We had the Denver Taco Truck cater our rehearsal dinner. The appetizers and food was great! Some of our family and friends have dietary restrictions (vegan/gluten free) and they wo...
rked with us to get options on the menu for everyone. We had ~100 people and so getting the food out took a while, but because of the appetizers no one was upset!
We also had them bartend and it was great!
We were very happy with the quality of food and service we received for the price we paid.
We went with Denver Taco Truck because we wanted to be able to have our guests be able t...
o pick and choose what was on their tacos. Most caterers that make tacos prepare full trays in advance, but DTT makes them to order. That was a great help for our guests who have various food intolerances.
We were worried that having them made on the fly would cause it to take a long time for our guests to get food, or possibly throw the timeline off, but Joe did a great job getting everything out in the time we had allotted.
We would absolutely use them again!

are still raving about the delicious food at our wedding!!! If you’re looking for a local caterer for your wedding, we cannot recommend them enough! And if you’re planning on late night food, make sure to get the tater tot nachos - they were exceptional.

lt so at ease with the wonderful staff and everyone got their food way faster than one may think I food truck could do! This way we could keep dancing the night away. Highly recommend!
The food itself was good, they are talented cooks, but they were so chaotic to work with. At our wedding they took a long time to get food out (we had 48 guests) which disrupted ou...
r whole timeline. They messed up numerous guest orders. Communication leading up to our wedding was very difficult, once we paid our deposit they often did not respond to questions and didn't write down event details despite multiple conversations to remind them. They kept sending invoices calculated incorrectly and had to be reminded to update them. When I reached out to the owner Joe about the unprofessional communication, he was very defensive and did not follow up with answers to our concerns. Some of our other vendors also struggled to work with them and complained about their lack of organization. It added a lot of unnecessary stress to the planning process.
Originally hired this vendor to cater our welcome party for my wedding and had to cancel because of COVID. The vendor was flexible and worked with me on different options.
We did heavy appetizers with Pavys. They were great to work with and their cocktail servers were amazing!
Joe and his team were great! We got married in Fraser, CO on labor day and we heard great feedback from our guests about the food. The sandwiches were definitely filling and we eve...
n did a round of late-night street tacos to keep the dance party going. Thanks Pavy's for helping us out on our wedding day!
