Design Your Tie

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The previous reviewer must work for this company which I believe to be fraudulent. We have had MANY issues with our custom tie order, including learning that they will not be making our ties 2 days AFTER we were supposed to have received them for our wedding deadline. The customer service is terrible, they clearly do not have a design team as we learned they were trying to make a swatch for us using a low resolution image - any real designer would know not to do this. We were told we would receive a refund within 7 business days and 2 1/2 weeks later still do not have our money back. After speaking with other similar companies, we have learned that they receive a ton of customers coming to them after having the same negative experience with Design Your Tie. Do not use this company, and certainly do not pay in full upfront!
