Once we met with her the first time, she basically took my vision, plus her extreme knowledge of the venue to make our flowers exactly what we wanted. She even asked questions/had ideas that we hadn't even thought of. She also gave great advice about working with our venue in general. I also loved how she had examples in her studio she could actually show us.
We met with her again in November, and again, it was a great meeting helping us finalize everything. We actually bought white twinkle trees, and her and her husband willingly set them up for us on the wedding day taking the stress out of everything.
She made everything from dropping off fabric, final checks, etc. so extremely easy.
I am not an artsy person, but I trusted Abigail and knew that her vision/whatever she thought would look amazing. When I walked into our ballroom our wedding day, I was completely speechless. She created the winter wonderland of my dreams, and it was even better than I could have imagined.
I truly can't think Abigail enough or recommend her enough!

She was able to make changes throughout the year as I made more design plans for the wedding and she absolutely killed it. I am getting my bridal bouquet preserved because I love it so much. et. I was so happy with how my flowers turned out. My primary color palette was purple which can be tough but she added pops of other colors so it wasn’t overly saturated. I mentioned that I had some oyster theme, so she added pearls to all the bouquets which was a special touch. She even lets you rent the bouquet vases but makes it easy for guests to take home. to covid, our engagement ended up being 3 years, and over the course of that time, we went through several iterations of planning and venue changes. Throughout all of them, Abigail was so supportive, creative, flexible, and empathetic - she answered every email that I sent her with calmness and enthusiasm about the changes that we were considering and had great ideas about how to adjust our plans to fit the venue changes. She even joined us for our tour of the new venue space to help us brainstorm. By the time our wedding rolled around, we received so many compliments on the flowers, and were so happy with how everything turned out!

her process & pricing were very straightforward, flexible, transparent. I had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID, she was very supportive and rescheduled easily. We ended up using Designers Touch for our smaller ceremony during COVID in addition our larger wedding this year. For both, I wanted our flowers to be unique; I was able to give Abigail my desired colors and a loose vision and she nailed it both times! I loved our color palette and the mix of flowers that she used. I was also appreciative how easy it was to work with her the day of (because she works with my venue often, I didn’t have to worry about drop off, setup, or any of the details). After interviewing many other florists, we found Abigail to be extremely helpful in being able to translate our broad ideas into specifics. In addition, she was very helpful in managing the budget and suggesting ways to economize without compromising in what was important to us. And she was funny, warm, and generous with her time along the way.
On the wedding day itself we were blown away with what she was able to accomplish. Despite our imprecise descriptions, she nailed exactly what we wanted.
