She is extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic to the needs of the bride and groom , family and friends. She is extremely professional, experienced, skilled and smooth in the days around and during the wedding. She was attentive to all our multiple and varied needs…which included Chinese lion dancers/acrobats, Persian dancers, beautiful flower arrangements, timing and smooth flow of events, special needs of our elders in their 90s and in wheelchairs, her vendors, etc, etc, etc. I would recommend Denise and her team to anyone wanting a beautiful, custom and heartfelt wedding and weekend.

Walking into the reception with all the candles lit and the flowers transitioned was AMAZING and so much more beautiful than we could have imagined. Many of our guests went out of their way to comment on how well everything flowed on the day of the wedding and we couldn't agree more. We never felt rushed and it allowed us to simply be present with those that are most important to us. Knowing that you and your team were so on top of everything allowed us to simply focus on having a great time with everyone. Over the last month, we've been reminiscing on that day and it always ends with the same conclusion; it was one of the best days of our lives.

My husband and I used Denise Lillie Engagements to coordinate our multi-cultural/ interfaith wedding reception. I contacted Denise in August of 2022, and our reception took place in September of 2022. Denise was willing to take on a project with little time to execute. She incorporated both cultures into all aspects of the event and encouraged us to embrace some important traditions that would allow both cultures to be represented. Denise helped planned for our wedding twice, 7 months apart. We worked together for almost a year to plan our wedding with Denise that ended up landing on the week shelter in place mandates rolled in. Denise helped us pick up the pieces and planned a smaller, yet more intimate wedding which ended up being the most magical, special, and unique wedding week (during a pandemic) than we ever expected. The best planner (and now very dear friend) in the business! Denise was there every step of the way for our wedding week (yes, it was a whole week long!) and made sure everything went smoothly for us and made our design vision came to life! We wanted a neutral themed wedding that still highlight elements of our vibrant culture- And she nailed it. An added bonus, all of our guests LOVED her. Many mentioned that they never had seen a planner that not only make sure the bride and groom were doing well, but all 300+ of their guests too. She really understood how much community means to us and went above and beyond to create a welcoming and fun environment. Would 100% recommend Denise. We couldn't have imagined a better wedding planner - Denise is thoughtful, creative, dedicated, cheerful and easy to connect with. For context: I am white and my husband is Indian and we wanted our wedding to be a blend of both our cultures. When I explained my vision to Denise, she immediately proved that she understood my ideas and assured me my California style wouldn't get lost in the sea of Indian traditions. She was so easy to chat with in that first call - understanding, caring, funny and obviously knew her stuff - and I knew right away that she was who I wanted to work with. Over the next few calls and meetings, Denise took time to explain the Indian marriage customs and traditions to me (as I had never been to an Indian wedding) and gave me lots of ideas for how we could create a unique and lovely fusion wedding. We originally hired her for a three day Indian extravaganza wedding in Carmel Valley and then... pandemic. Denise was in touch with us the entire time (and also knew when to give us space.) She was flexible and encouraging throughout the process of canceling that wedding, working with the vendors to recoup our deposits or agree upon new terms and help us plan a "covid wedding." She had our back 100%. What we ended up with was absolutely perfect - intimate, dreamy and unforgettable. She made sure everything was special and perfect for us. She went above and beyond to make our vision come to life - from the details to the timeline to the vendor team and more, Denise created a magical event that made all of us forget we were in the midst of 2020.

Look no further for the best wedding planner! Denise has been wonderful through our planning process especially through challenging times in 2020. No one would have ever guessed the impact to events (and all of the events industry) that happened this year, but Denise was instrumental in guiding us through it and helping us navigate constantly changing plans. We originally had a 2 day event planned for our Indian wedding and she helped us find vendors, come up with ideas, and was incredibly helpful with negotiations. She has vision and knows how to make events beautiful. We had to transition to a small family only ceremony in our backyard and she single handedly corralled vendors together (within ~1 a week), and put together beautiful finishing touches to our decor to make the event extra special; she even joined us that day to ensure everything went smoothly and on time. Our families got to just enjoy the day and pay attention to the actual ceremony instead of worrying about coordinating. We can't say enough good things - Denise is the key when it comes to planning your dream wedding!

Denise is incredible. She is the best at what she does and both my husband and I agree that we could not have had our quarantine wedding without her. After the pandemic happened, we had to replace our big Indian wedding plans with a backyard (SIP), immediate-family only wedding. Throughout all the changes and uncertainty in the world, Denise was my rock through it all. She was on top of it all - talking to vendors, changing contracts, decorations - every single thing related to our wedding was taken care of (all during a literal pandemic). Considering how much our plans changed seemingly overnight, we were not stressed at all and that's honestly all thanks to Denise. She even showed up the day of to make sure everything went smoothly and checked in with us after as well. I could go on and on about how incredible Denise is (and how far our mutual love for purple goes), but if you are looking for someone who is extremely knowledgable, punctual, and overall incredible at what she does, Denise is it. Denise was the perfect choice for planning our wedding. Denise helped us pick our vendors and helped coordinate with many vendors for a multi-day wedding event. With a bride attending school full time, the groom working full time, and families in different states, Denise helped coordinate between us all. Denise helped develop day-of timelines, and very calmly addressed stressful issues leading up the the day of the event. Denise was a fantastic choice in wedding planner for my sister's wedding. We always wanted to host a fusion wedding that represented our American/Indian culture and the couple's personalities, and Denise embraced that from the get-go. She helped us execute a Rock Show themed sangeet and stunning enchanted forest reception. She made wonderful recommendations and was always available as a sounding board, or to follow up with vendors. When the venue's coordinator was frankly slacking, Denise went way above and beyond to ensure our event was in good hands. She took on tasks the venue was responsible for, just because she is so passionate about her clients having a wonderful wedding day. I truly believe that working with the right wedding planner can make the entire wedding planning process and wedding weekend a success. We wanted to plan a luxe, mini-destination, Indian & Danish fusion wedding in Tahoe. We had a specific vision of each event, and a vendor team that was traveling from all over the state. We interviewed quite a few planners, but Denise stood out because of her energy, excitement, and commitment to helping us plan this wedding. Denise was always (and I mean always) available when we had questions or concerns. She never told us we were contacting her too much, and made sure we always felt good about the direction of the wedding. She was available to come to every vendor meeting we had. When we had ideas that were a little too lofty, Denise would never say it wasn’t feasible, but she would always help us find a compromise. Denise also extended this level of service to our families, and this made everyone feel included in the planning process. She always made sure the wedding focus was on what the couple preferred, but always took into account what was important to other family members as well.  Another benefit of working with Denise is her extensive vendor network.  She was able to tailor-select vendor candidates based on our vision and supported us through the entire vendor selection process. Since our wedding was in Tahoe, Denise planned a couple ‘power planning’ trips for us, which were incredibly helpful and allowed us to work with a majority of our vendor team on site before the wedding. I can’t stress enough how much of her planning before the wedding made our weekend go so smoothly. Her day-of contributions were also amazing.  After the wedding she gave us a download of a few mishaps that occurred ranging from minor to major in magnitude.  She handled them so effectively during the events that we would never have known if she hadn't told us after the fact. To add to this, our guests raved that our wedding was the most organized wedding they had ever attended, and the guest experience was unparalleled. As a couple, we were actually able to enjoy our wedding because of all the hard work from Denise and her team. I can continue to rave about Denise and her team. The bottom line is if you want a planner who will care about your wedding just as much as you do, just work with Denise. There is going above and beyond, and then there is Denise's level ... which no other planner can match.

This review is long overdue! I totally completely and wholeheartedly agree with all of the other reviews posted here. I hired Denise for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. First of all our wedding was a luxury wedding that lasted a week long including two big Indian Sikh Punjabi families. She was responsive, creative, very respectful to what everyone wanted, and most importantly fun to work with. Very easy going and easy to talk to. The best part was she included unlimited text communication. I felt like I was constantly texting her on WhatsApp and Instagram every time I got inspired about a new wedding idea, not only did she keep track of it but she was always excited to hear for me. The most complicated part about our wedding she handled with ease And grace. A week before our wedding week we had to postpone ...Denise handled all of our vendors and closed everything out leaving us in a good place to pick up our wedding six months later, keeping most of our deposits to be reused with many of the same vendors. Since then we have had her plan and decorated my baby shower and daughters first birthday party( which was like another mini reception(125 people)-Indian style). Definitely will continue to use Denise and Denise Lili engagements for all of our family events and functions. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. book her! You won’t regret it!

Denise was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. People are still talking about how epic our wedding was! She helped make our dream wedding become reality and we are grateful. I was really impressed with how she treated our 3 year old son throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond for my family. We had a few hiccups with a couple of our vendors but nothing she couldn’t handle. One of our guests who is super critical when it comes to weddings said it best...”Your planner was on point and had her sh** together!”

Where do I begin? I found Denise via my venue as she was a preferred vendor on their site. I spoke with several wedding planners and most of them seemed lackluster. When I spoke with Denise, we immediately clicked. She was assertive, had opinions, was full of laughs, excited about our vision, and came with a deep cultural knowledge of Indian folks (even specifically down to Gujaratis…more so than some of my own Indian family..wut). We worked with her team to plan both our wedding and our welcome event. FUN FACT about Denise: she is so passionate about her work that she LITERALLY flew to India as several of her brides (myself included) happened to be there at the same time. So she joined all of us on a trip for her own education / exploration of Indian wedding practices in the motherland. While we were there, she helped me go through dress fittings which was SO helpful and she invited us to do a photo shoot with her. All of this was just gravy – I hope this illustrates how much she LOVES her job and how she pours her heart into her craft. We live in NYC and most of the planning process was done long distance via phone calls as well as ONE whirlwind planning trip that Denise arranged. This included two tastings, a hair and makeup trial, rental selections, floral discussions etc. From the get go, Denise immediately directed me to book the high demand / high priority vendors. Her recommendations were ON POINT and I would not change a single vendor. We were able to get most of our vendors under contract well before the wedding with her guidance. These are overwhelming decisions and having an assertive yet encouraging planner that has extensive experience with certain vendors got us comfortable in pulling the trigger asap before they were booked up (especially since we booked most without even meeting them). Denise was extremely helpful in “value engineering” our big day by providing items from her own inventory at no cost (such as vases, LED candles, gift box, photo frames, ALL of the décor for our welcome event) and by completing some items herself (such as pick up of flowers and arrangement of simple flowers rather than hiring an expensive florist). I should mention our wedding aesthetic was completely the opposite of many of her usual indian weddings (we wanted minimalism and dark/gothic vibes). She listened to us and helped pull off a unique vibe and aesthetic. I recommend involving Denise in your planning process BEFORE you lock in a venue (unlike us) as she’ll be able to provide realistic expectations of costs (as well as will reveal many hidden items at certain venues that only an expert planner would know). She has a deep knowledge of all possible venues in the area and may suggest one that you have not found that’s a better match! And you’ll have an absolute blast while venue hunting. Denise was such a pleasure to work with. We are hoping she branches out into couple’s therapy as we found our time with her extremely helpful in processing our overwhelming feelings during the emotional rollercoaster that is wedding planning. She even offered to handle our parents for us! But I would not wish that upon anyone so we shielded her from that. If you’re looking for a bad ass FAIRY GOD PLANNER who can help execute your vision and go ABOVE AND BEYOND, look no further and pull the trigger as soon as possible as she books up well in advance!

Denise and her team are exceptional to work with. I only interviewed one wedding planner and the moment we met Denise, we knew we would be in good hands because I am a A type and so is she, therefore we both know we get stuff done! :) I did partial planning with Denise and having her guidance was so helpful through my whole wedding planning process. She a great listener, super sharp, solution provider and is always there when you need her at anytime. Through stressful times, she kept us calm and made us realize that things were not as bad as them seemed! She also has great taste and has great expertise in design and built great relationships working with other vendors. The day of our wedding, we had some last minute situations that came up and she and her team handled everything so well. My husband and I got to enjoy every moment of our wedding stress free and we got to eat everything! I truly miss working with Denise, but now we have became friends and I'm so glad I picked her to be my wedding planner. I cannot imagine our Punjabi Sikh wedding events without Denise and the Royal Engagement team. Most Indian and Pakistani weddings consist of multiple events over a period of many days and for each event, there are decorators, photographers, caterers, hair and makeup artists, drivers, dress makers, and so on. Denise Lillie and the Royal Engagements team were a tremendous help to us in the final month of our wedding. When we hired Denise, we were only one month away from the wedding. Even with such a limited time frame, Denise was willing and able to take over most aspects of the planning, which was a huge relief to us. The bride, I am white, from an Irish-American Catholic family; the groom, my now-husband, is Punjabi Sikh, he and his family from Northern India. Our wedding could be described as interracial or intercultural, although our events were of the Punjabi Sikh and Indian traditions. Denise Lille and her team were able to manage many events and vendors, and many to-do lists, schedules, accommodations, cars, houses, salons, shipped packages, guests traveling. My goal as the bride was to relax; I did not want to deal with planning, last minute errands or phone calls. My now-husband and I wanted to enjoy our wedding and enjoy hosting family and friends. This is where Denise was very sympathetic; she came and took all the burden away from us, so that we could just relax and enjoy our wedding. Denise is very skilled at respectfully interacting with individuals of all types of personalities, cultures, religious faiths, races, ethnicities, ages, and attitudes. In traditional Indian culture, where --at least in my experience -- it is expected that the bride's and groom's family members do everything. There were disagreements about how the wedding should be, and how the bride and groom should act. Sometimes, my now-husband, and some of our Punjabi Indian family members would challenge Denise or confront her (which they were never supposed to do); other times, some of our Punjabi family members wanted to take charge of certain aspects of the wedding (like ladies' henna) and were reluctant to work with a professional wedding coordinator. During such times, Denise was able to skillfully navigate through these difficult interpersonal situations, to reassure everyone with positive and helpful responses, and, all the while also, to focus on the to-do items for the wedding events. Denise and the Royal Engagements team were able to prepare the South Hall for the wedding ceremony breakfast and lunch at the Sikh Gurdwara Sahib San Jose. For our wedding ceremony breakfast and lunch, we wanted the South Hall to be converted into a traditional Sikh Langar Hall. We wanted white sheets covering the floor and atop the sheets would be long strips of carpet for the guests to sit and eat the meals. In the Sikh faith, the religious participation in "Langar" is done with everyone sitting on the floor to eat. The preparations for the South Hall included clean up and moving of furniture, then hanging a huge curtain conceal the furniture and clutter. The morning of the ceremony, Denise and her team were arriving at my house at 4:30 AM to get the hair and make up started for me, my mom and sisters, and then they went to make sure that the South Hall was ready for the decorators and caterers. They completed the transformation of the South Hall into a beautiful Langar Hall.

Denise was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We used her for full service planning and she took care of EVERYTHING. She put us in contact with great vendors within our price point, kept us on budget and on task, and executed our vision perfectly. I cannot thank her enough for putting together an absolutely perfect day!

My review is late, my wedding at the Bently Reserve in San Francisco was 4 months ago but Denise is simply THE BEST. She is detail oriented and has what it takes to pull off any bride or groom’s dream wedding. She doesn’t waste any time and she is brutally honest and direct, in a good way! 🙌

Our beautiful, seamless, dream wedding was three months ago, and it still feels impossible to try to put into words how grateful we are to her. We worked with Denise to plan our multi-day, blended Hindu/Christian destination wedding in the Bay Area. We live on the east coast and our parents are in the midwest and the south, so we really relied on Denise to be our major point of contact and coordination in every way. We also had three separate events at two locations: our Friday night Sangeet/Mehndi was at a hotel venue (where all of our guests were staying), our Saturday morning wedding ceremony (with 2 officiants) was at a vineyard about 45 minutes from the hotel, and finally our Saturday night reception was back at the hotel. If that sounds complicated, it's because it was! I promise you - nothing is too much or too complicated for Denise. First, Denise put together the very best vendor team for us and for our wedding. Her recommendation is all you need, and it's impossible to overstate how comforting and how much time you will save when you know that you can trust your wedding planner implicitly. Denise is honest about each vendor's strengths and weaknesses - even the ones she loves and works with all of the time. In the end, Denise matched us with the absolute best people for our specific vision (not just a cookie cutter wedding) drawing on her extensive experience, contacts, and instinct. Second, we had to get a lot done during the few times we were able to visit San Francisco leading up to the wedding. Denise put together amazing and efficient power-planning weekends. It is hard to imagine planning a destination wedding without Denise’s organizational prowess. Third, Denise did so much more than help us plan our wedding, she was also a coordinator to make sure all of the wedding components came together seamlessly during the weekend itself. We were able enjoy the events as they occurred, confident that Denise was running everything behind the scenes. With Denise, you seriously don’t have to worry about anything. Fourth, because of the scale of our wedding, it was very important to us to get the best price possible for each aspect of the weekend. Denise doubled as a skilled negotiator in helping to get prices down whenever possible by leveraging her relationships with vendors and deep knowledge of what the market rates are. When Denise told us we had gotten the best deal possible, we knew it was true. And when Denise told us something or someone was worth splurging on (always with a recommendation for how to accommodate that in the budget), we trusted her opinion. We could not have been more pleased with Denise and the role she played in making our wedding perfect. She has an eye for design, a talent for learning what her clients like and what they don’t like, an incredibly friendly disposition, and the strength of personality to bring together dozens of vendors, hundreds of guests, and a VERY type-A couple. We honestly couldn’t have pulled off our wedding without Denise and her team! From the very beginning, her questionnaire to get to know us sparked our interest (especially with zombie apocalypse questions) and her genuine interest in still ensuring that she got to know us continued throughout the duration of the relationship! Denise was my first choice when selecting a wedding coordinator for my sisters wedding! Six months out, the family was at their wits ends trying to make decision and I knew then that it was time to bring in the experts! Denise truly blew our expectations of a wedding coordinator out of the water. When we started looking for a coordinator, we assumed we would mostly be using the for the month leading up to the wedding. Denise went far beyond that, meeting with us regularly to make sure our vision for the wedding was on track. One amazing thing about Denise is that it is clear she can work with all types of people. However, for us, it was very necessary to have someone who is not afraid to say what she thinks and not afraid to take the lead for the big day when the time is right. Denise and team are simply AMAZING! I had the pleasure to work with them for a June wedding in Napa. I worked with Denise to plan each detail leading up the the wedding day. Everything from start to finish she had it covered!! Planning is the most important part and she was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful she was amazingly organized. My now husband and I were very much looking forward to planning our wedding, but we had chosen a venue in the South Bay, while I was living in Eastern Canada, and my husband was planning a move to leave San Francisco and join me before the wedding! Our photographer recommended we meet with Denise of d.Royal Engagements, and we absolutely loved her from our first meeting! She was ready with a binder and a bunch of Google Drive files and folders from the get go. I was definitely an type A bride, and was nervous about the loss of control I might feel, planning a wedding from so far away. Denise absolutely catered to this, and regularly checked in on us. Not only did she have a comprehensive plan and timeline we should follow, but she also regularly checked in on how we were feeling and just the whole emotional aspect of getting ready to take such a big plunge. Denise absolutely loves her job, and it shows. Her dedication to her clients is incredible. She clearly loves all her clients, but she will make you feel so special when she’s taking care of you. She had great ideas and contacts for vendors, and always welcomed our ideas with enthusiasm. Her #1 goal is that we be happy with our big day. When the big day finally came, having her around felt completely indispensable. We didn’t have to worry about any of the minor details. We were simply carted off from one part of the wedding to the next. The day went off without a hitch, and it unfolded even better than we were expecting. When we were initially shopping around for wedding coordinators, some balked at our budget. Denise was professional, poised and rationally went through the different ways we could make ends meet. She ended up being the best coordinator ever. EVER. Though we contracted her for just a day of service, she provided a number of quality vendor recommendations and kept us on track for planning our wedding. We were happy to let her take over correspondence with our vendors the month prior to ensure a smooth coordination for the event. Here's the kicker: she doesn't take kick-backs from 'preferred vendors' and passes the savings onto you. We were really quite surprised by the number of wedding items she was gracious to let us borrow for the day of the event - e.g. Mr & Mrs signs, a cake topper, etc. We also contracted her to do some center pieces which were HOLY SMOKES REALLY AMAZING AND BETTER THAN ANYONE COULD HAVE ANTICIPATED. The day of our rehearsal she helped herd the family/friends and set expectations for the wedding day. The big day itself she was very on top of it ensuring the event proceeded smoothly without a hitch. Someone knocked over a glass? No problem, Denise had it handled. My wife broke out in hives when she realized all the planning and coordination that goes into play for planning a wedding. Denise was there to coach us and alleviate the whole process. She gives you her time to make sure it'll be a stellar event and you can tell she has the wisdom and expertise into knowing what works. So do yourself a favor and hire Denise.

Denise came to our rescue two weeks before our wedding. We needed help with day of coordination and creating the structure of our ceremony. What Denise did was above and beyond anything we could expect. She took the lead and managing all of our vendors, picking up our cake and bouquets, keeping us on our timeline....and she did it all while remaining extremely professional. This is a long overdue review. My journey for the perfect wedding began with the selection of a wedding planner. I knew going into the planning process that we needed to find the right wedding planner to pull off what turned out to be a very complicated wedding. Our wedding consisted of a 2-day event. It included a Friday night rehearsal dinner, a Saturday Catholic wedding followed by a reception, a Sunday Tea ceremony, and formal sit down dinner. This meant two different caterers, two different venues and two different programs. To make things worse, I only had 7 months to the wedding date. This is quite a challenge for any planner and some would say it can’t be done. We met with two planners and they both were a little nervous about the scope and timing. Both tried to scale down the event and convince us that making it simpler would be the best route. Feeling discouraged, we decided to meet with one more planner and then make a decision. Denise was that third planner. From the first time we met her, she was enthusiastic and excited to work with us. She did not try to change our plans our steer us in any alternate directions. She just focused on what we wanted for our wedding. I am very picky, and I tend to want control of everything. I wanted everything to be perfect. Denise took this all in stride. She took my apprehension and encouraged me to let go and enjoy the process. She was always happy and upbeat, full of energy and hard working. But her biggest assets was that she was amazingly organized. We had so many moving parts to our wedding. She kept it all together and moving forward. She kept us on track and was the point of contact for all my vendors. Everything came off without a hitch, from the decorations, flowers, place setting. Denise made sure we kept on schedule with a timeline on the day of the wedding. We would not have been able to do it without Denise. She had the ability to understand what I wanted even when I could not verbalize my vision. Denise helped me have the wedding of my dreams. For that, I'm really grateful.

If I were to give any advice to a couple thinking about booking Denise, I would say DO IT and DO IT NOW!!!! Denise kept me sane during the entire wedding planning process and because of her I was able to enjoy our wedding weekend. From our first conversation, I knew Denise and I were a perfect match, and she saw and understood my vision and I knew she would always have our best interest in mind. Denise kept me organized during the wedding process, thought of things and situations I could have never thought of, and helped us work through it. Denise was so involved in the process and helped keep me on track and eliminated my stress! Starting from 6 weeks before our wedding, she became the point of contact to all my vendors, in order to help alleviate the stress and pressure from my fiance and I so we were able to enjoy the weeks before our wedding. She really was amazing in reminding me to let go and allow myself to enjoy the process. When our wedding weekend finally approached, Denise and her team were ABOVE & BEYOND AMAZING!!! She and her team seriously blew us all out of the water with our involved, organized, attentive, and sweet they were. We had a few last minute crisis that happened (which happens to everyone) and they were on top of it! I didn't even know they were happening until I found out after the wedding. Someone was always with me and the groom making sure we were staying on schedule with our timeline, and taking care of any last minute errands we had. Our venue (ceremony, cocktail and reception) were set up EXACTLY the way I had ever envisioned. It was stunning, gorgeous! Denise helped bring our fairy-tale wedding to life, and for that I will forever be grateful! I feel so honored and blessed to have had her as our wedding planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married !!!

Denise is a heaven-sent wedding planner! She helped us plan our Bay Area wedding from afar. I was a busy student wrapping up graduate school in upstate New York while my husband worked as a professor in Southern California. She quickly put me at ease during our 1-hour consultation call as I was a bit nervous about our less than 4-month deadline. Once we made the decision to hire Denise, she immediately set-up a video chat to get to know us. She is very organized and had templates to help us couples keep things straight and stay on track, giving us weekly homework to ensure we met our quickly approaching deadlines. There were wedding items we didn't even know we had to consider that she was able to bring to our attention and help guide our decisions. Come the rehearsal and day of the wedding, she was on top of it all. At our church rehearsal, she printed out copies of our wedding day timeline to distribute to each of our wedding party members. This helped ensure that everyone was on the same page and adhered to a tight time frame given that we wanted to maximize our photographer's coverage time. We didn't have a care in the world on the day of our wedding and everyone had a wonderful time. She recruited a couple of assistants for the day who were able to cover her since she couldn't be at two places at once. She was always one site ahead of us and the wedding party to ensure that the church, reception and hotel were set-up properly. The next day, I learned there had been an issue with our sheet cake and wedding topper but Denise was able to handle it so well that we didn't even notice until she brought it to our attention at breakfast and was able to get us a partial refund from the baker. Post-wedding, we were left missing her and our weekly planing calls. We worked so well together and grew to feel like she was one of our family members.

Denise is absolutely the best wedding coordinator you could ask for. From the second we started working together, she made me feel ease about all the details. She handles the details professionally, and ahead of time, so that you don't have to! She is incredibly responsive (which is SO IMPORTANT), and she went above and beyond what was expected. I think she did triple the work that was expected of her in the contract, without even mentioning it, because she is so committed to her work. She also did an amazing job working with my picky family (who also loved her), and making sure everyone in my family had their voice heard. Even my photographer, videographer, and make up stylist told me how much they loved working with Denise. If you are considering a wedding coordinator, you do not have to look anywhere else. She does a great job of making your vision come to life, while also knowing when to step in and save you from going down the wrong path. She is absolutely the best.

If I could give Denise more stars, I totally would!!! She was awesome in every aspect of helping us plan our wedding. She was extremely responsive when I was asking her a million and one questions, and always had the right patience and understanding for me as a bride. She was super flexible and was willing to help us with whatever she could, which was great! Denise was also great with making sure that everything was on schedule, and that things were getting checked off the list. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is getting married! We seriously would not know what to do without her!

I wish there was an option to chose 100 stars for this review. Denise and her team made my entire wedding! I could not imagined having planned it without her. She made it beautiful!!!! My husband and I live in Florida but his family is from San Francisco and that is where we decided to have the wedding. She helped me find and choose my vendors. She completely took over 3 months before the wedding and was the single point of contact for my vendors. That made my life soooooo easy. She has an entire storage FULL of decor items you can borrow without having to purchase your own, which you're probably never going to use again anyway. It helps save soooo much money. There is NOTHING that Denise and her team don't do. And if you do happen to find something that she can't do she will have a contact that will do it. Trust her and reach out to her for anything. She will make your dreams come true. I let Denise handle all of the decor for my wedding and when I walked in on that day, I was blown away. I can't thank her enough for what she did for us. Every time I think back to my wedding I will always remember Denise. She played a HUGE role on that day and was so attentive to my husband and I while still taking care of everything she needed to do behind the scenes. Every single time I was concerned or worried about something I would reach out to her and she ALWAYS had a solution. Working with Denise and her team was without a doubt the best decision that we made during the wedding planning process. We didn't budget for a wedding planner/coordinator initially, both because we were planning a wedding on a pretty tight budget and didn't think we had room for it and also because we didn't fully understand the amount of work that goes into planning a wedding. However, a few months before the wedding, after we had found most of our vendors, the process of managing communication with them and figuring out the week of logistics became overwhelming. We handed most of the planning/coordinating process over to Denise and team and instantly my wedding related stress dreams stopped. Not only did they save us tons of time, they actually saved us money by finding different rentals. Denise is a wonderful, hard working person whose strength helped us through difficult moments leading up to the wedding (last minute guest count changes, etc). We were actually able to relax and enjoy our wedding! One thing I particularly valued about Denise was her ability to understand what I wanted our wedding to look like, even when I was unable to verbalize it myself. She has an arsenal of wedding related decorations and props that she let us borrow to help bring our vision to life.
