Denny's 5th Avenue Bakery

When my husband and I started to cake shop we were actually treated really poorly at a local well known bakery. When we went to Denny's 5th Avenue for our first cake tasting it couldn't have been any different. We were treated like family. We actually just hung out with Eric for about an hour after we were done trying the cake samples. Eric worked with us on custom flavors and we went back multiple times to try them. Everything was so good. I don't like frosting generally so they worked with us to have a whipped topping instead. They also hand piped our wedding logo which was very detailed. When I first saw the cake on my wedding day I could have cried if I wasn't so busy smiling. I was so impressed. Our guests thought the cake was just for show and didn't even realize it was a real cake. I only got a couple bites during the cake cutting because it was all gone by the time I got to dessert. The bites I did have were so tasty and were even better than they were at our cake tasting appointment. I thought the value of Denny's was so good too compared to other bakeries we looked at. I even had them bake custom cookies for us with our wedding logo for our hotel guest bags and they were so beautiful. It was a spur of the moment idea and they responded quickly to get it done. The cookies tasted great too. Even those were half the price as any where else I researched. I couldn't believe how detailed, friendly, professional, and well priced everything was at Denny's. It was absolute perfection.

We don't like cake at all, so wanted to find a place that make shortcakes for individual build your own strawberry shortcake. These guys were great in making us just what we wanted, and everyone is still talking about how delicious and fun it was to make their own dessert.

Denny's 5th Ave Bakery was incredible. They were not our first choice, but I am so glad we chose to work with them! Excellent customer service and our cake turned out beautiful.

I loved Denny's 5th ave bakery. My husband and I lived close and we love supporting local businesses. We would often go in on Saturday mornings for donuts and coffee and feel in love with their cakes. It was no question when we had to pick a vendor for our cakes that Denny's was the way to go. I have already recommended them to family and friends. The cake was beautiful and I loved the options they had for flavors. We had 3 different flavors in one cake for no extra charge! And for your one year anniversary they make you a replica of your cake top so you dan't have to eat your frozen cake out of the freezer! Sounds like a good deal to me.

They were wonderful to work with and super laid back! The cake was wonderful and the set up and delivery was perfect. The only problem I had was I didn't get the correct filling on one of my cupcake flavors but they were still great!

Very pleased, delicious cupcakes, great variety, great customer service, awesome low pricing. Would definitely recommend them!

Denny's had amazing cake! It was moist, with raspberry lemonade filling, white cake, and cool whip frosting. It was not too sweet, not too tart!

The cake was good! We did a seperated 3-tier cake and it turned out very nice, just as ordered.

I got to chooses exactly what I wanted!
