vision.
Once we met with her the first time, she basically took my vision, plus her extreme knowledge of the venue to make our flowers exactly what we wanted. She even asked questions/had ideas that we hadn't even thought of. She also gave great advice about working with our venue in general. I also loved how she had examples in her studio she could actually show us.
We met with her again in November, and again, it was a great meeting helping us finalize everything. We actually bought white twinkle trees, and her and her husband willingly set them up for us on the wedding day taking the stress out of everything.
She made everything from dropping off fabric, final checks, etc. so extremely easy.
I am not an artsy person, but I trusted Abigail and knew that her vision/whatever she thought would look amazing. When I walked into our ballroom our wedding day, I was completely speechless. She created the winter wonderland of my dreams, and it was even better than I could have imagined.
I truly can't think Abigail enough or recommend her enough!
MUST HIRE for your wedding. Abigail is the absolute sweetest and AMAZING at what she does. I had the intro call with Abigail having minimal knowledge of types of florals just knew ...
what my vision was and she took my vision board and ran with it, she immediately had ideas and they were all amazing. She was able to make changes throughout the year as I made more design plans for the wedding and she absolutely killed it. I am getting my bridal bouquet preserved because I love it so much. She came and delivered all of the florals and stayed through the ceremony in order to flip some of the arrangements. She is the best, I hope to use her again for another event! Cannot recommend her enough!!
Abigail just got it from the initial quote to pinterest board planning to the final details call. She was by far the least stressful vendor to deal with and was respectful of budg...
et. I was so happy with how my flowers turned out. My primary color palette was purple which can be tough but she added pops of other colors so it wasn’t overly saturated. I mentioned that I had some oyster theme, so she added pearls to all the bouquets which was a special touch. She even lets you rent the bouquet vases but makes it easy for guests to take home. Cannot recommend enough!!

lot of the other vendors on the cape, and she was so flexible and lovely to work with up until the very last minute. She coordinated beautifully with other vendors like our cake designer and brought our vision to life with excellence. So often with wedding vendors the relationship is purely transactional but Abigail is incredibly kind and you can feel the care she puts into her work. I'm so grateful for her!

h my mom and me to figure out what my vision was and a plan to bring it to life. I am very indecisive in general, and she helped me come to many key decisions on flowers, decor and even more (which she did NOT have to do). She felt like more of a wedding design consultant, she is so knowledgeable and has such a great eye for how to pull everything together in the space - with the flowers of course being the key ingredient. I’m so grateful for all the work she put in and so happy with the outcome. Thank you Abigail!!!

We had a pretty tricky Chuppah situation and Abigail took the time to build a one of a kind structure to fit our venue (which was beautiful)! Overall, I wouldn't have changed a thing and I loved working with Abigail!

mited direction). I wanted the flowers to be neutral but with a touch of color and Abigail sat with me and my mom to walk me through multiple options.
She was able to combine bigger centerpieces with budvases, to make the room appear colorful but not crowded and the compliments I heard from the guests was beyond!
I could not recommend Abigail and Designer's Touch more strongly!

to covid, our engagement ended up being 3 years, and over the course of that time, we went through several iterations of planning and venue changes. Throughout all of them, Abigail was so supportive, creative, flexible, and empathetic - she answered every email that I sent her with calmness and enthusiasm about the changes that we were considering and had great ideas about how to adjust our plans to fit the venue changes. She even joined us for our tour of the new venue space to help us brainstorm. By the time our wedding rolled around, we received so many compliments on the flowers, and were so happy with how everything turned out!

her process & pricing were very straightforward, flexible, transparent. I had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID, she was very supportive and rescheduled easily. We ended up using Designers Touch for our smaller ceremony during COVID in addition our larger wedding this year. For both, I wanted our flowers to be unique; I was able to give Abigail my desired colors and a loose vision and she nailed it both times! I loved our color palette and the mix of flowers that she used. I was also appreciative how easy it was to work with her the day of (because she works with my venue often, I didn’t have to worry about drop off, setup, or any of the details). Abigail was so sweet and supportive on my wedding that my bridesmaids thought she was a member of my family. Would 100% recommend Designers Touch!

ts. She took our ideas and ran with it and came up with gorgeous floral arraignments and unique table settings. However, covid hit and we had to postpone our wedding. We still decided to do a small wedding and Abigail came through with my beautiful bouquet and my husband's boutonniere. She made small changes (per my request) so they wouldn't be identical this year and next year. She was so easy to work with and I can't wait to see her full creations next year at our wedding celebration!

My husband and I used Abigail at Designer's Touch as the florist for our September wedding at the Pilgrim Monument in Cape Cod. We were both anxious about hiring a florist for the ...
wedding as we had a very general sense of the kinds of flowers we wanted but struggled with the exact description and language. After interviewing many other florists, we found Abigail to be extremely helpful in being able to translate our broad ideas into specifics. In addition, she was very helpful in managing the budget and suggesting ways to economize without compromising in what was important to us. And she was funny, warm, and generous with her time along the way.
On the wedding day itself we were blown away with what she was able to accomplish. Despite our imprecise descriptions, she nailed exactly what we wanted. The flowers were stunning - and we got tons of complements from guests who are very sophisticated about them. Those were all really just complements for Abigail, and they were well earned!

f our wedding. Our wedding colors were ivory, blush, navy and gold, and she put together a gorgeous bridal bouquet of hydrangea, dahlias, roses and eucalyptus that matched everything perfectly. She also created rose and eucalyptus wreaths to surround the lanterns we used as centerpieces and roses for our arbor. We had an 18-person wedding party and 16 tables, and she kept everything super affordable. I highly recommend Designer's Touch for every Cape wedding!

idn't like, and turned that all in to stunning floral arrangements that brought the entire day together. When she first pulled up to our house, we had our wedding at our home in Chatham, with all the flowers for the day my jaw literally dropped. They were GORGEOUS!!! She expertly created gorgeous floral arrangements for the wedding party and for all over the property, turning our home into a magical, elegant, personal, venue. During the planning process, it was difficult for me to envision our property as anything other than how I knew it: where my family and I hang out in our swim suits and sweats! Abigail was able to transform the space in to something completely new and fresh and enchanting, while maintaining the personal familiarity of the property, which is no easy task! Abigail was also so fun to work with, truly collaborative, and flexible when we made multiple changes to our order throughout the planning process. Thank you for everything you and your team did, Abigail, to make our dream weekend a reality full of magic and beauty!!

re exactly what I wanted. My ceremony was outside and it was very windy that day, so understandably I was told the arbor would not be able to be there. However, Abigail waited to see how the wind was and at the last minute decided to set it up for me! It worked out great and I got many compliments how beautiful it was. I am very happy we chose her for our florist and I would definitely recommend her!
