Dealing with them, even through a wedding planner, was an absolute joke. The WORST communication I've dealt with during the wedding planning process. The sad part is, the wedding planners even knew that they took eons to reply. That's not acceptable, nor professional. Our wedding was relatively small and required little work on their part compared to some of the other projects on their portfolio. After all was finally squared away, the bridal bouquet fell apart like it was assembled by a child. It's sad to see our wedding photos of the ceremony and seeing the flowers fall apart. They did, in good conscience, give us a refund. But it still is a shame as it looks bad in the photos. Beware and prepare for radio silence if you do business with them.
