Denver Wedding Rental Company

e day of, I arrived at the venue to see that 1 of the 2 items I’d ordered did not get delivered. How does that happen? They only needed to remember 2 items. This is not a dependable company for your special event. We did not have a back up for this item and it was extremely disappointing. I was told it was on the delivery truck but they forgot to unload it ( as if this would make anyone feel better)

-reachable by email, but we did have a pretty big mishap on the day of. We rented chairs and a rug for our outside ceremony in downtown Denver, and had a planned drop off and set-up time of 3:00pm. Unfortunately, the chairs did not arrive until 5:15pm, and guests were arriving around this time. The delivery contact number was out of service and we were unable to reach anyone at the company number. This caused a lot of stress, and many of the venue staff and family members had to assist with the chair set-up because of the late arrival. They did pick-up the chairs on time. This caused a really big hiccup in the wedding day.

I even upped my order for chairs and paid in advance only to not recieve any of it, with some guests not having a place to sit. My wedding planner and myself emailed and called multiple times the day before wedding and day of, with zero response to this day. We ended up with almost no decor for our reception because of this company. The drop off and pickup crew never once made an attempt to have anyone check the order. They came earlier than our venue allowed and picked up without any confirmation. They even left some items behind that I waited for some type of response on to address all our missing items and money spend. Feel free to reach out to me still Denver Wedding Rentals, I still have your stuff, only it's nowhere near what you owe us! I have been waiting for your response for almost a year now on my refunds. Buyer beware, their communication is non-existant. I 100% do not recommend this company and they ruined a once in a lifetime event for us.

Just hours before the wedding we discovered: The arch was battered and had to be covered as best we could, the drink tanks leaked all over the venue floor, leaving us to scramble to find something else, the chargers ordered were short, leaving some tables without, pillar candles batteries were dead, the polaroid cameras had no batteries. And they failed to pick up at the time designated, leaving us no choice other than stacking items and leaving everything on a patio. Neither owner answers the phone, so problems are not resolved. The groom had to make a visit to the warehouse to try to find someone to talk to about the order. Your day will likely be ruined if you use this company.

On the day of our wedding we had the fathers going to a local company to get back up rentals in case they didn’t show. When they did show up there was no apology or anything for the added stress caused to everyone. It was completely unprofessional. If you like having added stress and nobody to contact this is the company for you.

on our expectations after our meeting and planning with DWRC. First, the lace we dropped off at the warehouse ahead of the wedding from my mom’s dress wasn’t included as part of the bride bouquet like we requested (during our in-person meeting and via email). This was a personal and special touch we had been told wouldn't be an issue, which was disappointing to not have executed as promised. Upon delivery on the wedding day I went and met with the representative who seemed flustered about setup. They weren't able to put all the centerpieces together and assemble as we had expected they would do. Our coordinator ended up assembling and placing everything, including having to cut the mini roses for the centerpieces. Our wedding coordinator had to reach out to DWRC post-delivery because the table numbers that were left weren’t able to be assembled and DWRC forgot to leave behind votive candles for all the centerpieces, we just had the votive containers. A man had to come back to make a second delivery and still didn’t help our coordinator assemble the centerpieces. On the delivery/assembly piece, we were not told that when the delivery time was changed that it was going to result in the inability for DWRC's delivery person to not assemble. The only information we were given was that our coordinator would need to move everything from ceremony to reception. Fortunately we had a wedding coordinator who was willing and able to take on the additional setup needs and coordinate the day-of issues so that we didn't have to deal with it, but it was frustrating to have so many issues when we anticipated it being a much smoother process. We were disappointed when we reached out after the wedding to share our issues and they did not offer to provide a discount or anything to compensate for the issues. They were not very responsive, I had to follow up and they did not respond to my final email. Overall, the positive was that it was simple on the front end to pick what we wanted and combine decor + floral, and once our coordinator put everything together it all looked good, but the day-of execution/support and post-wedding communication was very disappointing.

Easy process overall to rent the items and I was able to delegate pick up & drop off to my wedding party, which they allowed no problem. I really appreciated that they didn't have a rental minimum so that we were able to obtain the few things we needed. Easy to work with, would use again!

it! We also thought that someone had swiped some of the décor and the team was very understanding while we tried to track it down. Thankfully we ended up finding it and returned it later without any issue. My only suggestion is to eventually replace some of the lower-quality items (handmade signs) with higher quality once booming after the hit from the pandemic.

I wish our experience had gone more smoothly. We rented several items for our wedding, coordinated with Denver Wedding Rentals by our wedding planners. It, unfortunately, took months to get the rental order sorted out due to slow response times (at one point, nearly 4 weeks for an email response with an updated proposal). During that time, items we wished to rent had already been claimed for our date. That was frustrating. Overall the items we did rent from them were satisfactory. Start early when coordinating your rental order.

I was too embarrassed to use this at my wedding so I had to throw another sign together two days before. I have called multiple times about a refund and keep getting told to email customer service, who has not responded to my emails.

I ordered 2 easels they delivered only 1 so we had to change my floor plan to adjust last minute, they sent 1 of my table numbers in the wrong color so it didn't match the rest and a table number we didn't even order, they sent décor I didn't order and more quantity of décor I did order which we had to figure out how to store onsite with minimal space for things we didn't need or ask for. I had to tell them to charge their own delivery fee as they neglected to bill for that. They don't allow for scheduling delivery/set-up until 2 weeks prior to the wedding which was difficult for all of the other vendors to plan for. Again overall huge disappointment for the amount of money paid for such low-bar services.

I wanted an opportunity to discuss what could have been done better on their part. For instance a quality check on items. Because feedback should always be priority for any company. Instead I got a very lengthy email with someone who belittled my request, deflected accountability and demeaned the importance of the items I ordered that day, the time frame at which I requested. I originally was going to go with a mom pops business but instead didn’t want to leave anything to chance and wanted professionals.
