you really can't afford not to hire Denise for your wedding :)

Denise was amazing! She created lantern centerpieces of greenery that surpassed what I envisioned. My bouquet was gorgeous and I got endless compliments , and I'm still receiving compliments when people view my photos! The bridesmaids bouquets were perfect and the men's boutonnières were exactly what I asked for. Her pricing was completely reasonable and she even drove up to the venue for set up and delivery. She was a joy to work with and kept an open line of communication throughout the entire planning process. She made my life much easier by taking one less stressor off my plate!
