Allie and Jess are amazing at what they do! Planning a destination wedding can be extremely stressful and I wasn’t always sure everyone understood exactly what I was looking for ov...
er the phone. However, Allie and Jess were great at listening to exactly what I and my bridesmaids needed and came prepared on the day of my wedding. Our hair and make-up looked perfect for my wedding ceremony, and I couldn’t have been happier!
Allie and Haley are amazing! They are experienced, talented, and so much fun. The hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids was beautiful and lasted all night, but eve...
n more special was how much fun we had getting ready. I was so nervous for my wedding, and Allie and Haley brought much needed energy, positivity, and laughter that set the mood for the whole day! Allie listened to me, my mom, and each of my bridesmaids and gave us all exactly what we wanted but still coordinated beautifully. Definitely made the right choice and would highly recommend Desert Beauty to anyone!
Let's talk about Allie! Damn girl, I have nothing but amazing things to say about you. From the consultation to finished product you and your assistant were amazing. Allie took my ...
vision and added her own little twist too it and the end result was absolutely beautiful. All of my bridesmaids and maid of honor looked absolutely stunning! I had many comments on how beautiful my hair and make up looked. I woke up the next day with my make up (I know... BIG NO NO). Buut... Lets just say the make up after sleeping was on point and yes, I did rock it the rest of the day after the wedding. HAHAHA. All of us had nothing but laughs and a great time while getting our hair and make up done. Thank you for being a part of our special day! I can't thank you enough for making me feel absolutely beautiful and special!
Allie was the hair and makeup artist for my wedding on October 2, 2021. She did hair and makeup for me, my two bridesmaids, and my mom and she nailed all of our looks!

to Allie for my trial, I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted because I didn’t know what look would work best with my dress. Allie was helpful in guiding me towards a look that gorgeously complimented my dress. We went with old Hollywood waves and Blair Waldorf inspired makeup. The final product on my wedding day was beautiful and glamorous, but still very me.
My bridesmaids all wanted looks that were a little different and Allie did a wonderful job of making us all look cohesive while still letting our individuality shine through. I think it’s also important to mention that my bridesmaids and I are from different ethnic backgrounds (Caucasian, Hispanic, and Asian) and Allie did beautiful makeup on all of us.
I can’t recommend Allie enough! She did such a beautiful job for my wedding and I would book her again in a heartbeat if I ever need hair and/or makeup for a future event.

at ease and I enjoyed talking with her throughout the session. I was very nervous, as I was meeting her 6.5 hours before my ceremony and my face was so red and dry. I had nothing to worry about, my perfect makeup lasted the entire day and evening, despite 84 degrees and bright desert sun. She listened to my thoughts and then worked her magic. I can’t believe how beautiful she made me feel for my wedding. Everyone was amazed at how stunning my makeup was, it was everything I dreamed of. Thank you so much Allie for making my wedding dreams come true!

Allie did the most AMAZING job for my wedding in Tucson on 11/18/19! I was a little nervous choosing someone to do my 4 bridesmaids, aunt and mother’s hair and makeup so I met with...
Allie at the Salon for my personal cut and color a couple months before the wedding and realized she is the sweetest, most easy going person. I was so comfortable and excited to ask her to do my wedding party. Before the wedding we discussed ideas and we scheduled my trial the day of my bridal shower:). I showed Allie photos of what I had envisioned and she was able to do exactly what I pictured. The day of the wedding she arrived on time with all the supplies and was very calm throughout the whole process. My bridesmaids, aunt and mother LOVED how Allie did their makeup and her partner did their hair. I still see Allie for my personal cut and color and wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
If you want to look and feel absolutely beautiful on your wedding day definitely give Allie a call! Allie and Raquel made myself, my bridal party, mom, aunt and mother in law look ...

And the day of my wedding was perfect and also wouldn't have been the same without her there, it was so fun and I LOVED having her as my hair and makeup artist. And also, I looked SOOOO GOOOD, I just stare at my wedding photos now bc my hair and makeup look perfect! She's also become my regular hair stylist and I look forward to all my appointments with her! e job on my hair and was available to do a retouch after the ceremony. Not only that but she also helped my bridesmaids with last minute adjustments without my asking. She helped me take off my veil for the reception as well which was hugely appreciated as I didn’t want to mess up my hair. Overall, I loved her people skills with my bridal party and flexibility. I highly recommend Desert Beauty.

om the photo I showed her. I felt so beautiful. She is so fun to be around and made the long process off getting every bridesmaid hair AND makeup to look exactly how they envisioned.
She is bubbly and outgoing. I felt very comfortable telling her how I wanted to look and things I wanted to be changed. I really loved the team environment and I am so pleased with how everything turned out.
My face stayed flawless through a long day of photos! I would 10/10 recommend to any bride.

c. None of my bridesmaids came in with a clear picture of what they wanted done; they just kind of left it up to Allie to decide and she delivered. Allie was able to make recommendations and changes as she went along to ensure everyone looked great. In the end, all of the girls’ hair looked amazing. The make-up she did was also beautiful. She made us look done up and flawless, without it being overdone or over the top. The longevity of make up was also amazing. After a long day and then a night spent dancing (aka sweating) I fully expected to look a hot mess. I was very pleasantly surprised to look in the mirror and see I still looked great. I got compliments on my hair and make up all night long. On top of her skill, Allie is also great to work with. She’s super sweet and very easy going. She is also very organized, she had a complete schedule and timeline for when each girl would get prepped by her assistant, how long to spend on each girl etc. Nothing felt rushed and the day went very smoothly, we actually finished with time to spare which was awesome. If you’re looking to hire someone for your wedding, look no further, highly recommend.

I couldn’t of been happier the day of with my look and my mom and bridesmaids were stunning. The makeup lasted all day and well into the night.
Beyond the makeup Allie is a wonderful person with a sweet personality. On what can be a stressful day it was delightful to have someone around who was cheerful, attentive, and helpful. I highly, highly recommend Allie! You won’t be disappointed!!!

was highly responsive and easy to talk to from our very first contact on The Knot to our chats about finishing touches right before first looks. She fit right into our group and became part of the fun and love right away and made us feel absolutely gorgeous. Thanks so much for everything, Allie!!!
Oh guys,
Desert Beauty was on my team since my engagement photos to the close of the wedding. Allie was instrumental in the planning of my not so simple wedding day. We had a bre...
akfast horseback ride that morning.... and you will come to find out, hair and make up takes time. You would think that this would be a huge obstacle. NOT FOR ALLIE! She coordinated with the photographer to ensure that my wedding party and I participated in all pre-wedding activities and experiences. And because she did that, I had such an amazing "pre-wedding experience" with the friends and family that I love.
And lets talk about the product. Ladies, we have all seen the pictures of the drag queen brides.... This was NOT Allie's style at all. She made me and my girls look so effortlessly beautiful. Her style is so classic and high end looking. Totally something that I want in a hair and make up team.
The whole package from planning abilities to be on your team to her beautiful product at the end. You will be so lucky to have this girl on your side on your big day.

k that me and my bridesmaids wanted. I’ve never really liked how I looked after getting my makeup done by someone else, but the hair and makeup that Allie did for my wedding was gorgeous! I cannot say enough how much I would recommend this amazing woman! Allie, thank you so much for going above and beyond for me on my special day. You are what brought me comfort and beauty on my wedding day- thank you!!

wedding day and Allie suggested that I get the same lipstick, so that I could apply as needed for photos, etc. We also did several trial runs for my hair and she NAILED IT! The smile on my face was priceless and I truly felt like a beaming bride. There were so many compliments on Allie's work and the experience is one I would do again and again. Allie was professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. Only wish I could share several photos, since I'm not a young bride and her work with makeup and hair was PERFECT!!
