Every guest could not get enough of our wedding cake from Designer Desserts in Valparaiso. We even had event staff tell us that some guests asked for multiple pieces. The process...
was so easy with Adam P's help and guidance. It turned out stunning and right in our budget. We also used Designer Desserts for our rehearsal/Groom's cake, and guests were just in love it that flavor as well. We would 100% recommend Adam P and the Designer Desserts staff to anyone over and over. We will be going back to have them recreate our top tier for our one year wedding anniversary cake.
Designer Deserts made us one of the tastiest wedding cakes I think ever existed (cookies and cream flavor) and it looked great to boot. They were very relaxed to work with and made...
a design pretty much exactly as we described it. We just got a small two tier cake and ordered four flavors of cupcakes for the guests. The cupcakes were a total hit and also getting to taste so many flavors to make the decision of which to pick was one of the best parts of wedding planning. The tastings aren't free but are priced lower than standard cost and honestly a great investment to help you find exactly what you want. They provided recommendations as well (ultimately we went with Creme Brule, Mocha Java, Rollin in the Dough, and Lemon Berry Burst).
Designer Desserts did an AMAZING job with our wedding cake! We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted, and Adam sketched our thoughts on the spot and came up with the beautiful...
cake. It was delicious! Our guests we're super impressed!
We chose not to do a wedding cake for our wedding. We met with Adam at Designer Desserts and he gave us tons of options. He also let us taste everything beforehand. We decided to g...
o with cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and cannolis. The dessert table was beautiful. Everyone was able to take 2-3 things. I think that this was a better use of our money because not everyone likes cake. We provided our guests with more options and even had a bunch of desserts leftover. The venue packed them up for us and we enjoyed them for the next few days. Visit the bakery and try their goods! I am confident that you will be impressed.
Designer Desserts is hands down the way to go! With incredible flavors, design, and accommodating staff- they created amazing cakes and cupcakes for our wedding and were able to ac...

k with. We live out of town, so we had limited time to meet in person. They were so helpful in picking flavors and designs for our desserts. We changed some our flavors toward the end and they were very flexible. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
Definitely going to be stopping by next time we’re in town.

dding was scheduled. Everything came out perfectly, and the cupcakes were a hit! Sea Salt Caramel for the win.
The cake was delicious and the designers were so fun to work with! We wanted a simple cake, and they made it look beautiful and elegant. Best wedding cake I've ever had (might be a...
little biased since it was MY wedding cake, but still). We also ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my husband and I to share that evening. We ordered a dozen, and Designer Desserts added a few extra at no charge! When I asked about it, they replied "sometimes 12 is just not enough." They were delicious, and the perfect way to end our night! I will highly recommend them for wedding cakes, or cupcakes!!
They did a great job, with the tasting and creating a totally original cake in my wedding colors based on the flowers on my dress. Adam was wonderful. The cake tasted great and eve...

ing I wished was different was that I would have been notified that there would be a change in the amount of cake when my numbers changed. I would have then changed the flavor of one of my layers.

We used Designer Desserts for our wedding on June 7th. We ordered a small, two tiered cake and a variety of fun flavored cupcakes. I gave them a very vague description of what I wa...
nted the cake to look like, and they hit the nail right on the head – the cake was absolutely beautiful. Not to mention, I cannot even count how many compliments we got from our guests saying how delicious the cake and cupcakes were. Everybody kept asking where the cupcakes were from. Our guest count was approximately 230 so we ordered 250 cupcakes, plus we had a two tired cake – we thought that would be plenty. We did not have one cupcake or slice of cake left. All of our guests were in love! I highly recommend Designer Desserts for any event – and make sure to order extra because everyone will want more than one serving!
We got a small cake and cupcakes for our guests... it was perfect!
Designer Desserts are the preferred vendor of The Way and we know why! For our wedding we chose a combination of cake, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and mini cheesecakes. I trusted...
that Jamie and his team would make tasty and beautiful desserts, but I did not expect them to make the most amazing spread of sweets that I had ever seen! I was impressed with the designs and would call them true artists. I know that we will be picking up a box of desserts the next opportunity we have when passing through the area. You must try the sea salt & caramel cupcake…it is life changing!
We went into our cake tasting without a clear picture of what we wanted, but knowing exactly what we didn't want. Designer Desserts took the few pictures we showed them and came up...
with a masterpiece. It was 5 tiers that pulled everything from our wedding together, and the cake tasted great!
They were on the pricier side, but as far as I'm concerned, you get what you pay for and we were not disappointed. I could not stop looking at my cake all night!
Adam was absolutely, without a doubt, hands down, amazing!! I described what I wanted it to look like and he made that vision come true. Not to mention the cake was super yummy! So...

did grab the wrong flowers from the table to put on the cake but it still looked fabulous! My only complaint is that the staff we met with during our consultation wasn't the friendliest. At the end of the day, we still had a great cake! :)
Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and oh-so-tasty! I would recommend DD to anyone.
They made an awesome presentation of jumbo cupcakes and everyone went crazy for them. Much better than a boring wedding cake.
Our cake was incredible to look at and tasted so so so good!! Sitting at our tasting, choosing what we wanted the cake to look like, and having a drawing drawn up for us right then...

m we were saving it. They also did not use all of the roses that they told me to get to decorate the cake.
They were overall easy to work with and the price point was on the higher end for us, but not compared the other cake vendors. Cake looked and tasted great.
My cake was awesome and was so yummy! Red Velvet with cream cheese filling and Chocolate with strawberry filling!
I ordered my cake over the phone from 1300 miles away. They took my vision and created a cake that was even more beautiful and delicious than the one I dreamed of! Absolutely per...
