This venue is awesome. They had the tables set up for my Sons wedding in the Auditorium and reception following in the Terrace room. The workers was helpful and checked in us during the decorating. Staff was friendly and was helpful when needed. Great Venue

This venue was awesome. We got to bring in our own alcohol, and choose our own catering. We could also rent the parking lot across the street for a reasonable price. We could come in the Friday before for set up and the Sunday after for tear down. Great venue!

We got married and had our reception at the Scottish Rite this past weekend and highly recommend the building and staff! We thought this venue was a great value that allowed us the flexibility to bring in our own alcohol and food service, when other downtown locations did not. In addition, Shane and the rest of the Scottish Rite staff were incredibly accommodating. With the uncertainty during Covid, we visited and communicated with them regularly and they were always prompt and professional - which put us at ease. Several of our guests commented on the aesthetics and history of the building, which made us feel like this was the perfect choice for a unique wedding. Thanks for everything!

We got married New Year's Eve at the consistory. We had our wedding ceremony, meal, and a reception all in the same building which was great in December!! No one had to fight the cold. The stage was perfect for the band to play on and the room fit our 400+ guests comfortably. The venue provided all the tables and chairs and set them up where we wanted. The caterer had a lot of room to work in the kitchen.

this was a beautiful place to have our ceremony and reception - the columns in the ballroom and the consistory really made a statement and they let us use real candles to give off a soft glow - it was magical

The Scottish Rite is an absolutely beautiful place to have your wedding reception. We booked the Grand Ball Room for an August wedding. It was HOT - but that was to be expected. They were great about letting us bring in catering and didn't stress me out one bit like some of our other vendors did. Shane (contact person) is very difficult to respond and/or get ahold of...but once you do, he's very nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend the Scottish Rite!

The Scottish Rite Consistory is a great place to have your reception. We had 350 guest and the ballroom in the Scottish Rite had more than enough room for all of us. You are able to bring in your own food and beverage which really helps cut cost compared to renting other venues. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help in the planning / venue set up and allowing us to occupy the space early to decorate.

Scottish Rite has great bones as far as a visual element goes, but they are difficult to work with.

We were looking for a place that was different and had some character for our wedding. We needed somewhere that allowed outside catering and could hold a few hundred people while still was within the budget. We looked everywhere and eventually found the Scottish Rite. It provided all of these things as well as a gorgeous setting. We held our ceremony in the Auditorium and we had our reception in the Tapestry Lounge.
Our guests were blown away by how beautiful and unique the building was. It was also the perfect backdrop for pictures. Additionally, the staff was flexible and easy to work with. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants a gorgeous wedding and is planning on a large crowd.
