We did plated service for our dinner on our wedding day and everything turned out fantastic! The Deshebrado staff that worked our wedding day went above and beyond to make sure the guests enjoyed their meals, even swapping out our guests meals when they decided to change them last minute. I would definitely recommend choosing Deshebrado as your caterer for your wedding if you reading this review!

My husband and I pride ourselves on our cooking, so short of cooking the dinner ourselves we needed a caterer we could trust to carry out our vision. Alyssa also made our dreams come true by creating a churros bar for our guests to enjoy! They were a hit and allowed everyone to stay on the dance floor. THE BEST VENDOR AND DECISION WE MADE FOR OUR WEDDING DAY!

What truly set them apart was their flexibility throughout the entire process. With a constantly changing guest list, they remained patient, accommodating, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The customer service was top-notch and Alyssa was very responsive to all my inquiries. Every single person from their team that we interacted with was professional, very friendly, and eager to help! They made us feel valued every step of the way and would run everything by us for approval. They included cake cutting and serving for us as part of their service even though they didn't do our cake, we felt very taken care of! We highly recommend Deshebrado for your next event!

re about making everyone’s culinary dreams come true! There were some combinations we wouldn’t have even thought of that just made sense! Whenever we had any questions, Alyssa was fast to respond and even checked in with us throughout the planning stages. On the day of the wedding, I had no worries when it came to the food. There was so much flavor and love put into every single dish. This is my one and only time I’ve had a wedding. But I would be sure to choose Alyssa and Jared for any future events. If you are a future bride or groom having the toughest time finding a caterer for your special day. You don’t have to look any further because Deshebrado is the one! I had so many compliments on everything from all my guests. It’s almost been a month since the big day, and everyone is still reminiscing on all the food that was prepared.

More importantly their food was absolutely incredible. I was approached by wedding guest after wedding guest who expressed how much they enjoyed it and wished they had the same quality of food at their own wedding. I recommend anyone planning a wedding in the Colorado area to give Deshebrado a call, you will be glad you did.

or our wedding (with that said, they are popular, so if you’re thinking about using them, book early! We almost lost them to another couple that had our same wedding date). Alyssa and Jared are both incredibly friendly and open to working with their couples on different concepts and dishes, and making changes to their current list of items to fit their needs. We were able to do multiple tastings so my husband’s parents could try the food, and we really appreciated Jared and Alyssa working with us to make that happen. For our wedding, we had passed apps which included the tortilla chips and Mexican street corn dip, elk sausage with mustard, bao buns, and mini greek bites; for dinner we had salad with homemade balsamic and ranch dressings, dinner rolls and butter, lemon broccolini, rosemary roasted potatoes, garlic chicken, and the wood-fired strip loin with chimichurri and horseradish cream. They also provided coffee service during the evening. Our guests were RAVING the entire night about the food and the service Deshebrado provided. In addition to the incredible food, we chose to have the “Full Service” catering, which allowed us to utilize the catering team to set up our dinnerware on all of our tables for us, and for passed appetizers rather than stationary. We also worked with Alyssa directly to secure our dinnerware rentals, which included dinner plates, forks and knives, and all of the glasses we needed for water and the bar. Luckily, Jared and Alyssa had worked with Evan from Mix & Shoot (our bartending service), and they were able to make things run seamlessly during the evening. The catering team also assisted with clean up, which we absolutely appreciated. With all of this said, Deshebrado Catering is an incredible local catering company (they are located right in Broomfield) with amazing food at reasonable prices. We were completely happy with everything Alyssa and Jared provided for us, and we would highly recommend them and their team for any event.

We had to move our wedding last minute due to the wildfires and Alyssa was able to make the transition to our new venue go off seemingly unhinged. told me I could have chicken and waffles, AND pulled pork bennies, FOR DINNER?! … I knew it was meant to be. I do have some complaints, however: 1. I didn’t eat enough because I was so damn busy (happens to be my only complaint from my wedding) 2. They don’t make me food every day 3. I can only get married once so I have to come up with a new reason to hire them (except now they’re opening a restaurant I’m super excited to try) That being said the deliciousness of their food heavily outweighs all those. 15/10 would recommend.

Creole seasoned cheese dip appetizer!

ood at our wedding surpassed this and we couldn't have been happier. Perfect for a boho buffet sorta wedding. Our guests were full and happy, the staff Deshebrado brought was fun, friendly and willing to throw in a few customized beverage servings. Alyssa hooked us up with wine & champagne glasses too from a partner, making that part super easy for us. Deshebrado inspired trust and professionalism all through the process and event itself, we didn't have to worry at all. Great food, service and people at an affordable price. Thanks again for being part of our day!

e had the smoked mac n cheese, the pulled pork, chicken and street corn. Everything was delicious! I'll say it again, Deshebrado was great and I would not hesitate to use them again.
