We've put together a wide variety of themed wedding menus such as a Scottish Croatian blending families menu, authentic Brazilian Steakhouse, a Medieval Feast, warm Southern Soul Food, and Louisiana Creole. If you can think it up we can cook it up! Well versed in working with dietary restrictions and allergies such as gluten-free, nut, vegetarian and vegan considerations... we create delicious dishes that don't appear like an afterthought. Over the last ten years, I was at the helm of several successful Denver restaurants. During this time I designed menus, opened new restaurants, and had the opportunity to work for a James Beard Award winning chef as well as a certified Master Chef. As my skills and knowledge increased I found myself wanting to break away from the restaurant scene and make a larger variety of cuisines. Starting Mixers and Morsels over three years ago has allowed me to do just that.

Exceeded expectations!! Mixers and Morsels catered my husband and I’s rehearsal dinner for roughly 100 people. We did the taco bar as well as the grilled pineapple and chips and dips. This was the best taco bar I have ever had and we got SO many complements about who catered the food and how amazing it was. We ate so glad we added the pineapple last minute because it was such a hit. Not to mention their team was so friendly and wonderful during the event. Thank you guys so much, we will definitely be issuing you guys again next time we need catering.

WOW - what a fabulous event and Mixer and Morsels were a huge hit. The dinner was wonderful and the two chefs at the event were great. Not only did they set everything up but served as our bartenders, too. Coming to the table to refill wine glasses and clearing plates. The food was excellent, they were on time, and just all around did a fantastic job. I would HIGHLY recommend this team. Everything was so good we all forgot to take any pictures.

Unbelievable. Brendon and his team go above and beyond to make and special event unforgettable. His vast knowledge and incredible skill will make you go back for seconds and thirds before you realize you cannot fit another bite. Amazing is an understatement!

I can't say enough great things about Mixers and Morsels. They were so accommodating with me in helping me create a meal that would satisfy both sets of families. When I asked for a blended family menu that is exactly what I received. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone raved about the food. There is no other caterer I'll use moving forward!! You're crew truly helped make this day memorable for all of us.

Everyone Loved the food! We experienced a wonderful Mediterranean menu. The team made it easy to plan from start to finish. The food arrived on time, fresh and with generous portions. Everyone at the event commented on how good the food was. I would highly recommend letting Mixers and Morsels cater your event.

Brendon and his team are incredible. We hired Mixers & Morsels for our wedding reception and I can’t sing their praises enough. They are amazing communicators and helped us come up with a lovely menu of appetizers and a beautiful dinner for our guests at our venue. The food was fantastic and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’m already trying to think of more excuses to throw a party so we can hire them again. Wish I could give 10 stars. HIRE THEM! You won’t regret it!

Absolutely Delicious! The food was amazing, served hot, and was ready promptly at the time specified for our event. We got so many compliments on each of the dishes! The chefs were very professional and anticipated the needs of guests. They had a very polite, warm, and welcoming demeanor, and went above and beyond to help with other tasks that they didn't have to help with. Overall, we had a 5 star experience with Denver Mixers and Morsels, and we will absolutely be looking to use them for our catering services in the future!
