We booked with Delsie for month of coordination and a block of consulting hours where met once a month throughout our planning process and they made it so easy to stay on track. Pearl and Dawn were such a resource throughout the overwhelming process of wedding planning and provided us with such invaluable guidance, support, and expertise. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding was attended to, flawless, and executed. I loved that they really took the time to understand us and our vision for the day and made it all come to life!
By far their biggest value was the month of and day-of. We showed up on our wedding day feeling so confident that we could just enjoy the day and not have to worry about a single thing. As timelines started to get a bit tight, they helped pivot parts of our timeline because they knew what was important to us. They orchestrated the entire wedding day with precision and grace, allowing us to relax and be present in the moment . From coordinating with other vendors to keeping us all fed and with a drink in hand, they handled everything seamlessly - we all felt so well cared for and our loved ones STILL to this day talk about how much they love Team Delsie!

party-like bash the next day. Delsie was here for all of it—building our ideas and making our vague vision come to life. There are too many great things about the Delsie team to say, but here are our top three: (1) Knowing the best people - every single vendor and person that Pearl recommended was fabulous. We could inherently trust that not only would all of the vendors would be excellent at their craft, but they would be a pleasure to work with and be around on our wedding day. We hadn’t thought about that before the wedding, but when it was pouring buckets of rain and the caterer, photographer, and florist were all having to pivot last minute, it really mattered to have the right team who is joyful, flexible, and upbeat about making it all happen. Also, we share a love of delicious food with Pearl, and one of the number one compliments we’ve received about our wedding is the food choices, all thanks to Pearl’s knowledge of the space. (2) Personal design - Pearl made our wedding truly ours by seeing our personal styles and coming up with a design aesthetic and overall event dynamic that perfectly encapsulated what we wanted our guests to experience. Especially since the wedding was at our own home, Pearl made sure that everything not only fit us, but also protected our home and allowed us to invest in our space in the long term. (3) The entire Delsie team - The team made true magic happen for our wedding weekend, making it possible for us to be present and enjoy the moment and have minimal decisions to make throughout the day. We were in amazing hands and it was a huge peace of mind to know that Pearl and the team knew what we hoped to achieve and were there to make it happen. ort getting starting and with month-of coordination. She immediately understood our vision and goals for our wedding, and she provided amazing vendor recommendations, ideas for the wedding, and logistics support. However, halfway through planning our wedding, we pivoted to a winter microwedding. Everything changed, from date (5 months before our original date!) to venue to design. Pearl was with us, providing her support and expertise every step of the way. She helped carry over and adjust as many vendor contracts as possible, and cancel ones that we no longer needed. Since the size and logistics associated with our wedding changed, Pearl also took on the role of event designer/planner and day-of coordinator. She was such a joy to work with in creating the new vision for the day, and she helped us create the most sophisticated, vibrant, and elevated dream wedding. Pearl has the magic ability to be your cheerleader, confidant, advocate, and planner all in one. All of our guests and wedding vendors were stunned with how beautiful the day turned out! the pleasure of watching Pearl build Designed by Delsie into the top New England full service planning company. She offers more than others in the industry and develops deep relationships with her clients to ensure that each couple has a unique experience that is as individual as they are. Delsie is special from the dedicated bridal concierge, who will be sure that each bride feels pampered and cared for, to the Delsie Signature Showcase experience, during which couples experience their wedding day from the perspective of their guests prior to the big day. Pearl's ability to create a world that couples and their guests can step into and create memories that will "spark joy" is truly one of a kind. We wanted to make sure we still were married on our original date and Pearl went above and beyond with exploring new ideas, supported us in downsizing from 150 people to a miro wedding of 28. She arrived early. She met with us in person and video calls regularly. She became almost a friend through this process. As someone who is very detailed oriented, I needed someone who I could trust to help make decisions, plan ahead, and make sure all the day-of logistics went as smoothly as possible. I needed someone to ensure my vision was executed exactly. She did that and more. She brought her style, her design expertise, and her experience with cuisine to our discussions and helped us make important and quick decisions in the middle of a global pandemic.
