We met while studying at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and founded Design des Troy in 2006 — the year after we collaborated to design our own wedding invitations. We design custom wedding invitations, identity systems, album covers and more. We also design and hand print our own line of greeting cards, ornaments and art prints. Although we’d describe our sensibilities as modern and clever, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all aesthetic; we work with our clients to tailor design solutions to each project.

Design des Troy made my wedding so amazing. They have impeccable design sense, and are so easy to work with. People noticed all of the incredible things they designed( invitation,...
table numbers, place cards, maps)! I got more compliments on my invites then on any other part of the wedding. They can help you find a design that fits your style and your budget. They were by far the best vendor I worked with during my wedding.

Samantha and Owen are the best! They listened to my ideas and looked at the Pinterest board I'd created, and then came up with something perfect that embodied what I'd been hoping ...
for but was still totally fresh & different from everything I'd seen. I've received so many compliments on all of my stationery. It is truly gorgeous. They also helped me to create an adorable illustration of my husband and me that we used on save-the-dates, postage stamps, and other wedding accessories. I can't recommend them highly enough.
