Desert Bridal Company

heck in to make sure I liked what we had done. They also checked in with all bridesmaids and Moms day of and everyone absolutely loved their hair and make up. I cannot recommend them enough.

running behind schedule. Her and her team held the upmost professionalism while also genuinely being so fun to be a part of my wedding day! She was attentive to my desires for my makeup while also giving her professional opinion of what would photograph well. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Audra and Desert Bridal Company for your hair and makeup needs.  P.S. my makeup stayed all night!!!

ou for helping me, my bridesmaids, and the moms feel and look our best!

y makeup and I felt amazing all night long!

e sure there were enough girls on staff so we didn’t have to start before 7 AM. On my wedding day the stylists arrived later then expected. I did start my services at the time scheduled but she then ran an hour and 20 minutes late from finishing me. As you can see from my timeline I was suppose to finish at 11:15. Then as you can see from the photo I attached with a circled time stamp I finished at 12:40. I also felt as though the owner didn’t meet my expectations with the way she handled these concerns that I sent to her with pictures of my makeup and timestamps showing what time my services ended and the quality of my service. I felt no empathy or care as a customer who sent her a lot of money. I felt as though she was fighting all of my claims and not trying to make anything better until I really complained and wouldn’t give up. The experience I paid for was not the experience I felt I received. For $600 I expected to look my best but I feel as though I could’ve done better on my makeup.

s. I would use them for any future event!

nd radiant—exactly how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. Audra has such a warm, kind, and professional approach, and it immediately put me at ease during what can be such a hectic morning. Audra and her amazing team went above and beyond to make sure every single person in my bridal party felt incredible. They listened to everyone’s preferences, worked with different skin tones and styles, and made sure each bridesmaid looked and felt her absolute best. The hair was absolutely incredible—every single girl’s hair was perfect and stayed flawless all night. And the makeup? It stayed ALL NIGHT—absolutely perfect from start to finish! Audra also made my mom feel absolutely stunning. As someone with a nervous mama when it comes to hair and makeup, seeing her thrilled with how it turned out meant the world to me. Guests and boyfriends of bridesmaids kept commenting on how beautiful everyone looked, and even those who usually dislike bridesmaid makeup or hair were raving about it. It truly exceeded all of our expectations. The attention to detail, the care, and the genuine passion Audra brings to her work is unmatched. She didn’t just do makeup and hair—she helped create confidence, joy, and an unforgettable experience that added so much to our wedding day. I will forever be grateful for her artistry, professionalism, and the kindness she showed all of us. Audra and Desert Bridal Company are simply the best, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

ch of a makeup girl, but the look Audra created was EXACTLY what I imagined for my wedding day- natural, but still glamorous (as a bride should feel on their big day!). Kenzie did a fantastic job with constructing the perfect low bun- she was very gentle, but at the same time made my hair secure so I didn’t have to worry about fixing anything throughout the day. She even gave my money pieces a quick trim! On such a crazy day that goes by so fast, they brought such a calming energy which gave me time to just relax, reminding myself to enjoy this big moment in my life. My hair and makeup stayed PERFECTLY for the entire day/night- no touch-ups needed! I cannot thank these two enough for making me feel like the prettiest girl in the world on my wedding day. If you’re looking for a bridal hair and makeup company who pay attention to every detail, and care about making you feel beautiful and confident, I highly recommend Desert Bridal Company!

e the best in the business! My hair and makeup looked flawless and stayed perfect throughout the entire night, even in the +90-degree heat on my wedding day. I was absolutely blown away by how everything held up! Not only did I feel like a total bride, but my entire bridal party — including my mom and mother-in-law — were beyond thrilled with how they looked. Every single person felt stunning, and we all had such a fun, relaxing experience. Audra and Kenzie made the process seamless, and they really know how to bring out the best in everyone. If you want to feel like a queen on your big day, I highly recommend Desert Bridal Company for all your hair and makeup needs. They exceeded all expectations and made me and my loved ones feel so beautiful!!

ting hair/make up done, Audra and Emmy were quick with each service but so precise and still took the time to talk to each of us and make sure we all loved our looks. All of our hair and make up stayed all night and looked so beautiful! I can’t recommend them enough!

The team was not only professional and incredibly talented but also so warm and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Communication was excellent, and Audra took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated. During my trial, they listened carefully to my vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that elevated my look even further. I was initially worried about not feeling like myself, but they skillfully enhanced my natural features in a way that made me feel both confident and beautiful. On the wedding day, the team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and created such a calm and fun atmosphere for me and my bridal party. We even finished ahead of schedule, which made the morning run seamlessly and completely stress-free! I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup it held up perfectly through hours of photos, the ceremony, and all the dancing at the reception. My bridal party looked absolutely stunning as well, and they couldn’t stop raving about how much they loved their looks. One of my bridesmaids was so impressed that she’s already booked them for her own wedding next year, and I’m excited to work with them again! If you’re looking for a team that’s creative, professional, and truly cares about making you feel amazing, this is the one. I’m so grateful for their incredible work and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for helping make my wedding day so perfect!

old of if I had questions and I even had to reach out myself to schedule my trial, but Amanda and Emmy were who actually did my hair and make up for myself and my bridal party and they were amazing. Emmy does amazing work and Amanda was so sweet, made sure I looked exactly how I wanted, and on the day of my wedding when she could tell I was starting to get nervous she kept reminding me to just breathe! Overall I’m thankful for Amanda and Emmy!

dibly disappointing. From the moment I signed my contract, things took a sharp turn for the worse. Audra was quick to respond and take my deposit when I first inquired about booking hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. However, after that initial contact, communication completely stopped. Over the next four months, I made multiple attempts to reach Audra via email, phone, text, and even Instagram messages — not only to add another service to my package but also to inform her of my address change for day-of services. Despite my efforts, I received no response whatsoever. At that point, I was left in a state of panic, fearing I had been scammed, especially after already paying nearly $1,000 for services I had not received. To make matters worse, Audra was posting regularly on social media about other brides, which only made me feel more ignored and dismissed. It wasn’t until my mother stepped in and left a voicemail expressing her concerns that Audra finally responded — after almost five months of silence. Within 60 seconds of the voicemail, I received a text back. As another bride mentioned in her review, it was painfully clear that unless you’re paying extra for Audra to personally do your hair and makeup, she does not prioritize her clients. Thankfully, Tanya stepped in to handle both my trial and day-of services, and she was absolutely incredible. Tanya was professional, responsive, kind, and made the entire experience nothing less than amazing for me and my bridesmaids she worked on. She was everything I had hoped for from the beginning and restored my faith in the process. I am very sad to leave my first one star review ever with a company, since I do not want it to hinder the success or bookings of the other amazing ladies who helped with hair and makeup on my wedding day, I just do not believe Audra should ever treat any clients the way I was treated. In conclusion, I am extremely saddened and appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and service from Audra. I strongly advise other brides to think carefully before trusting Desert Bridal with such a crucial part of their wedding day.

d on time to start the morning off and finished on time as well. Would highly recommend desert bridal for your wedding!

throughout the night. Our hair and makeup still looked beautiful after hours of dancing in the AZ heat. I found Desert Bridal Company through Facebook and booked them because they offered BOTH hair and makeup and offered a package that fit the needs of myself and my bridesmaids. This made the planning SO easy which meant a lot to me! :) They listened to what we wanted, had great communication, and made us feel confident. Thank you again!!!

their hair and makeup! It lasted all day/night long in the AZ heat! Highly recommend this company!!

hair and makeup and she did a great job of keeping everyone on schedule while also making sure that my hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted. When there is 10+ girls getting services done, it can be a little chaotic but they made the best of the situation in our small getting ready space. All of her girls were so sweet and made everyone feeling beautiful! So happy that we chose to move forward with Desert Bridal!

loved her and her work was spectacular. The struggle I had with this company was with the business owner, Audra. She communicated very very quickly when I first inquired and she sent me my contract to sign immediately. After my deposit was paid, the communication was awful. I reached out to her via email regarding booking my trial for about a week straight with no response, and when I finally heard back she told me she would reach out to schedule my trial once it was closer (this was 8 weeks before the allotted trial window started which was fine). But I literally had to reach out again within the 3 months before my wedding to try and book my trial around all of the other vendor appointments I had going on. The day after my trial I emailed Audra photos of wear, what I wanted to change, and questions like - is skin prep included, do I get a touch up kit, etc. and NEVER got a response. I had to text my artist Whitney the week before my wedding to ask if I could buy my own setting spray because I was worried about the wear time on trial day. And Whitney promptly responded and helped me. Aside from that, I got a text ON my wedding day from Audra to make my final payment before the artist left otherwise I was getting charged late fees. Audra made me feel like a literal number and dollar sign. She’s lucky Whitney was so kind otherwise I definitely would’ve backed out of that contract due to all of the red flags and lack of communication. And she didn’t even sign/complete my contract until 11pm the night before my wedding. So honestly you may get a good experience if Audra herself is the artist, but if you’re a low budget bride be prepared to be ignored.

oth makeup and hair). 10/10 would choose to work with Desert Bridal Company again!

o details. Highly recommend her services. Bridesmaids were wanting her services for their special events as well! That’s got to say something.

the stylists took their time and had plenty of time to finish! I have never been a part of a wedding where everyone’s hair and makeup looked flawless, not to mention starting the day at 6 am with everyone still looking stunning at 11 pm. Audra was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and was so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this team for a seamless, beautiful hair and makeup experience!

y bridal party of 6, my mom, and myself. We had many different skin tones and each of us felt confident with our finished looks! My bridal H&MU trial went smoothly as well. mpliments. At the end of the night with dancing and running around my make up still looked flawless. I did not want to wash it off at the end of the night. dding planning season, because of our experience. Audra and the other ladies were professional, so fun to spend the morning with, and did an amazing job at capturing the vision for H&M. The ladies also took time to listen to each girl about their vision, and we’re great at making sure everyone was satisfied and in love with their beauty look. I appreciated the professionalism, enthusiasm, willingness to fix or correct as needed, and overall zeal for the process!

y organized and professional. My bridal party and I did a trial for both hair and makeup as well as wedding day hair and makeup with Audra and Kenzie. We all loved our hair and makeup.
