I purchased their design consulting service on March 24th, and by March 25th, Tina was already in touch to confirm the details. The communication was seamless, and the turnaround time was impressively fast—less than one month!

I customized my wedding dress from DesignFormal, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Their designer, Tina, was incredibly patient and helpful, assisting me in confirming every design detail. I submitted my design inquiry on July 20th for free, paid for the dress on August 2nd, and received it on September 30th—such a fast turnaround!
During production, they created a mockup from scraps to preview the design, which was amazing. Before shipping, they sent detailed pictures of the finished dress for approval. The dress is absolutely stunning and fits me perfectly. ( Friendly Tip: Make sure to take your measurements carefully by following their measurement guide. This will ensure your dress fits perfectly! 😊)

I will admit when I first found this website I was extremely skeptical! We were desperate to find someone to make this beautiful dress in a very short time frame. I decided to take a chance and I'm extremely glad I did. The communication was excellent. They were very thorough and sent many pictures of their progress. We needed the dress within a matter of four weeks and they got it to us in three. The biggest challenge I found was the time difference. Communication happened many times between 10 PM and 2 AM central time. I would recommend planning ahead better than I did to give you more time. We did have to make a few structural adjustments to the dress but overall very happy with outcome. They only had a picture and measurements to start this process. I did not mind having to make a few adjustments once we received it. We will definitely use design formal again!
