Natalie called us and coordinated with our florist and caterer to make a plan B. While we were lucky enough to be able to go with our plan a and have our ceremony outdoors, we didn't make the decision until right before and Natalie made it so that whatever we decided would be successful and beautiful. Natalie was a great listener and she really heard us when we told her our vision for the day. If I were to do everything again, there is no way I would it with without Natalie! She is the best and I could not recommend her more for anyone planning a wedding!

Her services were very reasonably priced, and she also recommended a florist whose services were reasonably priced and who did great work. Natalie is very organized, as well as very personable and creative. She worked well with the manager at our reception venue and thought of a lot of details that I would have overlooked. During the wedding and reception, she kept everyone on schedule, managed all of the details to make sure everything flowed smoothly and even bustled my wedding dress! She was also kind to lend us a lovely box for wedding cards and a pedestal for the flowers on our reception table, all of which matched the decor of our venue. The wedding ceremony and the dinner reception were absolutely perfect, and I am sure that is due in no small part to Natalie. I am incredibly grateful that she was there to manage everything. After the wedding, both my Mom and brother mentioned what a great job Natalie did. Because of her, my family could enjoy the wedding festivities without worrying about any of the details. I loved how organized she was! The planning process initially seemed very daunting to me. My fiancee and I were already long distance, with me living in Hoboken, NJ and him in Northern Va. We decided on having the wedding in Reston and chose Natalie as our wedding planner. We couldn't have been happier with that decision. She made planning a large wedding from a distance seem easy. She maximized our appointments when I was in town and quickly learned our personalities and styles- and incorporated it all on our wedding day. My husband and I wanted to make sure our wedding was unmistakably us - so naturally, we wanted to have a surprise 90's cover band come on after the expected DJ dance party. She was so friendly and professional from our first meeting to the wedding day. She was always there to help during the process and gave recommendations to vendors. I also freaked out 2 months before the wedding and Natalie was nice enough to spend time with me on the phone to calm me down and figure out what else I still needed to do. She was also very responsive to my emails. Natalie also sent me payment reminders and coordinated with all my vendors before the wedding. I trusted Natalie the entire process and she is definitely someone I could rely on, which I think it's very important when you are looking for a Day of Coordinator or planner.

She was able to take my incomplete thoughts and ideas and turn them in to more than I ever dreamed they could be. I would contact her frequently to bounce ideas off of her, and no matter how crazy or unrealistic they seemed, she was always positive and excited to figure out how to make them happen. I had A LOT of personal items and touches, and was most worried that they would not be displayed or carried out the way that I had pictured. This was not the case AT ALL - Natalie worked incessantly to make sure that every item was executed perfectly. On top of that, on the day of the wedding I arrived to find many touches that Natalie had gone above and beyond to surprise me with. Her eye for design is absolutely impeccable! She became the liaisons for all the vendors we had hired and made everything so smooth amongst them all. Natalie went out of her way to even add certain elements that she knows would mesh with our theme and surprised us on the day of the wedding. It was AMAZING. We had a late night Quesadilla station and she made sure that I got to try one- I was so happy to be brought a sample because otherwise I never would have made it there with everything going on. She also made sure that everything was kept in place for our photographers to get pictures of the room setup before the guests arrived (they showed up very early!). Every detail was perfection and it was so wonderful to see everything come together with such ease. We had an extremely large wedding party of 10 on each side and she managed everyone with ease and with a smile. She even attended the rehearsal to make sure everyone knew their routine the day of the wedding. Natalie helped make our wedding day everything we had envisioned- and so much more. We were able to sit back, take it all in, and enjoy the day with our family and friends rather than worrying about logistics and details. Our guests had the most amazing time and are still raving about it nearly a month later. The coordination of the introductions, speeches, specials dances, and send off was absolutely seamless. Planning and executing a wedding reception can be a daunting task but with Natalie on our side, it was fun and turned out absolutely perfect!
