In terms of her professionalism, she was incredibly responsive when I initially reached out to schedule an introductory call to learn more about her packages, her process, etc., but I was most struck by how warm and genuinely excited she was that I was a bride-to-be. When we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, she didn't miss a beat and quickly eased my nerves and made me feel like I was in incredibly good hands. As our wedding day finally approached, we had not one but two discussions that focused on the timeline of the day, who we wanted to incorporate in our photos, and other specific requests. Brides, I will tell you, despite all of your work and best intentions, there will be little snafus that come up on your big day. In my case, we fell behind in time...but Denise was there to make it up! She was assertive and the ringleader for a very excited (and on a few occasions) rowdy wedding party. In other words, she was an absolute BOSS. What's more, she (and Kasia), made me and my husband feel very comfortable in front of the camera, which is NOT typical for us. She was great at giving us direction and genuinely made us feel so protected and beautiful. I clearly cannot say enough about how wonderful Denise is as a person, and her work speaks for itself. We will cherish her photos for the rest of our lives.

VID-19. The uncertainty, confusion, and chaos that we found ourselves in was overwhelming to say the least. After postponing our big wedding, Adam and I decided to have a very small, intimate backyard ceremony with only a few family members in attendance. Regardless of everything going on around us at the time, Denise was with us every step of the way. She was comforting, empathetic, and willing to be by our side through thick and thin. She captured our ceremony beautifully and we are so incredibly thankful for this as this backyard ceremony eventually became our one and only wedding. Her generosity and willingness through these crazy, uncertain times is unparalleled. Fast forward to now - after two more postponed wedding dates and eventually a cancelled wedding, I cannot believe the lengths Denise has gone to in order to be flexible with her time and commitment to us as a couple. From making us feel at ease at our engagement session back in November 2019 to helping Adam and I navigate through a once in a lifetime pandemic, Denise is who you will want by your side on your wedding day or for any other event! She was quick to answer any questions and just the loveliest person to talk to about any concerns I had. She genuinely cares and it shows in her work and how she interacts with her customers.
