This review is LONG overdue but I couldn’t not brag on my amazing wedding planning team (better late than never right?). Daisy and Lex were amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were super responsive; we had multiple virtual meetings over the many months prior to the wedding. They were also both so sweet and kind. Daisy is so talented and creative when it comes to the designing and planning of your day, and she has incredible resources and connections with industry vendors to fulfill literally any wedding aesthetic or decor desire. I truly never worried that something wouldn’t get done or look perfect. On the day of the wedding, Daisy and Lex were on top of it. Even as the night came to an end, they made sure that all the loose ends were tied up and all the decor /important items I needed saved/packed were safe and sound. Having Daisy as your wedding planner is like having your long time friend by your side, and I was truly sad when our time working together ended. I hired Daisy & her team to be my day of wedding coordinators and I am so glad that I did. Wedding planning is a lot, especially because for most of us it’s our first time. I went back and forth on whether it was something I could afford to swing in my budget, and whether I thought it was necessary, but now I can say with certainty that it was worth it. Daisy and her team come into the planning process about 3 months out from your wedding date and help to further finalize the timeline for the day of. Daisy was so helpful in managing different issues that came up prior to our wedding day and helped to bring in her expertise and ideas on what we could do to make the day work for us. I had the best wedding day ever, because her and her team were there to guide us through the entire event and made it so me and husband could really enjoy our day. You won’t go wrong choosing this team to help with your wedding planning!

We hired Designs by Daisy to be our wedding coordinator (their wedding management package!) and it was such a great decision!! Daisy and Lex came in 2 months before the wedding and immediately started working with us and our vendors to ensure that they knew everything and anything about what we had planned and our vision for the day. They were the absolute sweetest people to work with. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. They were so on top of everything and we even ran ahead of schedule. I did not have to worry about a single thing, which was lovely! I normally like to be in control of everything, but it was very easy to trust them - they really know their stuff and do a great job at understanding what their clients want. From coordinating with all of our vendors, putting together our day of schedule, and having meetings with us, to ensuring everything day-of was going smoothly and making sure everything looked beautiful/our vision came together + so much more, I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Our day was perfect! I would 1000% recommend them - thank you Daisy & Lex!!

Designs by Daisy were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the wedding planning process and day of. We knew from the moment of our first walk through that we made the right choice. My wedding was more than I could have ever dreamed of. I was in absolute awe walking through the venue the day of and seeing the level of detail that went into everything. It was beyond perfection. On the day of, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND with everything and made plan B (it was raining all day) feel like plan A without hesitation. Even our friends & family made comments about how helpful they were. We are so grateful for Daisy, Lex, and Caitlin and would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

I can not rave enough about hiring Designs by Daisy! We worked with Daisy and Caitlin starting 60 days out from our wedding and they were such a big help in orchestrated such a magical day. From working with our vendors to the actual day of, everything ran so smoothly because of them. My husband and I were able to really be in the moment our whole wedding day and not worry about anything because Daisy and Caitlin had it all covered. We really had such a great group of vendors that day and cannot recommend enough to anyone getting married to used Designs by Daisy for their wedding planning needs! The DBD team was professional, on time and very flexible to what our venue needed. Our venue had required us to hire a planner and then required the planner to have additional meetings and team members available for our wedding date. They met all of these needs and then some. I hired the DBD team for their day of planning package and they were excellent, kept the day moving according to plan and made sure everything was gorgeous for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Highly recommend!

Daisy and her team were absolutely AMAZING throughout our whole planning process. She coordinated all of my vendors and overall design. On the day of our wedding not one thing went wrong! We got so many compliments on our wedding and some even said it was the nicest wedding they have attended. We couldn't have pulled it off without them. I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding/events!

Daisy and Lex helped us with day of coordinating services for our wedding this past October! They were outstanding. They helped to keep us on track and organized in the planning leading up to the day. They asked so many good questions that helped us to think about some details we would not have known to plan for. They made the wedding day stress free and fun for us and our families. Having them there to help with anything we needed the day of, coordinate with vendors throughout the day, keep us on track with the timeline, etc. was so helpful. Our wedding was a perfect day and we loved it from start to finish!

We hired Daisy & Lex and to help with wedding design and day-of coordination and cannot recommend enough! We planned our wedding from abroad and had a general vision of what we wanted, but they helped bring our vision to life, ensure that everything was cohesive and made sure that our day ran smoothly. They worked with all of our vendors, so we didn’t even have to think about it on our wedding day. Our entire family commented on how stress-free the day was, which really let us enjoy together as a family! They made sure that all of our items were packed in the car at the end of the night, which was SO helpful. Definitely recommend!

Daisy helped with every aspect of our wedding from start to finish. At the beginning she helped us find vendors, coordinate meetings, and create a vision board. Daisy helped us find our band, florist, photographer, videographer, baker, day of signage, invitation suites, furniture rentals, hotel blocks, and so much more. During all of our meetings, Daisy had great recommendation on how to make our vision come to life. Daisy was on top of all of our contracts and was able to answer all questions right away. I could not have been more stress free during the planning processes. Daisy and Lex helped create and put together beautiful welcome boxes. They helped coordinate all deliveries to and from the wedding. They also helped with the rehearsal. The day of the wedding Daisy and Lex were so helpful. They made sure we were on schedule, remembered all of the little details, and helped coordinate the ceremony and reception space and design. They even ran back to our room when my husband forgot his jacket. My family was also so thankful that Daisy and Lex. They made sure to get them before the different events of the night such as the cake cutting, sparkler send off, and special pictures to make sure they didn’t miss those moments. We truly could not have done this wedding without their help! I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event.

I can't rave enough about Designs by Daisy. From the start communication and organization was effortless, positive, and done with ease. The preparation prior to the wedding and collaboration with our vendors was incredible, but what really stuck out to me as the bride was their support on the wedding day (coming from the bride). They were there every moment of my day any time I needed. They knew all the ins and outs of everything and kept the flow of the day moving so I didn't have to worry about anything. They'd tie my shoes at the reception and get anything I needed. I could not have done the day without Daisy and Alexis from Designs by Daisy.

We learned very soon after getting engaged that we wouldn’t be able to plan our dream wedding on our own. Between full time jobs and a toddler it was impossible. We heard about Daisy through a friends wedding and thought it was worth a shot to reach out. As soon as we had that first meeting we were sold. We could tell how passionate she was about what she does and would put her all into planning our dream day. She helped us stay extremely organized throughout the planning process by creating a timeline, working directly with our other vendors and making sure we stayed on track. She also always had great resources and advice whenever we needed it. On the day of the wedding, Daisy and Lex completely brought our dream wedding to life. They constantly made sure ourselves and our parties had everything we needed. They helped keep the day on schedule, set up the decor, made sure the other vendors were all set and overall just made the day as seamless as possible. We truly could not have done it without them and highly recommend them to anyone!

Daisy, was very professional, I would recommend her for any wedding or any other function that you need help planning an event. The wedding plans changed last night due to hurricane and she was very responsive and proactive. With the last minute changes, we had a fabulous wedding. Daisy made sure I was calm and the wedding party was ready. And the venue looked beautiful. I will hire her again if I need a planner.

We had such an amazing experience with Designs By Daisy for our wedding! Daisy and her assistant Lex, were attentive, easy to work with, organized and extremely professional. If anyone asked for my #1 piece of advice with wedding planning, it would be to hire a wedding planner and specifically to hire Daisy! From day one, I felt comfortable speaking with Daisy and trusting that she would work with me to bring my vision to life. While I had some ideas of what I was looking for on my wedding day, she provided amazing online planning tools and frequent professional input that helped to organize and bring my vision to life. I cannot emphasize enough, the benefit of having a professional by your side throughout the planning process. While it is not every day that I throw a multi-part and multi-location event downtown Philadelphia for 150 people, Designs by Daisy and her team are extremely qualified to make it happen. I hired Daisy for her full planning package, and could not be more thankful that I did. I was so grateful to have a planner to consult for advice and professional knowledge, and to have someone to help keep me on track for planning timelines, payment dates, hotel blocks, when to send out invitations, and so much more. That doesn’t even begin to cover what the DBD team brings to the table for the actual wedding day. An extremely detailed timeline, setup of décor, coordination of all vendors (both leading up to and during the event), keeping all wedding party and family members on track throughout the day, and acting as a point of contact for any and everything that may come up throughout the day. A huge amount of stress was taken off both my husband and I, as well as our family and guests, which was more valuable than I can describe- we truly had the best wedding and most memorable day we could have hoped for! I felt like I was working with not only a qualified professional, but with a friend. I cannot imagine the wedding planning process or my wedding day without the professional guidance of Daisy and would recommend working with Designs by Daisy to anyone in the greater Philadelphia area.

Daisy & Lex were the perfect day of coordinators for us!! Even though they started prepping and coordinating way before the day of :) They were completely organized and thought of all the little & big things that we wouldn't have, with so much going on. Daisy had tons of helpful information and answers to questions that otherwise we would not have known. On the day of, it was a complete relief to know we had them there to move the day along, coordinate in the background with vendors & delivery, ensure everything was on track, make decisions with our thoughts in mind and ensure every single piece of our wedding was 100% smooth. All our friends & family mentioned how calm and stress-free we were as a couple, and each time we attributed it to knowing we didn't have to worry because Daisy & Lex had all the details so we didn't need to. As someone who didn't know what a coordinator was prior to planning a wedding and decided last minute to make it a part of the budget, we could not be happier! I can't imagine what the day would have looked like without them.

Daisy and her team worked so hard to create the most amazing and organized timeline for my busy wedding day and made sure to encompass everything I wanted but also give me access to their wedding portal so that I could be as hands on and creative as I wanted to be in the process. It was really important to find a planner who would allow me to be super involved up until final confirmations. At that point she took over confirming everything with my vendors from inclusions in the contracts to timing and arrivals! And if there were any discrepancies or confusions with the vendors Daisy was on top of it in all of my pre-wedding planning emails and calls. Then on my wedding day Daisy and her assistant Lex were a calming force! I knew if I needed anything they would be right there to help me. They made sure all of my decorations were in the right area and they even ran around helping me with my photos (holding my heavy flowers and veil/ train). And they helped the photographer manage family photos with a group of over 50 people which logistically was a big reason I hired a day of coordinator -- and it went so smoothly. Of course, taking photos on the streets of Philadelphia all morning left some dirt on the bottom of my dress but Daisy had an entire emergency kit to make my dress all white again for the ceremony! The major highlights of working with Designs By Daisy are the wedding portal they use and their organization, the incredibly detailed timeline, and having their positive, professional, and FUN energy around on the big day! Daisy is soooo sweet and easy to work with. And I loved that as the bride I still felt in control of my own day which was a hesitation I originally had with hiring someone and feeling like someone else was planning my wedding day for me! They truly were my teammates and I was so glad to have them to get me organized and keep me calm so I could enjoy the best day of my life!

Cannot say enough great things about working with Daisy & Lex! They were professional from day 1 but also made the experience light and fun, especially those last few weeks leading up to the wedding and I was so grateful for that. I used them for day of wedding planning services and would highly recommend to all other brides. Wedding planning is a lot and the last thing you will want to worry about right before the big day is what your timeline is, who the vendors will call the day of, making sure the venue looks amazing, etc. The day of services came in at the perfect time in my planning process and the team was the best!

Hiring Daisy was the BEST decision we have ever made (well besides marrying each other.) Everything ran ahead of time - like how does that even happen on a wedding day?!? And it was completely stress free thanks Lex & Daisy. I trusted them fully and all my other vendors commented on how organized and great communicators they were. Highly recommend Designs by Daisy! We used Daisy for our month of wedding coordination as well as for design & decor. Due to having Daisy meet with us several times before the wedding to come up with a plan and timeline based on how we wanted the day to go, the day itself was so seamless, and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy ourselves. Daisy and her assistant Lex completely executed the timeline with our vendors. For the design package, Daisy handled helping us come up with our look & feel and merging it with our venue, and working with our florist to get what we needed from her. Our event ended up beautiful as we were able to use lots of her rental inventory and supplement florals to make our wedding unique to what we were looking for at an affordable cost. Daisy also handled all of the set up of everything day of in conjunction with the florist, which did not at all take away from her and her assistant's ability to help actually coordinate the wedding day. We are so thankful we hired Daisy and Lex for our big day.

As a project coordinator, I thought I could handle planning a wedding myself. I quickly recognized the benefit of having a partner-in-crime that knew much more about events than I did. Daisy was recommended to me by another vendor and I could not be more grateful. She was knowledgeable, organized, and one of the kindest most supportive souls you could ever meet. We hired Daisy as our Day-of Coordinator for our relatively intimate (~55 people) wedding/vow renewal. Not only was Daisy sweet and communicative, but also had a lot of great input to give. She wasn't scared to give me her honest opinion. When the day of came, they handled everything and made sure it was all set up the way I wanted. It was amazing to see my vision come to life. Daisy is amazing! 10/10 would use her again as a planner! I had her as my wedding planner. I chose the package for 60 days leading up to the wedding and day of & im soo happy I did. Words could not even come close to expressing how amazing Daisy is at her job. Daisy was a dream to work with! I hired her to be my 60-day out, and day of coordinator. I felt so comfortable knowing she would be there when I couldn't to help set up and bring my vision to life. She worked with all of my vendors seamlessly, and my bridal party loved her as well! She checked on me throughout the entire night, getting me and my husband anything we needed. I was referred to Daisy by a friend for our parents 50th wedding anniversary and am so happy we were! Not only did she go above and beyond my small party expectations but she seem to do it effortlessly.
