If you're looking for a fun experience and a dance to impress your guests I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going through Dennis!
I always wanted to take dance lessons for our wedding and ...
have a choreographed first dance that was fun and most importantly fun to watch, but with COVID-19 our wedding seemed unlikely to happen. Once we were told our wedding was a go, I immediately began researching dance instructors in the Chicago-land area that had a wide variety of dancing styles.
Most places offered classic ballroom dancing but I knew I wanted something more and once I found Dennis' site and read such great reviews I had to call him!
We only had 10 days until our wedding and my ask was a tough one: teach my fiancé (who's never danced) and I how to dance to a latin-themed song. I didn't think it would be possible, but Dennis created an incredible dance routine, worked around our schedule, and most importantly taught my beginner fiancé how to dance!
We had such a fun experience during our classes, and the dance turned out so well! Our guests were so impressed and it was the highlight of the night!
I came to Dennis 3 weeks prior to my wedding and 2 weeks prior to us leaving to our destination wedding in Cancun. We wanted to do a bachata dance for our 1st dance. I am not an ex...
pert at dancing I have basic skills and my wife is a bit better dancer than me. Dennis did not hesitate to say to us that he can do it and started scheduling us in. We did 11 classes in 2 weeks 1 or 2 hr classes. Throughout the process, Dennis was very patient and positive with us always cheering us on. For me personally, Dennis gave me the confidence I needed in dancing to make me feel that I can lead and that confidence my wife felt and made dancing more enjoyable and intimate. She actually felt very comfortable with me dipping her knowing that I was there.
We strongly recommend Dennis if you need someone who genuinely cares about you or you as a couple and will help you get the confidence you need to feel great about dancing. You will not be disappointed.
Dennis choreographed our first dance for our wedding. Neither of us had any previous dancing experience but Dennis was able to work with us to get to a first dance we love and can'...
t wait to show off to all our family and friends.
Dennis is a great dance instructor. He keeps things fun and helps create a friendly atmosphere. He helped choreograph our first dance and was really kind and patient teaching us al...
l the moves. He also listened to our suggestions and feedback and gave us valuable tips for our big day. We would definitely recommend Dennis, especially if you have a big event coming up and you need to bone up on your dance moves (or lack thereof). He was very flexible with our busy schedules and made the whole experience a joy.
I truly don't have the words to describe the impact Dennis had on me and my wedding. When I thought about the wedding dance I was horrified. Dancing and me always had a love hate r...
elationship. Well mostly hate from my side. I hated how my body moved and was not thrilled about moving things to an audience. Seriously, even after the first lesson I felt better. Dennis has this calmness about him that just makes you feel ok. He takes his time teaching and really focuses on you. You as an individual and you as a couple. He listens to your needs and concerns and finds was of fixing/addressing them without you even realizing. My expectations for the dance were not high. I wanted to get through it without tripping or making a fool of myself. Dennis made SOOOOO much more than that happen. The dance was magical. I expected compliments on my dress but the dance? That was a shocker. People were actually excited to watch it. It went so well that my now husband and I are going to keep taking lessons with him.
Took private lessons from Dennis a while back and was able to hit the dance floor with amazing moves in no time! I recommend these classes for anyone that is serious about learni...

The wife and I hired Dennis to put our wedding dance choreography together and teach us some basic steps for our wedding. He was most certainly the best investment we made. I am no...
t a dancer at all and was not excited about it. For someone who is not a fan of dancing I must say he made the lessons enjoyable. By the time we finished our lessons we actually looked good! Everything ended up perfect and the wife was happy which is all that really matters. Anyone looking for the perfect dance should use Dennis.
Dennis choreographed my husband and mine's first dance for our wedding. He made it so individualized, it was like he had known us for so long! I loved how thoughtful he was as he'd...
start each lesson by saying, 'I was thinking about this move..let's try it this way tonight, I think it will look better." He was extremely invested in us having the most show-stopping first dance and let me tell you, it paid off!!! Our friends were envious of the creativity and execution of our idea and it's all thanks to Dennis' patience, artistic abilities, and fantastic teaching. I highly recommend Dennis as a dance teacher and choreographer.
Dennis was THE BEST best decision my husband and I could have made for our wedding dance. Neither my husband or I had any experience dancing and I was really nervous about doing th...
is especially in front of an entire room people. Dennis took the time to make us comfortable and confident. His choreography is amazing and everyone thought we took years of lessons, but Dennis is just that great. I received a ton of compliments on the dance and it was truly amazing. I really didn't think it was possible, but he made it happen. Every lesson was fun and he is a pleasure to be around and learn from.
