table with this, since the point of a trial is to ensure you like how the person does your hair and makeup BEFORE booking for your wedding. They said they'd never had anyone not like how it came out. Eventually, they said it was fine that I did not have to pay a deposit for the wedding before doing a trial. And well.. thank goodness for that. I initially scheduled a trial, only for them to write to me the day before that Ariana had forgotten she had a family obligation that day and they needed to reschedule. I found this incredibly frustrating since I had already taken PTO off from work to make it on time. They rescheduled me for a different day, only for them to email me, not even a phone call, that Ariana "woke up to a flat tire" and wouldn't make it. I had already PAID FOR a babysitter to come watch my daughter so I could attend this appointment. They offered for a different makeup artist who was already in their studio to stay and do my makeup but it would have been an hour and a half passed the appointment time I had booked. And again, I had already paid for a babysitter to be able to make it to the original appointment time. I also specifically asked for Ariana and was not interested in a different artist. I understand things happen, however, it is 2026. Uber exists. Friends and family. I find it hard to believe Ariana could not find a ride, call an uber, or find any other way to attend that appointment. I lost paid time off from work and money on a babysitter, without even so much as a courtesy call from Ariana.

They listened to what each person wanted and created looks that fit everyone's style perfectly. Beyond their talent, they brought the best energy to our wedding morning. They somehow managed to create the perfect balance of excitement, calm, laughter, and organization. Getting ready with them felt like hanging out with friends who also happen to be incredibly gifted artists. They kept everything running smoothly while making sure we were all having the best time. Choosing your beauty team is about so much more than hair and makeup—it's about who you want surrounding you during some of the most emotional and exciting hours of your wedding day. he trial and the day of. As someone with sensitive skin and dermatitis issues, she made me feel so seen and comfortable throughout planning for a makeup look. Fatjona did amazing on my bridesmaids and they all were very happy with their looks, and Deanna is awesome and so organized! 100000/10 recommend!

The team was even able to move our start time in the weeks leading up to better optimize the morning and give everyone a later start (which was very welcome by my group of 8 bridesmaids)! My artists really listened to what I wanted at my trial and made helpful suggestions that we were able to incorporate on my wedding day. Victoria, Kristin, Brittany, and Madi were efficient, kept the vibes up, and worked well with everyone in my group, from mothers to bridesmaids. They were able to seamlessly accommodate a last-minute addition, and my husband also did a quick hair touch up with Kristin and felt great afterwards. I would highly recommend Ariana and her team for long-lasting looks that make you feel amazing, especially for sizable groups with earlier start times!

My husband and I utilized her “Grooms Grooming” services which truly made us look so flawless and photo ready. She was even ahead of schedule and offered to help with my sister-in-law’s hair despite not formally booking a service for the wedding day. I cannot recommend Ariana and DermaPlus more!!!
