o pick and choose what was on their tacos. Most caterers that make tacos prepare full trays in advance, but DTT makes them to order. That was a great help for our guests who have various food intolerances.
We were worried that having them made on the fly would cause it to take a long time for our guests to get food, or possibly throw the timeline off, but Joe did a great job getting everything out in the time we had allotted.

r whole timeline. They messed up numerous guest orders. Communication leading up to our wedding was very difficult, once we paid our deposit they often did not respond to questions and didn't write down event details despite multiple conversations to remind them. They kept sending invoices calculated incorrectly and had to be reminded to update them. When I reached out to the owner Joe about the unprofessional communication, he was very defensive and did not follow up with answers to our concerns. Some of our other vendors also struggled to work with them and complained about their lack of organization. It added a lot of unnecessary stress to the planning process.
Originally hired this vendor to cater our welcome party for my wedding and had to cancel because of COVID. The vendor was flexible and worked with me on different options.
